I usually give a five star but it seams to be going downhill. The service area is a mess. Stuff laying everywhere and the floor had oil and grease on the floor. I had some ankle surgery and I was afraid to even walk through the place to get to the room where you pay. It just needs a good cleaning! A lot of the staff has changed and it seems the hospitality is going downhill as well. I wish there was a way to walk through the building to pay instead of having to go through the garage area.

Car not properly fixed the first time. Alternator was bad but only the battery was replaced. I attempted driving home after it had been “repaired” and it malfunctioned again just as it had done before. This caused further damage to my car resulting in the transmission needing to be completely replaced. After being told for two weeks it “would be started on Monday” I removed my vehicle from them and took it to another KIA dealership for half the price and more reliable. Bottom line, much much much more expensive, not reliable, and not convinced they have knowledge of needed repairs even with computers to test them. Don’t waste your time or hard earned money. They also begged for me to do a KIA company survey and gave me the answers they wanted that would give them the highest rating possible. That felt extremely shady and desperate.

Excellent service experience. I called and made appointment. Arrived at set time - greeted in professional manner. Manager informed me he would call when complete at approx. time. I left and received call very close to stated time. Also received alert about recommendation for fuel treatment. I accepted that online.When picked up car- all service to my satisfaction at reasonable rate. I can highly recommend this dealership for all automotive needs.

I can say that Martin Kia is the best place to buy a car. I purchased my first Kia Soul in July of 2012. It was the first new car I ever owned and it was a pleasure dealing with this dealership. So when my husband said you might want to start looking for another car I knew exactly what I wanted. He said to try a couple of other makes and without hesitation I told him they are not a SOUL. So contacted Martin and they told me it would be a couple weeks before they had delivery of 3 new Souls. I asked if they would call me when they came in. They called and asked when I could come and look at them so the next day I made the hour drive and found my new beautiful car. I was treated very well and they got my financing with the best rate . I cant say enough good things about these fellows. I would say if you are in market for a new car or used stop in and see what they can do for you.

I had requested information via their website and Jason got back with me pretty quick. He asked when I would be available to come in and do a test drive and I told him I would be there in about an hour. Due to the snow it was a little more than a hour but he had the car warmed up and defrosted and ready to go. Of course I fell and love and he made the whole process quick and painless. He was super friendly, easy to talk to and I would recommend him to all of our friends.

I took my car in for a recall. When I received my car back the next day it was sputtering and wouldn’t drive past 60 miles an hour on the parkway. When I called to ask what had happened they didn’t know and told me if I was that concerned I could have my husband bring it back while I was at work. Turns out, they don’t actually check the cars they “fix” they just run the code, mess with the car and don’t bother to check and make sure they fixed the problem. So we took it back. The next time I got my car back they had lost a cover to the inside of my car. When I called to ask where it was they yet again blamed me for the mistake and said they couldn’t find it. Stating they’d order the part and call when it came in. Two weeks later and still no call back. I finally found the piece they took off and threw under the seat of my car. They still haven’t called back and never answer when I call them.Worst service ever.

My wife and I had the best auto shopping experience here. Never once did we feel like any sales tactics had been used on us. Although we called ahead to look at a used car they treated us with the utmost respect. We ended up leaving feeling satisfied with our purchase. The best part was that we received a warranty on a low mileage used vehicle that was the icing on the cake that will bring us back to Martin Kia again. Also, the service provided and relaying of information was done via text messaging which was very helpful. My repair was in reference to vehicle recall. The multi-point inspection (which I like to be completed) was very thorough but repair cost(s) were pricey. However, they do offer payment plans.

Ive had my Soul serviced at Martin Kia for the last four years. Every time they have communicated clearly what my options were, what they recommended, and updated me on how long the service would take. The waiting area is pleasant, the staff are friendly and helpful, and I have never had to return because something wasnt done right the first time. For me, the extra cost on some items is worth it.

Made a appointment to have my 2016 Optima oil change and tire rotation I arrived 30 minutes early checked in went to waiting area and waited and waited notice other people coming and then leaving so after 1 1/2 hours I asked service writer what was going on and she told me that they got swamped I mentioned that I had a 9 am appointment she told me that those people were in a hurry (wow) we are now over 2 hrs and my car has not moved so I told her that I should have just took my car to Jack Miller Kia in N Kansas City where I purchased the car I always got great timely service and her response was yes you should have. When I finally got out of there at just over 3 1/2 hrs I asked to speak with the general manager and was told that he was not in yet I have called 3 times but have NEVER been able to get a hold of him customers beware!

Recently purchased the new Carnival from the Martin group. Got lucky by having my salesman be JC and he knocked it out of the park. The vehicle was so new that little information had been out about it but every question I had he answered and if he didn’t know it, he then went and found that answer for me. He was willing to work with my trade in and got the job done for me. Everyone knows having kids can make things difficult in shopping for anything let alone the car buying process. But he made me very happy by allowing me to cater to the kids all over the place and coming to be to answer/help with everything. If you’re in the market for a new vehicle I highly suggest go to Kia and talk to JC. He will get you want you need in a high speed fashion.

Everyone in the place was friendly and outgoing. Definitely taking my car back to them for routine maintenance. They were also really affordable. Poorly managed dealership. Not even a 3 week notice was enough to get them organized. Drove from Iowa for import alliance and had a group of 30+ Kias to help promote their dealership and help bring in new customers but we were just ignored and left out in the cold. If you need a car find another Kia Dealership this one has no dedication to their brand or its family of owners.

My experience at Martin Kia was excellent. They had a Camaro SS I was very interested in but I was 2.5 hours from there location. The sales lady ( faith Hayes ) was very informative and helpful. After gathering all the info I needed to decide I was seriously interested I. The car she arranged to hold the vehicle a week to give me time to drive down and test drive. Due to a scheduling problem on my end I needed to arrive a day early this was not a problem. I also was on a strict time line because I had to be back home for work later that day. Faith ad all the paperwork in order when I arrived and the car was out front waiting on me to test drive. The staff here is very professional and helpful.

Just purchased a brand new 2021 K5.... two days later will already be taking it in for service. Dash board does not come on, nor does Heat and Air without restarting vehicle multiple times.Then to top things off, I received a text from our Sales Rep one business day after purchasing saying if we purchase they are giving away a 65in tv. When I asked for information, he said we did not qualify since we already purchased. Honestly, it is not about the TV - it is about customer service. Because they sent us this text (to a brand new customer) in error they should honor it. Customer Service is lacking so much today, when I spoke to the manager there he was absolutely rude and dismissive.Well now that I am taking this 2021 vehicle in for service, I guess we will see how their service department is???

Went to Martin Kia for my first oil change required for my Kia Soul. Had a very good experience. The completed the oil change, tire rotation and also took care of 2 outstanding recalls. They completed all the work in a reasonable amount of time including the non-scheduled recall items.I needed to return to work so they provided me with a ride back to work via their corporate account with Skype. The driver was very friendly and got me back to work safely. Overall, they did a great job and took good care of my vehicle

I took my kia optima in because there was a recall update they needed to perform. When they hooked their computer to my car, it fried my battery and would not start. My battery was around a year old and they claimed it was not their fault it was a bad battery. The car ran fine until they hooked up their computer to do the update but my car would not start immediately after the update. I believe that they fried my battery but would not accept responsibility. I will not take my car back their for any other work needing to be done and am very unsatisfied.

I was very pleased with my experience. I went in just to look, and to consider a lease. I went having done some research and wanted to look at a specific vehicle. The Dealer Representative, J.C., showed me several of that model, and we took a test drive. While we were on the drive, he asked me to share with him precisely what I was looking for in a vehicle, and recommended we try another model. I did not feel any pressure. But when we took that second model for a test drive, I quickly decided it was perfect for my personal and business needs.When we discussed leasing, he provided both leasing costs and purchase costs, so I could compare. Again, I did not feel pressured. But that information led me to determine that purchasing was the better choice.Although I went with my husband, the decision on what to purchase and how to finance was exclusively mine. You often hear horror stories of how women are treated by male car salespeople. That didnt happen at Martin Kia AT ALL. I was treated respectfully every step of the way, and not talked over, or had the discussion directed at my husband instead of me.Im happy with my vehicle, and happy with my purchasing experience. Only time will tell how the vehicle holds up or how the maintenance team treats me, but I feel very confident that my relationship with Martin Kia will continue to be a good one.
