I recently switched from Verizon to Cricket Wireless and I truly couldnt be happier. As just a walk-in off the street Cat was not only helpful but very knowledgeable as well. After a month-ish of service I encountered some user errors and had to visit the store again. Pleased to find Cat behind the counter again and she was extremely helpful in fixing my issues. If youre looking for a great reliable service with excellent in person customer service this is the place you want to go!!!!
