Today I was approved to do the lease to own for a mattress at Big lots. I went to the store and picked it up when we got back home realized it was the wrong mattress. I called and Alicia took care of everything for me. And the best part was she sent a young man Ryan to follow us home to switch out the mattress for us. Alicia and Ryan were wonderful and I greatly appreciate both of them going the extra mile for us to get the correct mattress to sleep tonight. Thank You so much!!!

Anytime I am here, its like coming to a budget version of Target. You dont come here for anything specific, the store tells you what you need to get.

Small but very fresh refrigerated grocery section. They have everything from discounted furniture to unique seasonal and outdoor furniture options. Great prices and knowledgeable and courteous staff.

Good place to check for bargains. Sometimes stuff is more expensive, though. They have a decent selection of furniture. I wonder about the quality.

Somehow I never leave with anything that I want.I go in expecting to find something that roughly matches the picture in my head, but I either leave empty handed or with something that barely meets the criteria I came in with. Sometimes you can find a diamond in the mound of rubbish, but for the most part theres nothing here worth shopping for.

Love big lots friendly staff. They had all there swim stuff and other things on clearance got me some wind chimes 75% off got a big swan goat for $5 wind chimes for under $3. Awesome....also the front part of parking lot is all handicap parking.

Their prices used to make the visit justified but now they are pretty much in line with the big box stores but not the same quality product

Prices are high on lots of items there are a few things that are good deals but honestly I dont see how they stay in business when you first walk in you would think they was closing down to be honest

Big lot is usuaslly a great place to get knock off designer fashions for a fraction of the price. Check their ads and always ask if something isnt priced or looks wrong. They will always make sure you are happy. Another great place to spend a little extra time hunting for that special hidden bargain

The prices are very high. I came here and assumed the prices would be low but I found items that were the same brand at Walmart for a lower price. For example I bought a foldable camping/lawn chair that cost $14 for the heavy duty version but Walmart had the exact same brand for $10. It was an Ozark Trail heavy duty foldable chair. The ibuprofen is also more expensive at big lots as well. Walmart has it cheaper for the generic brand. I wont be shopping at Big Lots ever again after comparing prices they are simply more expensive and I personally cant afford to pay more for the same or comparable items.

Nice store really random assortment of items ranging from furniture to crackers craft items to lawn care enjoyed walking around and just discovering what all was there. Admittedly the karts were kinda junk and a bit of an overall dingy dirty kinda thing going felt like it needed a good cleaning the entire time we were there or they would have a better rating from me

As always youll find something in here that you had forgotten you needed. Always enjoy looking around to pass some time away.

Big Lots is a great place to get deals on everyday items and also things you dont often see at the big box stores. Buzz Club members get discount coupons with purchases. My favorite place to shop.
