Great service and only Ace I’ve seen that actually has Yeti apparel in stock in addition to coolers.

Customer service was exceptional. After a somewhat challenging start - Ace staff went above and beyond to help me resolve the situation

Went there on Thursday Dec 3 2020 first thing walking in the door was not a Hello or any greeting. The Lady was bent over the counter on her phone. No Acknowledgement what so ever. I needed a hose attachment for my propane tank so as i was asking her she immediately stated oh we dont carry that. Well i found it. Without any help from the employees there. No one seemed to be interested in helping customers.Will probbably not return and will pass it on to my neighbors. So Disappointed in Ace the Friendly Place!! 😠😠

I have always loved Ace hardware. This store location keeps up with the brand Ive always known it to have. The staff members are knowledgeable, professional, pleasant and courteous. They really go out of their way to be helpful. Its always worth a trip across town to visit the store. The store is stocked nicely and if they dont have an item in stock they will order it. Easy access and plenty of parking.

Bolt prices are outrageous. Metric screws are more than twice the price of the bike shop.

Shelves are bare. No selection of any thing.

Sierra helped me find everything I need! She helped me find the perfect screw for my bow and then proceeded to help me put it on. It was a huge help because I definitely couldnt have figured it out alone. Everyone who works there is really nice!

Some items may be cheaper at Lowes but its also possible to find great deals at Ace. As far as hardware stores go the staff if well above average in product knowledge. Attitude and service are great. Five stars!

The place is awesome! Just make sure you have a full 40 hour weeks paycheck when you go in there. LOL things are a little pricey. But the quality of every brand thats in there is top-notch.

They were pretty rude when I went to cash in a gift card which was earned through purchasing stuff through credit. I felt as tho they were treating me as if I was attempting to steal from them.After much time wasted around 20 minutes of talking to the managers it got only half resolved. I think I will take my business elsewhere or to another Ace Hardware next time.

My wife stressed and wanted to order a propane griddle. She went in an ordered through the store and obviously two male employees do not know the difference between a griddle and a two burner stove. We figured we’d the two burner stove anyway until we opened it to assemble it, and it was broken.

I needed a few special size items to repair my mothers wheelchair that they did not have where I purchase the wheelchair. I went to the ace Hardware in Fairview Plaza, they were very helpful and in a short time the gentleman helping me was able to find replacement parts that I could use, excellent service!

I walked into the store yesterday,, Sunday, 14 June. The First employee asked what I wanted. I said, I want a tack. He lead me to the tacks and showed me the thumb tacks. I said I wanted a tack to replace my shoe heel taps with and I needed a rust proof tack of the appropriate size. He said that none of them were rust proof.. After he showed me several of the shiny tacks, I picked a black steel tack of the appropriate size. Then he asked if there was anything else I needed. I said I wanted a shopping cart. He pointed at the shopping carts by the front door. I walked up to the counter at the cashier station and requested the location of a shopping cart I could purchase. The cashier said the shopping carts were on Aisle 23. I wandered around the store looking for the shopping carts. I finally found a clerk and asked again if there was a shopping cart I could purchase. He said there was one in the back. I walked up the checkout counter and waited for him to bring up a cart. It was not assembled and still in the wrapping. I requested the clerks to assemble the cart and they said the assembler was not in and I would have to leave it with them until tomorrow. It cost $40. plus tax. I agreed and left the store but changed my mind and decided I would take the cart home in a taxicab. I went back in the store and requested the cart and asked the clerk to call a taxi. The cart was returned to the cashiers but the taxi cab company, Yellow cab would not answer the phone. I finally reached the Arrive safely cab for those who are drunk and should not drive. It cost me $10.00 and was a humiliating experience to be driven home in a drunk hauling wagon. The clerks were rude and inconsiderate.
