I had purchased some bath rugs online and had delivered. Didnt work out so had to return. Store was not crowded, everything seemed stocked and young lady at return desk couldnt have been nicer or more efficient. If I had not walked around and looked for another rug, I would have been in and out in minutes with mission accomplishedAs it was, I did find rugs I wanted and they are on bathroom floor as I type.

I walked in and out of the store and no one said anything to me. Many years ago was a pleasure to visit the store because everyone was friendly and helpfully.

Great place in and out fast help is friendly was not to crowd for a sun shopping there sense there open.

Love the clearance specials, and quality linen products.

After multiple calls and chats with Dyson and running out of patience and options I decided to go to this location for help. Ron and Kerry took time, listen to my concern and went above and beyond to ensure I am completely satisfied. Despite the fact that their system was down and they were very limited to what they could do, they managed to resolve my issue in one visit. I love this company because of employees like Ron and Kerry. Always recommending this place!

Very helpful staff. I was looking for a sold out electric knife sharpener from last months circular. Ronn was knowledgeable and ordered one for me to be delivered straight to my home! Fantastic!

I went to the customer service counter and the clerk directed me to the right aisle and paged someone to meet me in that aisle because I was looking for one specific item. The clerk even went on the computer to further our search. I ended up getting what they had on the floor and left the store a happy customer.

One young girl was extremely helpful when I needed help but the older women were awful. I wanted to make sure an as is item worked because you can’t return it and after a half hour of trying it and concluding it doesn’t work I asked the blonde lady if she could ring me up so I didn’t have to wait in line again. She said no she was doing a curbside pickup. Then the young man checking me out refused to let me use my coupons the way I wanted to do it and I paid $2.62 more than necessary. I know that’s not much but right now every penny counts, that’s why I use them. I didn’t like his tone or being talked over either. I won’t shop here again.

I never write reviews, however the manager (Woodie) at BBB in Boynton definitely deserves a big kudos from me! He was pleasant, professional and extremely patient! He even called a manufacturer for me to get more information on a particular product they sold in there store. I cant rave enough about him! BBB should be proud to have him as part of there team! Love to wander around in this store. I can spend an entire day exploring and feasting my eyes. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They even remind you to use your coupons. This company will match prices if you find the same item cheaper somewhere else. Prices are competitive: sometimes cheaper, sometimes more expensive. Recommended to at least walk around. I guarantee youll end up buying something.

Had a wonderful woman help me in the store the other day named Lourdy. She lugged around a large ladder to climb up to get some Fiesta plate sets I wanted only for us to realize they didnt have enough of the one I needed. She immediately helped me order them up and had them shipped straight to me. If you are in this Bed Bath & Beyond look for her. Shes super helpful and so friendly!

Staff is always friendly and willing to help. Not enough cashiers, ever. Stock is stale a lot of the time and doesnt turn over often except seasonal displays. Can be a great place to find as seen on TV merchandise. Store is fairly clean.

Great store but there were no employees to help this time out. Did find some nice sales but many sale items were sold out.

The staff here is nice than the other locations I have been to, but the store is much smaller & they dont carry as much as other places.

They have beautiful things for the home just overpriced.

My visit at the store today was a total waste of my time. I found what I needed online as oneof the store exclusive item. Unfortunately, it was not available for purchasing at the store . It can only be ordered online. I call this practice Self inflicted destruction. This is the first step toward closing front store businesses. Good luck! 😞👎

Customer service is way too aggressive. My wife and I were going to buy candles but got bombarded by an employee who said her name at least 10 times (no exaggeration). It made the shopping experience very uncomfortable for us and we ended up leaving. We felt like we couldn’t shop in peace. If employees are paid commission, maybe the pay structure is making the shopping experience so intense as a customer? Just thinking... best candles in the world by the way. We got what we wanted online.

I got lost on my way to the store, and I finally made it there 1 minute before closing time. One lady was already by the door ready to lock the doors. When I parked in front, and made a motion that I just want to return 2 things quickly, she left the door open for me and she went ahead to the register to help me! I really appreciate that she went the extra mile (minutes) to allow me to fulfill the scope of my visit. I was evwn able to exchange them for a smaller size of the same product, and she was really helpful and just really pleasant and sweet. Thank you, thank you! :-)

This place is such a cramped, disorganized mess that after fifteen minutes of searching in vain and having to bargain for space, squeezing into tiny aisles that only one person can fit through at a time, I abandoned my cart with the only item I could find of the five I was looking for, and I left the store. I dont even care hat I have a coupon! I couldnt find someone to help me in most of the sections. Unless his place is completely reorganized, Im never coming back here.

Nice home store with everything to make your house look amazingly decorated.Make sure to bring coupons, it is a bit pricey

The store is great, but I return as much as I buy, the products are no longer high quality in my opinion. I used them as my registry and returned 80% of what I got because it either broke or failed within a month of bringing it home. The good part is the have a great return policy and I combined my gifts to get a mega-gift that is still cleaning my floors automatically everyday. :)

Its so hard trying to get someone to help you out. Its nice and all but if you dont know where to look for what you need you will get frustrated because theres no one in there to help except people at the cashier and they dont move...

As usual bought more than my list. Still one of my favorite stores.

I brought back 4 items that bought at this location to me as gifts and they refused to issue me refund and store credit. The manager said because of the amount of purchase they need to investigate for 3 days and to get back to me. I was treated like a criminal. They treat you like crap and they will refuse to give you proper customer service. John the manager stated here are your items and get out. John wouldnt even issue me store credit for ONE item, he said either everything or nothing. Who the hell hired this moron to work as a manger. Doesnt even smile nor treats customers with respect. Horrible experience from now on AMAZON only. Ive never heard of this crap because of the amount they need to investigate what?

Always crowded. The store passes out 20% off coupons like candy. Pretty large selection of products. Mid range priced linens and it is the place to go to find Lori Grenier Shark Tank goods.

John the manager treated us like criminals when we brought back items for in store credit. John said that we would need to wait 3 days for an investigation for the items. After asking to issue at least one item he refused and said either all the items or nothing. In my entire life I have never heard of investigation for items with phone call in 3 days. He placed our things in the cart told us to get out. This is the way you are treat at bed bad and beyond. Horrible customer service. Never again will I ever step a foot in bed bath and beyond. AMAZON from now on. John should be Fired for this horrible experience and treatment.

Then as fish & other foods were fried,Or baked in the oven, no smellsWere noticed at all, period. Then I remembered i had placed the Bad AirSponge 6months before. Needless to say I am going back & getting at least3 more. Cost $10.99 but divided by 6Months its about $2.20 per month. I love something you dont have to spray on everything. Anyway i am impressed!I need towels in the worst way and they have the fluffiest, brightest colors and a jar opener. They have everything for the kitchen. Your employee EJ really knows what customer service is all about. As I was checking out no greeting no eye contact, takes the item and puts in the wrong way in a oversized bag, hands us our receipt and puts it on the table to sign it, not even telling us to, then hands off our final receipt and doesnt say a word. I bet you consider EJ your top employee. This is why people like that dont deserve 15$ an hour

One of the workers was extremely rude to me. Sassed me and acted as if i were going to steal even though i hadnt even picked up any items, just browsing. Was ridiculous. Left without buying what i planned on. Other BBBs in the area have much better customer service.
