Not enough help in the store. Merchandise without price tag just walked out of the store went looking else where. Long time customer of best buy.Asked to rate store what would u rate it after my comments...
I purchase my washer and dryer a little over a year ago. Out of no where my dryer stop working. I have warranty so I called an made a appointment. The guy came and said oh it’s the wrong part and then again said oh I don’t have the tool to fix it. Then he came again and said it was the wrong part again. Mind you I have to wait always a week in between for him to come fix it. He said he was going overnight the new part, which the part didn’t came until 3 days later. This all happen in matter of 4 weeks. I called Geek squad and they were super rude and did not do nothing about it. After 4 weeks almost 5 the guy came and replace the piece. Well a week later my dryer does not work again. It’s the same problem as before. I called geek squad and they said they can’t do nothing. I have to wait for the repair man. What is the point to have warranty if they can’t do their job right. They had no problem when I paid for the warranty. Now I have to wait 2 weeks for them to try to fix it again. At this point I don’t see why they keep trying. But it seems like no one can help and if they do I have to wait weeks at time like I don’t need my dryer. Worst service ever. I would never buy no appliances at Best Buy!!! Worst service ever!!!
Best Buy has implemented a horrible customer service system.I just needed to confirm a large radio installation with an installer and the National Customer Service hub or Primary Service have the ability to answer the question nor get me to anyone that can answer the question. I original booked the installation for a store that is about 7 minutes away from where I live and where I work. The installation has a estimation install of 3.5 hours. I moved the appointment up due to time availability on my side and available time slot accord to Best Buys site. I arrived at the store early just to be essentially turned away, I was told they could not accommodate me due to lack of time. So I excepted a less convenient time slot, to then be called a day later and told that they couldnt do the install, because they were not familiar with my vehicle (vehicle type is prompted on Best Buys site) and recommends me taking it to another store, which is over 30 minutes away; that they should be familiar with my vehicle. So due to the last minute reschedule (3rd reschedule at this point). To avoid any more complications I wanted to call and confirm with the installers, I tried calling the recommended store during normal store hours, I was bounced around several times between National Customer Service hub and Primary Services, only when I finally asked for a supervisor I was told the best they could do is submit a call back form where someone would call me back 24-48 hours later which falls 24 hours before my installation. This is horrible customer service, I have no resolution, all I received is a hope that I can be called when I am free. I am a very busy person and have carved out time multiple times for this service and it is an inconvenience at this time to look for another installer. I originally thought do business with such a large company would be a time saver and provide peace of mind. Such a shame, something so simple made to be very complicated due to a tech gap from a company that sales tech.
Love this store! I don’t know why people have such negative reviews. It’s always a pleasure every time. I’ve been getting my phones and other electronics there for years. It’s a shame people don’t understand we’re in a pandemic still.
I mistakenly ordered the wrong size refridgerator and they were great about exchanging it for another.
Will made my shopping experience a happy, smooth and just over all great experience. Im not savvy with these tech items and he just helped me understand so easily and seems to really enjoy making clients experiences a good one.
Pretty good had to search to find staff to help as no one was around the store area. When I found someone she was very helpful and walked to the checkout to get me on my way

Kingsley over at the computer center was phenomenal. Hes patient, knowledgeable and pleasant. I walked in today wanting to buy a laptop, he took his time to answer all of my questions and helped me to make a selection.
Accompanied my daughter to get lap top fixed at the geek squad. Fast and quick service. Loved the service.

Had to go to geek squad because my pc died and Im in the process of writing a book and cant really afford any downtime. Ended up with a new one because fixing mine would have cost more. Had data transferred over and even though they say the turn around time is 3 days, everything was done and back in less than 24 hours. I was so frustrated over the whole thing but everyone that I dealt with there was really understanding. Im sure they are used to these kind of things happening. I left as a happy customer 💜
Worst service ever. Bought Beats there 2 months ago and now not working. They said couldnt help me and Id have to go to The Apple store for service. Just another example of Best Buy not standing by the products they sell.
Chris the manager was extremely rude and had no desire to help me whatsoever. Best Buy needs to do better with hiring especially a manager at that. Won’t be shopping at this location

I went in looking at appliances and though I was in the appliance section for a good 15 or 20 minutes I could not catch the attention of anyone nor did anyone offer to help me. Understandably their stock of refrigerators was in short supply based on what was on the floor but I did not get the chance to ask any questions about delivery or time frames
Originally I would have rated 0 if I could. Went for store pickup. Sat for 20 minutes with my kids in the car. Finally went in and left my kids in the car (I have 3 and they werent wearing shoes) Found 7 employees standing around at the counter chit chatting. Did not even acknowledge me. I spoke to them all since nobody addressed me and told them I have been waiting in my car for store pickup for a while and was wondering if my order was coming out. They still didnt speak just split up and started doing whatever they were supposed to originally I guess. After a few minutes they asked my phone number and still kept quiet. I said I would go wait in my car with my kids for the order. A very sweet employee then came out and brought my order, sincerely apologized and gave me a 20 store credit on a gift card. That was really a great experience from what started out as horrible.
I purchased a 3 pack of Brother Ink cartridges. The first one I opened had no ink. I returned to the store and they didnt want to give me an exchange because I had already opened it. I asked how could I know it contained no ink except by opening it? No response. I requested a manager who agreed to give me a new pack, but when I was about to open the replacement pack to check it he said if you open it it is yours!Fortunately, when I loaded it in my printer, I saw that it was full.Terrible customer service. Goodbye to Best Buy. Never again!
The staff was helpful when i purchased a new S21 phone. However when it arrived, the SIM card was bad and I had to pay an extra $20 to Verizon to get it fixed for a brand new phone.
The 5 Stars are for their same day delivery. Incredible service. I ordered and my item was delivered within 2 hours.
There are a few people that work there that are AWESOME and go above and beyond to help. Most other employees not so much.

I purchased a screen protector guarantee with best buy, they explained that it will cover my phone number, for my phone as long as it was the same phone number that is on the account. I ask to speak to the store manager, they said he was not there, the manager of mobile Ralph and another manager named Jeremy refused to help. Thats not right.
This store is amazing. Customer service is on point. If you have any issues and I have had issues no one is perfect management will go above and beyond to get you satisfied. I give them ten out of ten.
Bought a PC a few months ago with the warranty, now it fails to power on. I brought it in because they aren’t accepting calls. I had no idea that they, nor the Geek Squad does not do repairs or diagnose what’s wrong with it. I was told to contact HP and to mail it in to them. You lost another customer forever.I STRONGLY suggest not buying a computer from them.
To be noted I very rarely write reviews and I also consider myself an advanced PC user. I was greeted at the door and continually referred to as sir. I had a nice gentleman help me at customer service first. Then another help me that worked in the geek squad with good recommendations. A third person then helped me find specific items in computer hardware. Lastly, I had an intelligent young man named Mason with a book of knowledge and many years of experience that helped me. He helped pick out specific items for a customized high-end PC that will last me at least 10 years if I take care of it correctly. He even told me the overly important information for the PC I am building and how important the high end cooling system is. He spent the better part of an hour with me to answer all my questions including some that I did not even realize I should be asking. It is important to note that he could have just told me the best items that they have available but instead he informed me that I would be better off searching other specific places. He also showed me a website and navigation through it for purchasing items when customizing a PC to ensure that everything is compatible. This location is an East Boynton Beach, Florida and I would give it 10 stars if I could.

UPDATE: I wrote corporate and they sent me a new wireless keyboard and apologized for the local manager not resolving the problem.Geek Squad of Best Buy installed a new drive in my computer. When I got home and tried using the computer it would not work because the transceiver that communicated with the keyboard was missing. So, I went back because the transceiver was installed on the computer when I took it to them. After I explained the situation the tech said there was nothing he could do. So, I then spoke to the manager, Luis p. The manager kept me there for about 20 minutes because he said they were looking for the transceiver. When they could not find it I told the manager I could still not use the computer because without the transceiver the keyboard would not work. I asked for a replacement transceiver but he said the transceivers are unique and cannot be replaced. I told him the computer was useless if I could not use the keyboard. He said the paperwork made no mention of a transceiver and if there ever was a transceiver the tech would have written it down. I told him I had never, ever removed the transceiver from the computer in the 10 years I owned the computer because there is no reason to remove it as there is nothing else it can be used for. Then he said it was my word against the technician word. This was insulting because there was an implication there that I was lying. After that, he did offer another keyboard but one with wires. I said I should get the computer back the way I had it before I took it to the Geek Squad. These people would not own up to their responsibility to return my computer in working order. The cost to me: $272.00, an hour wasted, a computer that I still cannot use and the cost of buying a wireless keyboard.
Went to the Geek Squad for the first time because my laptop crashed. Made an appointment, was checked in on time with prompt and friendly service. They went over my options and I feel pretty confident leaving my laptop there for repairs.... fingers crossed they can recover my files and get me back up and running.

Well, today I returned 3 items: a monitor with damaged USB port, notebook with flakey disk controller, and a second notebook that wouldnt recognize any usb-c connected monitors. All were open box purchases. Aggravated that BB is reselling returned and defective electronic gear. Either this is intentional or the Geek Squad folks dont know what theyre doing.... Wont be buying any open box products from them ever again...
After going thru 2 50” Samsung smart TVs in less than 90 days I’m sitting here on my couch for the next month or more with no TV until it’s repaired. I will not buy from Best Buy or Samsung again! Really bad experience!
Had to sign in and the wait was a bit long (hence the 4 stars) but the sales associate that helped me was spot on, had a decent knowledge of the product I wanted and helped me purchase it for delivery.Went back again a week later for an issue. Different associate, just as friendly and helpful.

Came in to shop for computer RAM. The associate helped me out professionally. Unfortunately, Best Buy does not carry this type of RAM because my computer has the older technology. However, she gave me some websites and found some RAM.

Never have an issue here. If youre buying a TV look for Fonz. Hes great and has the best no pressure service. Most places force you into something youre not sure about. He asked the right questions and put us in the right direction.
Absolutely useless service. I called their call center with a question about a repair and chatted with a Geek Squad Agent who gave me the same answer as the call center and both recommended me to go in and said they will do what they told me. I uber to Best buy and they said they cant do any of the things I was told. If they couldnt why would your employees tell me otherwise. If im spending about $1000 dollars I should be getting the right answers and service. They are not true to their word! Even Amazon is more reliable.

I was in the store before closing and when I asked for assistance they told me to sign the sheet and when it was my turn it was after 7 so they told me they were closed. I had two little kids with me. They could care less. What the hell has happened to customer service. They were rude and unwilling to help. Don’t give this place your money or your time.
After picking up the repair, I had to contact geek squad again to fix the issue from the store repsir.
Took forever to get help. Kinda feel like they should walk around instead of wait for us to go to them. Overall when i did get help the person was amazing

Did a drive-up order, which was mostly convenient, but the staff member who brought out the order wasnt very pleasant. People who arent able to go inside should still be treated politely. Ive had to do drive-up at other stores since COVID hit and everyone has been pleasant. Ive also been in the store other times and its just bit a bit crazy and uncoordinated in general. Its fine, just dont expect an amazing experience.
Sales people are scarce. I felt they were only interest in a sale and were anoid to have to answer questions. Had to return the item due to missing accessories. The open book was marked with a very small label that accessories may be missing. After some discussion I did get a refund. On a previous occasion I purchased a lap top . I spent hours on the phone with a Dell tech and still had problems . I tried to return the laptop within 24 hrs and was told to pay the Geek Squad to look at it. I had to contact Dell again and spent all night cleaning out problems. In the end it took about a month of operation before problems were reolved.
Needed a new power cord for the laptop. Brought the old one into the store and right away a salesman matched one up. Whole experience took less than 10 minutes.

Rude employee! While looking at iPhone cases for my nephew’s and my new phones an employee who went by Claire asked us to move along so she could show her customer a case for her phone. We were not even looking for cases for the same type of phone so we were not in her way. I was just ready to make a purchase on 2 expensive cases. Best Buy wants me to move along. I will and take my business elsewhere. I just sold all my Best Buy stock (BBY). Done with this loser.

Theyre really good with customer service. I bought a TV that was delivered and has a defect. Best buy let me exchange and theyre dropping it off while picking up the defect tv.
Awesome customer service these folks are experiencing a hostel work environment getting abused by ignorant customers. The employees were patient, empathetic, and most of all still doing a wonderful job I really admire all of you.

Well, I’ve been buying from this store quite few years now. But today, I really had a bad experience here first time.I went to the store to look for a router and there wasn’t anyone to help me out there. I wrote my name on a help sheet, but no one came to help me out for 25 min. Then finally I came to the desk and told them about it and they said I have to wait longer .Then I went to the customer service desk and talked to manager about it, he said that’s how the store’s policy works now. But the saddest thing was, no employees not even the manager didn’t even ask me what I am looking for !! They all were saying I have to wait longer !So just to buy a router, I had to wait almost 40 min and finally came out from the store without nothing!!!!
