This beauty supply store is honestly just okay. There things are priced a little higher than you would find at other beauty supply stores, probably because theyre the only beauty supply store within about a two to three mile radius. The owners are relatively cordial, but theres nothing to brag home about in terms of this store. Youll usually find what you need, but it will be a little more expensive than you would at other beauty supply stores.

Danielle at the hypoluxo location has outstanding customer service skills. I called asking info about a particular brand of hair that I need and she went so out of her way to help me as best she could. She really took her time to talk to me I really appreciate her service I can tell shes a people person like me.

Went to this store as they advertised they’re open at 8 so I figured I’ll make a quick stop before work got there at 8:05 open light was on but door locked, stayed until 8:20 door was still locked, called their line no one answered the phone... very disappointed 😞

Ali Beauty Supply offers the best price and has great selections..cant find it anywhere? Go to Ali Beauty Supply..I gaurantee you will find it there.

Its a simple quiet place but, by no means is it a super beauty supply it has limited items so you wont find everything you need here unless youre lucky. The person I had on cashier was friendly, greeted me and said if I need anything I can ask her.

***Edited to add picture of my receipt since theyre saying my review is fake! *** I was there Nov 4th in the am. Horrible customer service! I will not be coming back. I got up to the register and the cashier is on his phone doesn’t even acknowledge me at all until he’s done doing whatever on his phone. He then grabs my items and rings them up without saying a word to me. I was actually the first person to speak and say thank you. There was a sense of arrogance as if he was above me. No thank you. I will not be coming back.

This beauty supply store always has everything I need, and even if they dont- they will contact one of their other stores for me! They even price match other beauty supply flyers if you bring them in. Great store!

I seen that this was a new beauty supply store near me so I wanted to try it out and save some gas . Closing time said 9 PM I got there at 8 oclock when I tried to pull on the door the young lady just stared at me I tried pulling the door again & she yelled we ..... are ... closed .... slowly with a attitude. Id rather burn some gas then spend my money here .

Great customer service.whenever you need help someone is always there to asist you.alot of items to choose from and also prices are phenomenal i would totally reccommend this store to my friends.

I went in here the other day and the girl was so rude. She was not helpful, she had no idea what texturizing sea spray was but was very quick to let me know they dont have that kind of stuff there while rolling her eyes and giving me a face as if she had just smelled the most offensive odor. I will never waste my time going back in there, even though I saw exactly what I wanted on the shelf. Id rather travel further and pay more to not be treated in such a manner. My accurate review would be negative stars, but that was not an option.
