I’ve lived by many publixs before. this is by far my favorite local publix, not too big and the layout is very simple and efficient. plus their subs are great!

I wish I could give a better rating but this pharmacy is terrible. I was told 30 minutes and almost an hour later Im still here. They tried going through my insurance when I had told them I had a copay card. So add 10 more minutes. Im hoping one day the pharmacy team will actually listen to their customers.On an added note, I did not get my discount.

Today I came quick to purchase 4 Celsius and there was a line of 6 people and only one cashier.Crazy

Great store, nice people. Produce is always well-stocked. Once in a while they forget something in my deli meat/cheese online order but theyre nice and quick about doing it quick when I tell them. Theyve never been out of something I needed from any department.

Selection is baller. We got local honey and delicious cheeses. Easy enough to navigate: we found a helpful employee when we were trying to find the honey.

Very clean and neat, friendly employees helped me find everything quickly. Great cheese selections, spectacular sub commanders building my Sand O Wich with hunger in mind.

This is probably the nicest Publix in Boynton Beach. Publix up this way seems to have a very limited selection of latino food, especially cheeses. Weve been looking for Colombian cheese forever. Anyway, a clean, well run store overall.

Put in an online order for subs at 8:19pm. Said to be ready by 9pm. 9:05pm they hadnt even started the sandwiches. By the time they got around to it they were also out of white bread which is what I ordered 45 minutes prior. Poor service

Everytime i get a greek wrap the sub makers dont know how its made they usally ask me what goes on it today was no different actually it was worse the workers look like they dont wanna be here and instead of feta cheeze they gave me blue cheeze and they never have spinach wrap eventhough the store has plenty in stock and they usally tell me to pick another option so from now on i ll he asking for the supervisor to make my sub

They are better priced than other convenience stores and even have deals on craft beers which they have a pretty big selection of. Definitely cant complain.

This is my 2nd time visiting that specific Publix. I most say customer service is so important to more people. I talk with a lot of people and there are many people who stop going to store based on how they are treated or responded to when needed. Both times visiting this location, I felt wanted and staff smiles and greets people, All people. Thanks to the treatment and I will reward this particular Publix my business.

This publix let’s anyone walk around without a mask on 02/13/21 a woman with her child both without a mask on just casually talking to the cashier and the bagger. When I asked the cashier was it ok he replied with a no but didn’t want to start an argument with the lady where the bagger an older Caucasian male replied with a shrug basically siding with the woman and her child. He was very disrespectful towards me by doing that because he never had a family member die from COVID I will be filing a complaint with the state and informing the county of these actions.

Normally I love this store. Today was different. First of all, I asked one of the butchers for a fresh pack of meatballs, to which he said, rather rudely, Dont have any! Seriously? The one pack had last sale date of today. If Im paying $10.00 for 12 meatballs, you should have had the decency to go in the back and make a pack. Then I get to the register and I had my own reusable Publix shopping bag, but realized I needed another one because I bought more groceries than expected. So I put a bag on the belt to purchase along with the bag I brought from home to which I was accused of trying to steal one bag when the cashier tried to charge me for BOTH bags. Not a good taste left in my mouth with the incompetent, rude employees I had to deal with today.

So we came in the day before Thanksgiving at 3pm, it was very crowded as expected however we could not have had a better experience! Between the super friendly staff to the extremely fast and efficient check out experience we were absolutely amazed! Every employee we interacted with was helpful and kind. Thanks Publix for making this crazy time so wonderful!

Every Store Set Up Different

Was in to find something for dinner, went past the bakery saw an 8ct container of pound cake and ask for half of that amount but bakery associate (w/m 59 with no name tag) said NO. So I say a single person as myself has to accept what you have or leave it? When did your policy change....shopping with you wasnt a pleasure today....

Moved to the area 1 month ago. Like coming here, staff just not as friendly as other Publix but they are nice.

I want to give a shout out to the man that works in the seafood department of this particular Publix. Im sorry I didnt get his name so I could let the manager of the store know that he went above and beyond customer service. He was a tall older gentleman so hopefully if they read this they will know who he is. I was looking to buy shrimp to make shrimp scampi for dinner but Im not a fan of cleaning shrimp, so he actually cleaned the shrimp for me. I am so grateful that there are still people in this world who care about their job and I want to thank him again for helping me. He also walked me over to the dairy section and showed me a garlic and herb butter that a lot of chefs use to make their seafood dishes. Thank you again!!!!!!

GO ELSEWHERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH AND HEALTH OF THE STAFF.Needed to stock up on food and supplies at this Publix. I can’t believe how I’ll prepared the employees were and how little the company has done to protect their customers. I saw no wiping down of the conveyer belts, checkout staff without gloves, and no plastic shields between the customer and checkout staff. Total negligence on the part of the store.

Theres always an issue with the Deli. Every single time Ive ordered online the sub either wasnt made or was made and someone took it. Also when i ask for extra oil and vinegar (which is never in there) they tell me they already put the packets in with the sub. I get home and no oil and vinegar. This is a small detail but definitely makes a world of difference for the customer satisfaction. Im done ordering from here.

This store has constantly had problems over the past 6 months since I moved locally.Unfortunately it is so close it’s hard to not come here.I have had troubles almost every time with their deli department specifically. I work 7 days a week many weeks out of the year, so online ordering is a great convenience with I-95 down the block from this store. Unfortunately, I have experienced 3 separate occasions where they have been 20-40 minutes late to make my online sub order. Most times they don’t even start the order until I bring management to ask why they haven’t started my order 30 minutes after pickup.Multiple times I have been forced to wait after shopping or while trying to get to work, which is the exact opposite purpose of ordering online.I have pretty much never been able to get in and out with an online deli order, so I decided this was the time to write a review, while I wait, 30 minutes late, for my online order.Edit 11/16/20 still can’t get a paid online order on time. You’d think if you PAY for it they would have it ready since it’s PAID FOR. Another 30 minute late job on a day I barely have time.

If it was possible to give less than a star I would do that! Terrible terrible customer service.

5:45 PM on a Friday. Peak time and only 3 registers open? I could have gone to Walmart or Target, pay less and get out much quicker!

Youve got to ❤️ Publix. They always seem to have the best customer service compared to other chain grocers. The Boars Head meat in the deli is always great and where I always go for deli meat. The B1G1 deals can save you a ton of cash. Dont even get me started on the Publix subs. They are a must try if you have never had one. Look for coupons for them in the weekly ads.

I worked there

Placed my very first online deli sandwich order. Requested 4 toppings: lettuce, onion, tomato and black olives. Picked up sandwich and when I got home it only had a scant amount of lettuce and a couple of onions. No tomato and no black olive. It also took 50 minutes to prepare.

My neighborhood Publix. Clean, well stocked, highly organized. Just wish the associates were friendly. But I’m not there for them, I’m there to get groceries so need to keep some perspective I guess.

Nice store with friendly associates and management. I see store manager Rick always moving around the store and customer service manager Marie is very pleasant and helpful. Clean and pretty organized store set up going through some remodeling changes at this time.

Today is just one example of how this Publix has always coincidently been there for my family! With my daughter not feeling well, I rushed my purchase om Friday...only after returning home did I notice that Id forgotten one of our yogurt tubs. So, I tried asking politely if there would be any way to check if Id left it or forgot to grab an extra for the BoGo. The lovely woman at the desk was patient and well-mannered in helping me in getting the extra yogurt. The bakery staff are always smiling and cordial to my children, even the deli staff love asking the kids if theyd like a sample, too. If you give good manners and respect, expect to receive the same in return 💖🌟💖

Deniro, in the deli, was awful. He wasnt wearing a net over his beard either and had made quite a few subs before mine without it. He was also very short with us and appeared annoyed when having to take my order. Maybe he was having a bad day. Alexis stepped in and completed our order. Very pleasant and friendly. Allison, the cashier, was very cheerful from greeting us, ringing us up and wishing us well out the door. Id go back just for Alexis and Allison.

The staff was very attentive and knowledgeable. Their services are always amazing and the stock is fantastic. Will shop again.
