Overall very good. Well stocked and varied foodstuff. However, little attention is paid to the freshness of the green leafy vegetables. Also, food storage containers, utensils & kitchen tools such knives & cutting boards, etc. are overpriced even by Wegmans & Targets standards.

As is the usual, Publix associates and managerial staff were all accommodating, pleasant, and kind. I had difficulty finding an item on one of the grocery shelves. The young gentleman who assisted me was very considerate, and even went into the back supply room to locate the item for me. A few minutes later he came out with the jar in hand. Kudos both to this young man and whoever hired him. With his cheerful attitude and disposition, this young associate will go far in his career. Thank you so much for an extraordinary shopping experience.

The employees in the deli work at a snails pace. They stand around doing nothing, while 15 people wait in line for a sub. Its amazing they still have jobs. I cant believe my eyes sometimes.

There was a gentleman who works there, was stocking fruit, he was wearing a long sleeve dress shirt. I asked, “where are the watermelons “ and he stopped what he was doing and walked to the back and brought me a full well picked delicious watermelon. Thank you sir

This Publix is the only one in the area where the DELI ASSOCIATES have an issue making the garlic parm wings. They lie to me and tell me it’s not in stock then I get a manager involved and all of a sudden it’s in stock. Associates give me the run around or lie to me EVERY SINGLE TIME I try to order these. What really is the issue?? The deli manager is nice and helped fixed the issue once but the associates try to do whatever they want and aren’t honest. They have told me it’s not on the menu, it’s not in stock, they’ve never heard of it all for me to ask the next worker there and find out it is in fact in stock. Please get your DELI WORKERS in check and make sure they follow the store rules and know how to do their job. This is the only Publix that does this. I can go to Miami for the weekend and they don’t even give me an issue. Neither does the other ones in PB county. Deli workers are messing up this stores rep for me.

The one thing I know about Publix is it is very consistent. The grocery prices are always consistently high...

This is our second time there and we have always been treated nice.

I went to the place in the morning to get breakfast items before work and was able to be in and out in time to log on for work. It was not crowded and the management team was helpful with what I needed to purchase.

I ran in myself to grab some subs for my family, and the staff behind the counter were unhelpful. There was one staff member making online orders, another helping a customer, and lastly someone just standing behind the deli line. When one staff member called the person standing to help me, he looked at me & shook his head. I usually understand if staff is tired but in this Publix I felt judged. I will NOT be coming back here.

I like this Publix location, its near me but they sell out of the most demanding products so you have to be quick!!

Im so thankful for the staff at Publix especially molly very helpful. Greg the pharmacist looked at my prescription and saw the tonsil pain I was in. With no other cars behinds me, He quickly offered to remain on the drive tru to get my order ready. Any other day I would be told to wait 20-40 mins or come back. This is positive leadership

Love the staff at this store. I am giving a last minute pool/ spa party for my granddaughter. Tammy in the bakery department went out of her way to help decorate several cupcakes. Thank you!

The store is very clean the employees were helpful and checkout was fast. I did feel some type of way where the closing manager passed me 3 times and didnt speak. The store was not busy and the fact that he was just standing around doesnt appear there was an urgent need he had to address. Therefore a simple hello passing a customer shouldnt have been hard to do. Especially one who crossed your path three times.

Love this store! Best meat Dept and Bakery. Deli always slow. Happy they installed Boards Head pre cut meats and cheese.

Nice place to shop for groceries. I even get home delivers from this place thru Instacart.

This Publix has improved over the past year. The customer service is much better and the store just seems like it is managed better.

This Publix is well stocked and the staff is friendly. I usually order lunch from here and do it online first to avoid any long lunch lines at the deli counter. The only drawback is sometimes the parking lot is a madhouse but I think that’s because most Florida drivers have no idea what they are doing.

We love the big Publixs. They have a variety of choices, because of the larger shelf space. Always clean, always roomy.

The deli is horrible! Everyone ignores you even though they are not doing anything but standing there. When you finally get waited on they are extremely slow moving.

I order birthday cake friend pick up over 24 hrs after I ordered. Cake was good so gave 2 not correct wording not finished colored cake all white I order balloons and cake multicolored very disappointed for a friends 91 birthday

I never go in this publix but today I was picking up eyeglasses in the same center and did my shopping at this publix. To me the store was very clean and orderly and obviously well managed.

Only one person working at the deli. Waited over 20 minutes for the deli staff to wait on ONE customer. VERY POOR SERVICE.It went back again today and bought some canned goods. The bagging staff was so lazy. The lady was throwing or dropping cans into the bag. You can see the result in the photo. How is this can going to be any good in one month?

It doesn’t feel the same any more. They have hired a lot of new people and it feels like I’m going to Walmart. The employees are not as nice as they used to, no eyes contact, no thank you. The whole reason I prefer Publix is because their customer services. Please please do a better job hiring.

Uber charged me $35.00 to get home after I finished grocery shopping, at 10 p.m.Usually I pay between $7 and $8.When I got home, the Uber rate changed to around $18.00. I know, because I checked.I also double checked Lyft. Same deal.

Great location but unfortunately always understaffed and they never have original monster in stock I know its not necessarily Publix fault because Coke delivers their products and warehouses are currently under staffed, but then again isnt it the administrations responsibility to keep products instock even when it comes to seeking other resources?

Employees that care. Passed by the deli and Ben asked me what I needed. I stated that a co-worker was ordering online and I was to pick it up. He immediately started to work on the online order saving me time.

Just shopped at my favorite store. However the young lady that bagged my groceries moved like she had worked a 12 shift, and she put my bananas in the bag with boxed spaghetti and can goods. Someone needs some training!!!!

Let’s be honest, Publix is part of every Florida family. Whenever you move to a new Florida town you must get acquainted with a brand new Publix whether you like it or not. I am so thankful that the Sunshine Square location became MY Publix. I know that every time I come in, not only am I going to be greeted with the buy one get one deal but Im going to be listening to the most exhilarating music.Truly, this Publix playlist is what makes me so proud to say this is my Publix. The playlist goes from Nirvana to Spice Girls to Shania Twain. Does the 90s child in me jump with joy? ABSOLUTELY. So if you catch me singing along to Kiss Me by Sixpence None The Richer, just look the other way, this is probably the best part of my day.Please never change your music choices Sunshine Square Publix. You stay true to you.

I do not like the fact that the carts locks before you reach your car? You have to pick up the shopping cart to move it. The shopping cart locks in the street before you reach where you park. Ridiculous

Prices are high, but they have everything that you need in this store.

Beware of the fish department. Last 2 times: once bad fish, 2nd time paid for mahi, got something else. From now on, will get fish elsewhere.

Cynthia in the deli went above and beyond the usual customer service that I receive at Publix. When I stepped to the deli counter she greeted me with a smile and a cheerful “ Hi, how are you doing today?!”. Then when I ordered my sandwich, she went into major customer service mode! She offered me a plastic bag because the sandwich was going into a cooler ( she asked me). Then she gave me wet naps ( a nice plus I have never had before).She also took the time to choose an extra long piece of bread because I was cutting the sandwich up into pieces.Just an excellent pleasant encounter and the sandwiches were delicious! All employees should be like Cynthia!!

This Publix has the nicest staff. They are always willing to help.

I’m trying to order my sub and the man behind the counter is just not with it, kept asking me repeat questions. He got the order wrong and I ask him to add roast beef, he spends about 5 minutes to cut it and he gives me two very small slices and I left the sandwich and the store and went to the one in Boynton

This is the only supermarket in Florida that when you walk in,you smell freshness, you feel the pleasure of shopping first grade merchandise all the time

On April 22, 2019 I was grocery shopping for my mom as she recently had surgery that prevented her from standing for too long. One of the things I needed to pick up for her was a very specific brand and flavor of spaghetti sauce. After 10 minutes of searching for the flavor of the very specific spaghetti sauce I came to the conclusion that it really was not there. There happened to be a Publix Stock Clerk by the name of Anthony that was filling the promotion shelf with another brand of spaghetti sauce that was on sale 3 feet away from me and I asked if any of the thousands of jars of sauce he was organizing happened to by brand/flavor my mom absolutely had to have and he informed me that none of them were. He heard me call my mom to ask if another sauce would do and seeing the look on my face because of my mom response Anthony stopped what he was doing and went to the back, found what my mom needed and brought me over 2 jars of her sauce. ON HIS OWN!!! I did not need to ask nor hint to him. I thanked him for his work ethic and kindness because that was all I could do at the moment to show my great amount of appreciation. There needs to be more Anthonys everywhere because his simple act of kindness has made me still smile almost a month later.

Good grocery stores got a cauliflower for 2.50$ and some peppers. I had a great time there. The A/C is reasonably cool. Lotta registers were open. Also there is a scale to weight yourself by the entrance. Its nice.
