Vey Professional. When I pulled up with my boat I was greeted and they unhook my boat for me. When I picked up my boat they hooked it up for me. Work was done perfect with a great turn around time. Attempted to get a large dash overlay made for a brand new Ranger and they could not get it correct. After the first panel was shipped incorrect, I drew up the panel and sent them the AutoCAD/DXF File and they still didn’t get it correct. After 4 incorrect panels we went to a different supplier. Bad business practices all around!!!!

There has been many mishaps in the past that I have had to deal with at other marinas but I have never had an issue with them. Three stars is being generous at this point. I ordered a prop for my suzuki df200. I chose international marine because they had the old non watergrip style in stock. Shipping took 12 days but a holiday weekend was in there so no biggie. Open the box...wrong prop...by a mile. Again things happen I get it. It took 3 days, several phone calls (never did get anything but voicemail) a couple of emails, and a Facebook message to finally talk to somebody about exchanging the prop. They sent it usps priority and emailed me a shipping label to send the other back. Open the box when the new prop arrives and wouldnt you know, its a watergrip prop. Not what I ordered. For anybody wondering why not a watergrip? Because it takes about another $100 to get a different bushing stop and nut spacer for a watergrip over the original. I went ahead and ordered the needed parts from brown point marine which is where Ill go from here on out. Just to add Maria did seem like a very nice person through the emails I had with her but when your order has the part number you shouldnt get anything but that part.

Installed transducer improperly and boat hull was leaking water. Took it back to have it fixed and the technicians installed it improperly again. Just the worst.

Its nice to know that when you spend your hard earned money (and a fair bit of it) that you are getting the service and after sales support you expect. Mike and Lynette have been super helpful in the purchase of new Suzuki outboards. I purchased them in early 2017 and had to go back to them twice to get paperwork for government red tape - Mike followed up and produced exactly what i needed. I wouldnt hesitate to keep recommending them.

In the spring I worked with Brian at international marine and it was a pleasure from start to finish. I just wanted to recommend them for anyone looking to have some modifications or upgrades performed on their boat. I got a wetsounds system put in. I really was clueless when it came to all the different amps and speakers available but he taught me through the process and I ended up with a fantastic install and quality products. For an outstanding price as well. He was on top of everything and made sure I was happy with the final product. I asked a bunch of different companies as I was doing my research on sound installation and his prices and knowledge is what ultimately sold me.

I ordered wiring harnesses from the web site, when I received them I realized that I ordered the wrong length. I went to the actual shop and was quickly greeted by Tyler. He was happy to exchange the harnesses and happy to answer every question I asked about rigging my boat. While the prices are good, dont hold your breath waiting for your parts. I ordered a fuel water separator. It said ships in 2 to 3 days. I received the part 20 days later. Every time I called I had to leave a message and received a call back about half of the time. The way I understood it was that they order the parts from Suzuki and really dont know when they will receive it from them and cant really give you updates.Like I said, Good prices, not so good or upfront about the processing time to get your part or returning calls.
