Prompt, knowledgeable service. On vacation with our boat and had a water pump failure on our Yamaha 150 hp. I called Ocean Outboards and Rob got us back on the water quickly and saved the rest of our vacation! He also pointed out a few small things that needed attention that could have caused problems in the near future and took care of those as well. Thorough service at a fair price.

BEWARE. Bought a used ECU( oil sender computer) for 2004 Yamaha engine on line from Rob.Paid 500. He shipped to me but It was BAD and he refused to give my money back .He keeps saying it came off a working engine.This ecu computer only sends oil to the small reserve oil container on the engine itself. A engine will start and work fine but you have to manually add oil to container built on the engine if this unit is bad.Either He doesn’t understand that or doesn’t care.I had 2 different Yamaha tech’s test it and tell me it was bad.....very dissatisfied.

Rob always goes out of his way to make sure everything is tip top on my boat.i have been using ocean outboards for over 10 years through 3 bosts and I have always been a satisfied customer!!

Very knowledgable owner/operator that does great work. Rob even helped me over the phone with a problem when I was out of state and about 15 miles offshore.

Over priced .poor service left me stranded to hook the boat up to the truck myself no empathy just interested in his pocketbook
