My daughter and I love going to barnes and nobles. We can get some books and have a sit down time to read and get a snack and coffee at Starbucks.

Great bookstore and Cafe. I personally love Barnes and noble and just took my grand daughters for the first time. Basically had to drag them out. Store was.clean and both the Cafe and bookstore staff were awesome. When the girls finish thier books we are definitely going back.

Website said hard cover book was in stock and drove 15 miles to puck up. Could not find it. Asksd for help and the clerk could not find it. Another associate said oh weve been looking for that for a while. Not in stock. Sorry sir.They offerred to order at for me (I could have done that myself). Then I was going to buy the paperback version, but it was $20. I looked at Amazon on my phone and it $7 less for the paperback and the hardcover was $19.96! Ordered it right there. Being delivered next day.

Barnes has much more besides books for all ages on all different topics. - stationary and journal choices, art supplies, games, puzzles, and much more. You can also grab a coffee or refreshing beverage with a bite to eat in their cafe. Plan a trip soon.

I love coming here with my daughter. There is so much for her to see and do, which you wouldnt expect from a book store. They also have a cafe inside. Lots of little toys for the kids, and a little sitting/play area in the back. I come here probably once a week, staff is so friendly and helpful also!

Love this store. Clean and great employees. Adding pictures because these chocolate bars made my day......not the chocolate, although that too, but the funny pictures!

The store was nice, the people. Were friendly. Anime selections was very minimal. New age sections were very minimal. Other than that, it was ok.

The only book store still in business. Located in the busy Boynton mall and Renaissance corridor.They have a great selection of books for both adults and children. They have added a lot of toys and games.There is a café in the store.

Clean and full of all your favorite titles. Overwhelming to be back in a bookstore but was able to find what I wanted. Wish they had coupons but I didnt want to join a club knowing I dont shop enough to pay for a discount. Friendly cashier.

I go to this Barnes and Noble out of convenience. I dont think it is as big as some of the others but you can usually find what you are looking for. The only reason I wont give it 5 stars is because some of the employees arent always helpful

Love this bookstore!! I prefer to go to the one in Nanuet on Rte 59. It’s got everything including great customer service, quick checkout and everything from a wide array cards to great gifts. The books are endless and very diverse selection. Clean and bright store. 📚👍🏼

Was rudely kicked out of store by manager on June third 2020 for not having a mask on. When I asked if there was a sign saying masks are required he sarcastically told me there are multiple at the front of the store. I reminded him that the signs say preferred not required, he then asked me to leave.If you are going to shame someone in your store at least put up a sign to back you up. You would think the manager of a bookstore would understand the important difference between two basic words.

There is lots of books all over. Books here books there and books everywhere. Its nice and quiet. You can always sit in the back to read. The guy on the floor was very helpful and walk me to the book instead of pointing and walking off.

Had exactly what I was looking for, heads up the Starbucks in here doesnt except Starbucks ghift cards though as they are owned by barns and noble.

Great place to buy books for their huge selection. Although the prices seem to be more expensive than other stores. I also thought the customer service could have been better. Upon asking where I could find books on a particular subject the employee simply waved her hand in the direction that they were located as she was trying to tell me while yet hurrying in the opposite direction. I dont really see a reason to shop here. I would probably order online next time or purchase from another retail store.

This is a decent-sized B&N. Huge selection of Funko Pops that were even somewhat sorted! Nice, clean store.

My kids and I love browsing through the books, reading together and having a tea or coffee in the Starbucks. Yummy lemon bars too. The rewards card is a must for the discount.

I have been coming to this location for 13 - 14 years and i cant think of a single negative thing to say. The staff here has always been friendly and the store is always kept in good shape. Its a Barnes and Nobles you know what youre getting into. The usual coffee good book selection kids area magazines lots of little up cells that are cool novel.Only reason Im giving it 4 over five is its missing the usual lounge chairs. For someone like me who wants to check out a book a little bit before buying it is very important I have a bad back.

Called and ordered a book I needed for one of my classes Im taking this semester (The Pause Principle by Kevin Cashman) weeks go by and I never received a call about as to whether or not the book has arrived. I give them a call and was told the book had been there for awhile and that someone should have given me a call,I was then assured that the book would be behind the counter and ready for me to pick up at any time. Cool, good deal, except for the fact that when I went to pick up the book I was told my order had expired and found out they had sold my book (which was the only copy in the store) to someone else the previous day which is pretty morally wrong. Never got a phone call saying the order would or has expired or even that they need to reorder the book for me. Very very disappointed for the utter disregard towards me as a customer, my order, and how it was handled.

Love the old brick and mortar book store. Just a good feeling I get when I can sit down, sip a coffee, read magazines and go through the isles looking for books. Becoming a lost part of our lives so I enjoy it while I still can. #savebookstores

If I have to walk in to a bookstore, this is the perfect one to go to. Helpful, low pressure staff, fair prices and a great atmosphere.

I was able to find most of what I was looking for in store today. Had an employee help me find what wasnt in store on the website and have it sent to my home. Overall the employees did not seem to be enjoying their time at work but they were friendly enough to get the job done without being rude. It bothers me that they push the membership everything you get to a register but I know its corporate policy so I just tell them no and move on. The store is clean and fairly well organized and always a pleasant shopping experience.

Normally I love Barnes & Noble but I have over $300 charge from when I was overseas (theres no such thing as b&n where I was) and nobody seems to be able to help me even though I have evidence from my bank & the military/government that I wasnt even close to here, nor my bank card since been cancelled. I need help.

Barnes and Noble are well known for their great selection and well spread out store displays and the staff here went above and beyond to help us locate our desired purchases. Long line at the checkout but the cashier was very quick and courteous. Overall a wonderful experience!

Very cool coffee and book place. Great service in bookstore and coffee section. Awesome to study, read or chat. Lots of outlets for chargers and computers. Chess and tutoring are frequent in cafe area.

I enjoy coming here to study but every time I go to purchase something I’m in line for over 10 minutes. They always only ever have 1 person on the cash register. I just stood in line again for 10 minutes. Who knew it took 3 people to cash out one person. Therefore I left what I was going to purchase.

All the staff are careful with distancing and having masks on. When you walk in there is a sanitization station next to the door for people who need it. The layout is recently changed which allows for a lot more merchandise besides books to be displayed.

Found my students AP study materials and a book for my elementary child. They were helpful.

Love this bookstore, and I seem to always take twice as long in the store as I wanted. There is just so many books to look at and magazines you want to hang out in there. They have a Starbucks inside the store just for this reason, and the magazine racks always have people like myself paging through 10 magazines before buying 1. If you are like myself and need an actual book sometimes to get your mind off everything then this is your place.

Always a fun time. Great selection, excellent kiddy corner and overall great time. If they dont have it, they can always special order it. The Starbucks is a nice bonus.

A nice place to read or work on your projects. Its like being in a Library, but you can talk and eat, because everyone is mindful and respectful of your space.

The Ft. Lauderdale branch has a clean, quiet atmosphere. The food is good at the cafe. They have a video/music section, but it has thinned out over the years.

Lots of cool stuff in here. The coffee shop was nice and had tons of great pastries.

Good selections and well staffed

I don’t shop for books often, but I came in today and purchased a big old stack. A cashier with pretty pink hair rang up my purchase, I signed up for the emails, and walked out. She ran out to the sidewalk and called my name (remembered it from my email) to hand me cash I had accidentally dropped on the floor/counter area while stuffing the reciepts in the bag. It is very rare for someone to be so honest and considerate, I just wanted to thank her here, and hopefully her management team can reward her for such an amazing show of character. Thank you so much !

The store is wonderful. They have a nice place to sit down and have a coffee and snacks. The only downside is that it takes a while to get checked out because they ask a lot of questions.

EVERYTHING is there. If they dont have it stocked, they will get it. The librarians there are so very helpful.
