I felt like the salespeople were too busy to care much about helping me as if they dont want customers to ask questions. One saleslady wasnt aware they sold the product I asked about, perhaps she was new!? They didnt have my size of what I drove there for.

This is a great store with great prices and selections. The older African American lady in the front is a delight, she can find you what you want and have you in and out with at least two pairs of shoes within 10-15min!! I wish I could remember her name

Both ladies that work there afternoon shift on Sundays very rude. If you don’t wanna help out customers and do your job then go home. Customers shouldn’t know where you keep the shoes. You should . Would rate no stars if I could

Bought my son two pairs of shoes the girls there were very helpful and easygoing.

Spent a decent amount on shoes when I came from my Podiatrist. He said I need a shoe with the heel out to not aggravate my bursitis on the back of each heel. I had a pair shipped to my house since they didnt have my size. The lady that helped me said that the shipping was free....I was shocked.....nothing is free these days. My shoes were delivered in 7 days. Very good customer service. I will go back.

This was the only place I could find in the Boynton Mall that could sell me a pair of Wide shoes. The selection wasnt the best, but I still found a pair I was happy with and left with a new pair of shoes.

I.have been a long-time fan of Ra k Room shoes for many years and regreted.losing a store in west Boca but I will drive down to Pompano Beach and now found a store in Boynton Beach for the grandkids and the staff were.very helpful. Will be back !

After getting confirmation that they would price match JCPenney (which is literally 50 steps over in the mall) I spent over an hour in the store only for the ASM to make excuses on why he wouldnt. Same shoe, same color, same style, $20 cheaper at JCP even with RRs B1G1 half off deal. And I got to use a 15% coupon on top of the better price.Save yourself the trouble and just go to JCPenney. Sales, plus coupons, plus a $10 reward next month if you spend $100.
