Used to love the buy one get one 50% off. Now its only occasionally offered.Was able to find a couple pairs of shoes at a decent price...Adidas at 65.00 and Nautica on clearance for 25.00 but thats because my granddaughter has an usual size foot for a teenage girl but in my average 7.5 size nothing!

Loved the place. They actually had my size in the tennis shoes I actually can comfortably fit. Also they didnt have my size in the sandals I wanted, but they did ordered it for me. Loved the place.

There were many different types of shoes. Going from comfort to work boots, the selection was adequate. Although there were many styles to choose from, there was a limit number of them. Overall it will most likely to please your needs for a shoe type amd size.

I went in to buy my daughter some sneakers. I walked in. I had to use the bathroom. The salesgirl told me to go to Michael’s or Target for a bathroom. She told me there is no bathroom for customers. So I walked over to Michael’s and used their restroom and then I went to Kohl’s to buy my daughter’ her sneakers. So they lost my business because customers are not important enough to provide a bathroom. Bad customer service!

So I know I am a little late but I was here on 10/1/2020 and I had the best experience the girls were great extremely helpful the store manager Emily went above and beyond found what I needed was looking for all over for weeks but they only had one pair so the other girls found them ordered them and had them sent to my house they really made it worth my while and this is why I always come back to this store I have only had great experience here i always say I rather spend a lil more to have a pleasurable experience thank you so much Emily,Selena,and Elissa I appreciate your kindness ❤

We went there last night 15 minutes before they closed and the staff was so nice to us! The manager even gave us a $10 coupon! My mom couldn’t find a second pair of shoes for the bogo deal so the manager Stacy said we could come back today and get the second pair at the bogo price with no problem! My whole family was super pleased with the store and the customer service we received! We all love our new shoes! Thanks again ladies!!!

The girl raced to the front door as I was walking up and shut it and locked it. She then proceeded to clap to her coworkers as I stood there after having the door slammed in my face, pretty sure it’s them that took a lost in this situation so I didn’t really understand the clapping.... I understand the holidays are a very stressful situation (as I also work in retail) but I would never do that to a customer.

They had lots of shoes I liked but when I checked with the employees for my size (in different brands) closest store with my shoe size (a womens 9 regular width) was Tennessee & were in PB Florida. Come on?!?!

Just just went there a couple weeks. Ago to buy my daughter some shoes. And everytime I looked up I was asked if I needed help which everytime I go to any other shoe store right nobody really ask that. There really helpful over there anything you need there willing to help you with it. Even if you dont need help they still ask. Thats one reason why I love that place. They always have low prices on shoes every time I go there.

The employees here were a bad McHenry of younger people when I visited and they were not very professional. I did hear one lady reprimand some children for running through the store (no idea where their parents were), but that was the only time I even saw her. The store was in shambles. I won’t be going back to this location.
