Good ice cream. Some employees are nice but others do not seem to like there job.

Carvel in Boynton Beach has great customer service. They designed my beautiful birthday cake with a custom photo with a short notice. 10/10!

Great soft serve selection, served with pleasant staff!

My husband & I took our two granddaughters for ice cream. The hard ice cream tasted so old, we all threw them out before finishing them. I said something to the clerk & she responded with oh...wont be going there again!

Not a huge fan of ice cream or cake but I needed to pick up a specific item and have it personalized.I called and spoke to Matthew he was most helpful answered all my questions and when I walked in was very attentive and got me exactly my specific thing I needed thank you Matthew

On Tuesday’s you get 2 small carvelanches for 8.50 (buy 1 get 1 half off). 1 small carvelanche is 5.29. The ice cream was skimped so it was not worth the money at all. This was no deal. Parking is available in the evening but not in the afternoon.

Great ice cream products and very good customer service.However, Florida is now in its second week of COVID-19 business re-openings after at least six weeks of lock-down, yet so many wussed-out businesses still force their customers to resort to curb-side pick-up and eat their ice cream in their car.NOT a good policy at this late date, Carvel.

While most Carvel stores in the region only have 2 soft serve machines offering 4 flavors, this one location has 3 machines offering 6 soft serve flavors!! And it had my favorite soft serve flavor, Black Raspberry!! Please make that flavor a permanent selection!!!!!

This store should not be open until they provide gloves, soap and have sanitizer to the employees. They are serving customers with no precautions then handling money and without washing hands or wearing gloves serving the next person. Very dangerous. The customers and employees are at great risk.

Today I went in to try their new boss shakes! The one that caught my eye was The choc peanut butter choc cookie dough! Lets just say I should of purchased a small instead of medium I was just being greedy! The chic was nice not her fault. But the soft serve icecream is not gon cut it making milkshakes smh. The presentation of the shake was nowhere near the pic but what do u expect is it ever?! Fix the soft serve machine or get a NEW ONE cuz the shake was runny like SOUP. All n all it was ok not something I wud get again. Its soft serve not a fan. The only place that makes HARD COLD soft serve is Ritas!

Its xmas and the young lady answered the phone so nicely my mother was craving a hot fudge sundae. Ty for makung our day better with yummy chocolate soft serve
