Super good açaí bowls and Mike is friendly and cares about his restaurant. This is one of the cleanest restaurants I’ve ever seen. Best thing is they’re open late. It’s so hard to find an açaí bowl past 7pm but he’s got it!!

Very clean, wonderful flavors of yogurt, lots of choices for toppings. The owner was very knowledgeable about the protein shakes that they sell there. Wonderful experience

On Saturday, June 12th I took my daughters here to celebrate a birthday. My one daughter was using the provided utensils to add toppings to her yogurt cup. The attendant working at the time approached my 7 year old daughter, and without a word, or informing me, the mother, grabbed by daughters arm forcefully, removed the utensils from her hands and put them away. I was so shocked that a complete stranger had the audacity to grab my daughter and remove something from her hands that I was unable to speak. I also did not want to cause a scene and ruin my daughters birthday, so I just paid for the yogurts and left. I do not recommend taking your children here. We will not be returning.

Tall bald guy was watching us as we got our yogurt. We did throw out a bowl then when he told us theres sample cups you can use (holding in his hand) he didnt give it to us. Then when I ask for one he says he had to do it. Very uncomfortable experience. Will not be going back.

So I don’t know at what point in your gym life you find it ok to not wear a mask while working. Especially in south Florida during a pandemic this guy is too jacked to care about your health. Hope you enjoy him breathing his day into your frozen yogurt as you check out. Never again. I’ve been here once before and there was a nice lady who wore face covering. Oh how the nighty have fallen. I would rather take the drive to Menchies, at least the 15 year old girls who work there can follow CDC guidelines unlike this guy.

We used to love this place, but in a time of a global pandemic (January, 2021) with thousands of COVID cases everyday in Florida, the person in charge of giving out yogurt samples was not wearing a mask, and not even gloves! When people say this place was spotless and clean, they must be referring the appearance of the place and not to real hygene. We felt intimidated by this person (tall bearded and otherwise kind man) because when we asked him for his mask, he was dismissive and simply said he wouldnt wear it. This contradicts the fact that immediately after we left, he began to clean the chairs and table we sat at. Personal decisions on wearing or not wearing a mask and gloves are one matter, but when it affects the wellbeing of frequent customers, its a bad business decision. I used to bring my family and my soccer teams to this place. Not anymore.

I went in a while back when I was craving an acai bowl and a guy made it, he was really nice and made it well.I went in today and there is an older woman who when I first walked in I was confused if she actually worked there because she was so apathetic about me being there, but then she slowly made her way behind the counter to see what I wanted..This is the first time in my life I have ever NOT finished an acai bowl... they are one of my favorite things and Im not that picky... but there was almost NO acai in this thing, and what acai there was, was 100% liquid, it was not close to being frozen... yes this is Florida, but it isnt even a hot day, and I ate/finished it within 5 minutes of getting it because I was trying desperately to find ONE bite of frozen acai, but to no avail.....Not only that, but there was SO much granola....... I ate half and you can see how much remains. And SO much honey. It was so sugary I almost threw up.By far the WORST acai bowl I have ever had....... but apparently that just depends on who makes it at this place.........Order at your own risk...... 😒

BEST IN BOYNTON! Just stopped in for some impromptu yogurt and I must say this place blew us away! Teri is so sweet and the place is immaculately clean. Not to mention every topping and delicious flavor you could dream of! Plus they have PROTEIN SHAKES AND SMOOTHIES!!! Oh and I almost forgot the juice shots too (Ginger Lemon my fave)! If I could give it 10 stars I would! This will be our new favorite place! Do yourself a favor and stop in!

This used to be a go to spot for me. And then I dont know whats going on the guy is holding the little tasters in his sweaty hands and not letting you taste your flavors on your own bc the switch is too fast which is completely bs. And Im not sure if he is not also selectively doing this to certain customers. So disappointed, I used to refer friends and fam to this place. I used the taster on my own before and used the switch I dont remember anything like that. Besides if that is the case change your name, bc DiY stands for Do It Yourself! Not eat your yogurt from the sweatie inside hands of the guy that serves it to you.. at least wear gloves if you must save $$ from people tasting too much...Im done!

Great service

We went in with three kids age 7-10 and a puppy in my wifes bag. The owner lady ripped the ice-cream out of my daughters hand without asking and said its too full, she cant have any toppings. Then she told us no dogs allowed and we cant eat the $38 ice-creams in the store, because we brought a baby dog that never left my wifes bag and was not making a peep. We wanted to have end-of-school treats and got treated like we were a nuisance. Last time were going there!!

Once you try it, youll realize this is the best and least expensive frozen yogurt around! We go at least once a week for a healthy, inexpensive treat! I highly recommend this establishment!

I just left the store, where I had the misfortune of meeting their customer service person, Laila.After intentionally driving over to get some Frozen yogurt,I asked her for a few sample cup to try a few flavors. She stated that she would have to serve me the samples and if i had a problem with her hands. I informed her that I have never heard of a self service frozen yogurt store that serves you samples. I further explained that I have purchased yogurt at that exact location and was given sample cups in the past. She replied that I should leave and return when the other employee that last served me is there.After being treated like a thief and called I lair; I asked for her name and the managers. She then asked the other associate to confirm her statement, which I did not request. After she wrote her name and managers name on a business card, stated that I should keep complaining to the manager.

Unbelievably awful experience at this store. mygirlfriend and I were accosted aggressively by the man behind the counter, accused of stealing, and cursed at before being told to leave and never come back.we initially ordered two açaí bowls and went to the back to get some self-serve yogurt while we waited. after getting our 8oz or so of yogurt, we spent a few minutes at the toppings bar tasting things (albeit poor form on our part for tasting the toppings). when our bowl was ready, we walked to the counter to pay where we waited another 5 or 10 minutes for our açaí bowls to come out. it had been probably 15 minutes since we put in the order for the bowls, and i was starting to wonder what was taking so long (we were the only people in the shop).when the employee finally came out and entered everything into the computer, I noticed there was a pretty considerable up-charge on our final total. our two açaí bowls (~$9/each) plus appx 11oz of yogurt (~$6) plus tax would’ve given us a total of around $26. instead, our total was $33. wondering if this was a mistake, I asked for prices to confirm my math was correct. when confronted with this question, the man admitted he had been watching us “steal” from the toppings bar for the past 15 minutes and was going to charge us $5 extra. not agreeing with what was actually a $7 up charge but accepting that we had been wrong in sampling toppings, I offered to pay for the actual amount by weight of the toppings that we had taken (probably no more than 3 or 4oz, roughly $2 worth).this is when he started getting heated; he vehemently refused and threatened to call the police for theft if we didn’t just pay up. this exchange went on for about 5min which ended with him yelling increasingly loudly and telling us to “get the f*** out of his store and never come back.”I would have been ok if he had confronted us about the things we were doing wrong or even told us to stop sampling while we were out there, but to try to slip in the charge and hope we wouldn’t notice and then scream and threaten us when confronted was absolutely unacceptable. also in his tirade, he went as far as to bring up the poor state of his business, which I also found pretty unprofessional.we left the shop having lost our appetite, which is an extra bummer because the açaí bowl actually looked pretty good.TL;DRunless this is the last surviving frozen yogurt store in all of south florida and you’re in a life-threatening desperate need of something sweet and refreshing, don’t waste your time with this place.
