My mother lost her hearing aid when taking her mask off, and I saw an ad on the paper . I met with Bob and he told me there were new owners and he was able to utilize their connections with the manufacturer. Even though I did not originally purchased my mothers hearing aids there, Bob was able to get me a replacement. What a relief. Go see Bob, he was a gem!!!
