The office is super clean which we appreciated. They offer multiple locations which is helpful and convenient. This is a very nice hearing facility and the people are very nice here. I would come here for the apocalypse and stay in the hearing testing chamber. (This review was from my 12 year old daughter). I found Palm Beach Hearing Associates to be warm and professional and provided me with results of my daughters hearing test immediately. The office was sanitized and the front desk staff was very polite.

Had no problems initially. Then I changed phones and since my hearing aide was attached to my phone to be able to adjust the volume etc, I went back to have it connected to my new phone. A lady came in after me and needed to sign a form so I had to wait while she asked questions and then Maya turned to me and said she had tried to call me the day before - a lie. I can track any calls I get and I did not get one from her. She said my contract visits had run out and I would have to pay $65.00 for the visit. Just to connect the hearing aid I got from them to a new phone, (which was a selling point for that hearing aide). I didnt have $65.00 to give to her and her response was that I had signed a contract that didnt include service. She had the nerve to say that she had booked time for me that she could have used for someone else--after having me wait 15 minutes while she serviced someone else. I was not told at any time before my appointment that I would have to pay a fee and they had 3 weeks to do that. And she would not budge and kept referring to the contract. So Ms. Maya is not only a liar but for her its all about the money, money, money. Shes only nice when she wants to get your business.

The staff is amazing, everyone was helpful and friendly. I felt I was in good hands when I was here. This place has helped me tremendously and I highly recommend this facility as a great place for patient centered care.

Overall great experience, with no awkward “doctors visit” feeling. The staff all seem to be on the same page, which made for an efficient and less stressful visit than I’m used to. I’ll definitely be back!

My young daughter is very temperamental about visiting any hearing facility. However, after finding this place she is more willing to actually get in the car and go! Maya was able to make her smile and get her going throughout the whole appointment
