Maryann and George are fantastic! They are extremely nice people, are knowledgeable about their job, and they are always very helpful. I know my unit will always be safe and secure with Maryann and George taking care of the facility.My company rents a unit at this location and Im there often. The facility is always kept clean and orderly. I have never had a problem of any kind. There are only positive things to say about this location and the employees.Since we could use the extra space, my wife and I will be getting a unit. We know well be the customers of awesome people, who provide awesome service at an awesome location. Maryann and George are the best! Mariann makes the experience of renting storage smooth and pleasant. If you want secure, clean, and convenient storage, this is it. If thats not enough, theres more. A feature that cannot be overlooked; a covered loading dock. This permits you to avoid the direct heat of the day, or an inconveniently timed rainstorm when you want to access your stored items.

This is the best storage facility I have ever experienced. It is well maintained and very clean. The employees are very knowledgeable and professional. Mariann was very friendly and helpful.

Very clean storage, but not the most convenient way to get moving trucks in and out. Customer service is also helpful. My only major issue is the price increases. Current customers should never be manipulated into a price increase, this should only be for new incoming customers. There’s no logical reasoning for this to happen when your operating a business with low overhead cost. The only answer to that is GREED!! Unfortunately, long term customers have no way to counteract these wicked acts besides moving out.

I have been using this Boynton Beach location for several years and everything has always been exceptional. Location is convenient, customer service is outstanding and Mariann is always so extremely pleasant to work with! I highly recommend for all your storage needs!

The place is decent size. The staff are knowledgeable and will answer all questions you have. I forgot the ladys name who helped me reserve my unit but she was great. George was the staff who helped me on my move in day and he was also pleasant and professional. The storage place seems legit and safe. It was fully indoors and climate controlled. They seem to have better sizes than Public Storage as well.

I have been at this storage place for years. Marianne is awesome. She goes above and beyond. The units and hallways are always clean. Her customer service is caring and respectful. Marianne manages this facility excellently. She is very dedicated to assuring that service is wonderful

Great location. Safe and convenient. I have seen the AC leak twice there and in the last year there has been an ongoing issue with the temperature. I had to throw out product that was damaged as a result.

The Manager, George was very nice and professional. The facility is incredibly well maintained. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is for lack of carts. I got there around 12:30 and it took an hour of waiting before one became available. I still recommend this location, but if you’re moving on a weekend, get there early.

I had a great experience with Cube Smart. The staff was very friendly and most helpful. Mariann the Store manager was very helpful on the phone when I called for information. When I visited the store, George the GM, took me on the tour and processed all the paperwork and I was in and out quickly. The facility is clean and conveniently located.

Mariann was pretty awesome in finding out what my needs were and helping choose the right size storage unit.So funny that was my original review when I went there very stressed out a sudden sale and move from my place due to COVID-19 related issues.They tacked a few extra charges on which I paid. The worst part was while parked in their underground area on camera my car was hit while parked. I noticed it within 15 minutes of it happening and they refused to check the cameras saying that they didn’t have control of the cameras where my car was hit. All this time I am in their sales area starring at my car (parked in the same place that it was hit two weeks before) both staff members while playing around online, barely acknowledged that I was a customer standing right in front of them.They also had access to my storage as one of my window art paintings disappeared!!! With a lock that they provided.I would rather paid more money somewhere else. Just not to be treated in such an awful manner by these unkind nitwits that could careless about their customer. Shop some where else if you want your valuables to be safe.

Being in customer service and sales I always appreciate excellent customer service. This is what I received at renaissance storage/ cube smart in boynton beach. George the general manager took the time to show me around and the location and size of my unit as I was unsure. Facilities are clean, extremely safe and Secure as well as a great location. Unfortunately, we had a unforeseen hickup with 1 elevator out and George and the store manger Marianna were more more the generous to help on the matter. I appreciate their level of customer service and fast response to the matter. I highly recommend them for your storage needs. Thumps up!

Renaissance Self Storage send me an email requesting my review. Here it is.I trust Google reviews. In my search for a storage unit I read the reviews and did the price comparison and made my decision to go with Renaissance.When I arrived to sign up and pay I was told there is an additional $12/month charge for insurance. When I checked online their website said there will be a monthly charge of $29.25 and a one-time $24.00 admin fee. Thats it.No mention of insurance fees anywhere I could find. I think all the storage companies do this and its wrong. The woman at the front desk was professional and the layout of the storage facility is very nice. I just dont like to being lied to.Also, because this is a month to month they can raise the rates anytime and at whatever price they want. Do your research.

It was a smooth and easy process getting setup. Facility is clean and the hours to access your storage is great. I used them years ago here and it is still the best.Mary the manager is awesome and accommodating. She loves her job and it shows.I recommend this place highly!!

My Mom and I went in to Renaissance Self Storage looking for a storage unit last week. We spoke to Gary, who went above and beyond our expectations in assisting us to find the perfect unit. He was friendly, answered all of our questions, and made us feel welcome. He showed us a few different sized units and we were able to make our decision from there. This was my first time signing a self-storage lease and honestly I had a very positive experience. The facility is clean and Marianne is lovely, informative, quick and efficient. She was able to answer my questions, accommodate my needs and other customers in a timely manner. Very grateful to have found this unit and look forward to referring others to this location!

Used them for a transitional period moving from one place to another. If we decided not to move would’ve kept for the price and ease of getting things in an out of the unit. Units are AC controlled and felt comfortable leaving my vinyl collection there as well as other important items. Mariann was very helpful with helping me find the right size unit for my stuff.Plenty of carts to help move stuff in and out at the loading dock.

Office was clean and welcoming. Unit walkways were always clean. This is actually my second time at this location. I am absolutely sure it will not be my last.

I have been happy with the location, price and customer service, as everyone has been polite. My problem is that the temperature has been in the 80s since July. I have called several times to notify. I was told a District manager would call. No call. I was told a Regional Manager would call... No call... I come to this storage weekly as I work remotely and I store my work materials here. Now today, not only is the temperature 82 degrees, but also, there is a puddle on the floor! I called only to be told I would get a call back. I dont care about the call, I just want this fixed as I am paying for climate controlled storage. Not to mention this puddle is a hazard, and Id hate for someones belongings to get damaged. Just fix it. Thanks.

The young man at the front desk (cannot remember his name) who booked me a cubicle recently was very courteous, knowledgeable and kind. I previously had my stuff stored at Public Storage, which I regret. The management at the Boynton Beach branch were unhelpful, and the cubicles they charge are overpriced. So glad I found Renaissance Storage.

I like the security and proximity to my home. But what I dislike is that I am not even six months into my rental agreement, and already, they have mailed me a lease increase notice... Unbelievable!, with everything that is going on in the country due to COVID-19. I would expect that at least they would stick with the original rent price for a minimum of 12 months... I signed this lease at the end of February.Very disappointed

George was great in getting us set up with the right unit. I felt no pressure or rush when I went in. The facility is well kept and it such a bonus that it’s climate controlled!! The overall experience was great and I’m very happy!

Maryanne in the office was great and made leasing process easy. I was finished in 15 min. Only negative thing is that there were no carts available for move-in and my unit is on the 4th floor.

Gary was so nice and professional! He called the day before to confirm my reservation. When I got there with my belongings he showed me around to make sure the unit was the desired size and did all the paperwork pretty quick. I gave four stars for two different reasons: first, they seemed to be understaffed in that location. With only Gary there it took a bit longer to check in than I would have liked; however, working in retail I completely understand. He balanced every customer quickly and efficiently. Second; they have a loading zone with one elevator. When I finally was able to get to the loading zone a customer had her moving company parked in one space and her personal car parked in the other. This means I had to park my moving truck pretty far away from the elevator. I think it would have been better to ask her to park in the parking lot in the front where personal vehicles were supposed to be so the loading/unloading trucks could be parked in the designated spaces.

The facility is very clean, well maintained & well-lit. But it is the staff here that made my move so smooth. Gary & Mariann anticipated needs, gave suggestions… very informative and helpful! Excellent customer service, thank you!

Security is good, must have key fob to operate elevator, climate controlled, appears to be very clean so far - only on day two.

I like how easy it is to pull your car in the facility and unload onto the flat carts that are available. Its clean and has no odor, like other storage facilities. Edward was very helpful getting me the right size storage and location.Everytime I needed help he was available.

Renaissance Self Storage is a great location - Gary is professional, considerate, and all around wonderful! The units are clean and air-conditioned, and the service is wonderful. Gary took me around to check the units before offering me one that would work so I could switch into a smaller unit that is more convenient for me. Ive tried other locations as so far this is the only place I would ever consider for storage!

I was having some issues obtaining the paperwork I needed when I moved out of my unit. The Manager, Gary, went above and beyond to make sure I received what I needed. This took a few days to resolve but he stayed on top of it. He was the employee that actually help me set up my unit. He was very professional and helped me out and cut me a great deal. Gary the Manager is awesome. He goes way above and beyond for his customers. I have 2 storage rooms and I told my sister and she got 2 rooms also ! We love it. Great set up and if its raining no transporting items in the rain, no soggy items (covered loading area).... now thats priceless :-)

Ms Lisa and Mr Gary provided the best service, they were detailed oriented were able to answer questions before I could asked. I am retiring from the military after 28 years. I initially reserved one storage unit but decided it would be better to get two based on the superior service I received. I was having issues with my movers, I had to wait 4 hours for them to come. Ms. Lisa offered cold water and the used of an android charger. She was very polite and kind. The establishment was clean and provided moving charts. I strongly recommend Renaissance Self Storage to everyone.

The people in the office are absolutely delightful and ver very helpful. They make the storage experience as easy as possible, however when we needed a larger storage space the one we received had an obstruction that significantly reduced the available space. When we went to the office to request a reduction in price because we are paying for storage space we are not getting, they told us that is your policy. That is an abuse of your customers. We have no quarrel with your employees, but we strenuously object to your unfair charges for space not available to us!

I have seen him on a couple of occasions when picking up items for my job. He has always offered to assist me with my items and knowledgeable of the services you offer. Had a good experience with Gary AT FIRST even tho he kept hassling me about a review now the downside to my experience and why I rated it so low was that they do not prorate they would not help with prorating my monthly charge I basically paid for a month and the unit was empty for 2 of those weeks, also they make a courtesy call prior to your move in date and I was not told of the monthly insurance charge when they made that call so I was charge more than what I was originally quoted or that they needed 2 weeks to vacate and got a rude attitude from Gary even tho I spoke to someone in customer service weeks before about my move out date so no communication between customer service and the manager. The area is clean, cool with a/c in the units but the experience I had wasn’t a great one. I would take my money elsewhere.

George, the manager of this facility, is PHENOMENAL! He went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything I needed to move into the unit. Highly recommend!

This is the best storage company! It’s so convenient with ample carts in a covered area! And, the office staff is equal to none! Gary and Mary Ann will go out of their way to work with you! Fantastic representatives of a fabulous company!

The facility was without Air Conditioning for July and August even though the space was supposed to be climate controlled. After only a few months, the facility raised the rate by nearly 20%. They sent a mailer stating the increase on a post card with a font of about 5 or 6 point. It very much looked like junk mail. Dont think for a moment that was not on purpose.

The facility was very clean, and our unit was perfect for what we needed. The manager was great, and helpful throughout our use of the unit. We only needed it for 6 months. This place is in a beautiful location, so whenever we had to make a run to the storage unit, it was convenient and pleasant. Access into our unit, via elevator, was very smooth. Most times that we went, we were able to park at the perfect spot next to the entry. Access to the elevator and unit were really easy. We occasionally saw others on our floor, but it was almost like we had the floor to ourselves. I felt very safe there, even when I was alone. The unit was in great shape, and the lift door functioned well. If it werent for the extra monthly expense, I would keep a smaller unit there forever, just to store suitcases and odd items that take up so much closet space in a small condo.

He showed us around and we were very impressed with the facility and the people that work there. He got me all set up in my first unit in like, an hour. Then when some life changes happened and I needed a bigger unit a couple months later, he made sure to get me one right next to my old one so that transferring would be a breeze. The facility is clean and bright. Ive been with them for the past 4+years and have had no problems. The management staff is friendly and helpful too. Ive looked at other storage facilities in the area and the prices have been comparable for what you get. I wanted a clean, accessible A/C unit and this was still the best option. Parking can get a bit tricky if there are a lot of people at once and if a worker from one of the restaurants has a car parked in the loading area but, other than that, its a good facility.
