Moving is never fun but it could definitely be made easier by someone who is helpful and considerate, like David Losier. After an initial, minor, hiccup with our reservation, David was able to help us quickly solve it and get back to our moving process. The facility is clean and organized, we definitely would recommend this location and great staff.

I recently visited this facility and had a wonderful experience. The facility was well secured and very clean. I had to use the restroom and it was one of the cleanest I have seen in a long time in a public place. I must say customer service was very amazing and I was treated with the upmost respect. I will be revisiting the facility and I will be referring this facility.

Shameka was very helpful. She is my sunshine, she has been fantastic through the years! The place is clean and I feel like my belongings are safe! She make it enjoyable to come down to come down to pay my rent every month! Its staff like her that keeps us loyal customer coming back and willing to travel 15 miles away to store! Shes a delight she even went out her way to help me when I had car troubles while visiting by allowing me to use her Triple A at zero cost! Really wish I can afford her I would be very happy to employ her!

Billing increases every year upwards of 130%...elevators broken more than not. A/c is a joke. Gate constantly breaking. Only 4 dollies available throughout premises. Two bathrooms went down to One, which you either need a key for, as its kept locked. Therefore, if no one is in the office, you can not use the restroom. No tenant dumpster for trash.

Shameka I just wanted to say thanks for always taking care my mother Icylin Thomas. Shes always telling me how nice and patient you are with her every month. These days its rare for people to show compassion towards their elderly. Momma told me to make sure I do a review for the nice gal at Public Storage and I must say it was a pleasure! I was very impressed! It was super clean! SHAMEKA was working the front desk. She was very kind and very helpful. She has a great personality! She made me feel very comfortable. Great facility, clean and reasonably priced. All the units are air-con. Ive dealt with Norbett, Cheryl and three or four other staffers and theyve all been very helpful. Highly recommended.

Brittney was most helpful to us finding a storage unit to fit all stuff we had coming down from our home in the north. On the day of the movers bringing our furniture she got my husband a chair to sit in as he has bad legs and he could supervisor the movers She made our move a much more pleasant one than we expected. I would recommend using public storage

Then when I went back the next day with the mover, she was still the wonderful employee she was the day before. She was great.
