I am trying to find the right colors to re-paint my moms house. I have gone to Hessler two times. The first time a man there sent me home with two helpful brochures of paint chips and the second time a different man sent me home with two very inexpensive paint samples to test! Plus he gave me a great recommendation for a neutral white. Glad they are in the neighborhood to help both contractors and home decorators with Benjamin Moore paint, which does have a great reputation as a superior paint.

Great customer service! Everyone in the store was helpful and accomodating. I had lots of questions and the salesman was very patient. They were especially cautious and following protocol during Covid 19.

I have used this location in the past. I recently needed to paint an exterior wall. I brought in a Paint chip and they matched it exactly to my house. Very fair price and service was top notch. Eder took very good care of me and the owner had recognized me from my last visit. This is why mom and pops need to make a comeback!

I have never in my 70 years experienced such an outright nasty local merchant. No stars. I needed a color match to touch up a non-custom Benjamin Moore paint which was purchased from their Delray store.There were two men working and not a single customer in the store. I explained that I had a painter waiting at my house. They refused to mix it complaining that it could take hours and I would have to come back later.I said could you at least get started, and that it is when they both got abusive and nasty with me. Again no other customer in the store. I had to drive a half hour to Home Depot, but as soon as I gave them my sample swatch, I had it mixed in 10 minutes, and it wasnt even their original paint. These merchants do not deserve the business from the neighborhood. I am a local realtor and will be spreading the word aboutmy experience with them. Benjamin Moore will be made aware of how they treat their local customers.

This store did an excellent job customizing paint for me. I had to touch up very noticeable decorative areas on a wall and it blended in beautifully.

Store was very dirty, lighting was out in most of the fixtures. Was never greeted or asked if I needed any help. Disorganized, cluttered, and definitely not up to Benjamin Moore store standards.
