Went in to have the problem with my hearing looked at. An appointment was not required at the time..The staff was very professional. John (I believe that was his name) ushered me in to an office area where I was able watch him take my hearing aid apart for cleaning. He replaced the battery and said that if I had any more issues, to return.I would definitely return to this location for Amy additional problems.
We arrived for an appointment, figuring an hour would be sufficient. After waiting for 1/2 hour, I was concerned about the appointment. The receptionist said they figured 2 hours each patient. That was not explained when we made the appointment. So we leaved, making a future appointment.

We were welcomed by Rose, the receptionist, who was friendly and informative; the area COVID conscious. We met with the audiologist, John, whom we felt very comfortable with. He explained the procedure and was very knowledgeable. We left confident in Beltone.
Made accommodations to get me in ASAP for a service appointment. Super helpful explaining that cleaning the units and the charger was the culprit and took time and patience showing what to do going forward. Everyone extremely professional, helpful friendly and patient. Thanks!

I have 2 Beltone hearing aides and I am deaf without them. One of them just stopped working and I could only hear if you yelled. I called late Monday and I was able to get in Wednesday. It was a simple fix, at no charge and now I can hear again.I have had Beltone hearing aides since the late 70s and I wouldnt change them.Thank you for excellent service.
