I spent so many weeks watching YouTube video reviews on so many different mattresses. I was getting to the point I had no idea what I wanted. I decided I was going to have to go to stores to figure out what I wanted. The first place I decided to go was Mattress Firm and didn’t realize it was also going to be the last store i would go to. Victoria helped me as I tried out a couple different beds, until I found the perfect one for me. I can’t wait to get it delivered. I can’t wait to finally have an amazing luxurious Beautyrest bed. I went online to review pricing and to place my order but landed up calling my local store because I had several questions. Spoke with Zee who was very professional & helpful. I opted for the additional gold set-up service but was disappointed to learn that they would haul away the old mattress but NOT the old bedframe - Huh?UPDATE: Mattress Firm reached out to me & offered to assist should the delivery company persist with their practice of NOT hauling away the bedframe. However, the delivery company did indeed take the old frame & provided excellent set-up service.

I want share the awesome experience I had last Friday at Mattress Firm in Patriot Village in Valrico. I had been in earlier in the week but did not purchase at that time.I tried to follow up with the associate I spoke to but didnt get a response. So I stopped by the store where I met Victoria. Tyler at the valrico location was extremely informative and helpful. He helped find the right mattress for my sleep pattern, and price range. He was very knowledgeable about how different sleep positions affect the way you function during the day and informed me on things I didnt take into consideration that were a cause of a bad nights sleep. After my brother had told me about his amazing experience with Mattress Firm, I decided to go there to look for a new mattress. I was able to walk around and look at the mattress on my own. The sales associate Robert was fabulous. He explained the differences between the mattresses and helped me to choose one that best suite my needs. It was a wonderful experience.

Purchased a full mattress today at Mattress Firm at Patriot plaza in Brandon, FL. Victoria was the sales lady and she was very nice. She helped us with trying out the mattress so my son could choose the one he thought would be best for him in our price range. All were on sale which really helped Moms pocketbook! He made his choice so he is looking forward to a good nights sleep. He is home from college and taking online courses for this semester so he had been sleeping on the futon in a spare room. Futons are ok for a couple nights but not an entire semester. I really like the return policy of Mattress Firm. You have 120 days to sleep on the mattress to make sure it is the one for you. If not, then you can exchange it for another one in the store. Victoria made our visit to the storevery pleasant and was very polite and professional. Thank you, Victoria.

The first time I went to this store I did not have a pleasant experience.After a year I decided to go back and in need of a mattress for my son.This time the sales person quickly helped me and provided me with the information and needs I was looking for.I bought my mattress set without no hassles and I was treated kindly.

Me and my wife already knew what type of mattresses we were interested in, just wanted to try them out in person. We were told the pros and cons of each mattress and were able to save money at the end of the day. The service was great, and would definitely recommend this location.

The web site is not all together user friendly. I reluctantly used the Live Chat and was pleasantly surprised when I got Les. Les was awesome working with me tonight. And I might add that he upsold me quite a bit from the $300 sale mattress I originally inquired to a $500 sale mattress I am excited to pick up tomorrow. This was all through text, so that is QUITE a Salesman! He deserves recognition. I have since picked up the mattress and am more than pleased with the quality. His recommendation was knowledgable and above what I would have purchased. He also diligently followed up the following day. I am completely satisfied with my purchase and intend to purchase another of the same mattress. If purchasing on line, I recommend the Live Chat option. I would never have found the perfect buy without it.

I bought a Queen bed with a 8 inch memory foam mattress that goes up and down. I was told they would set it up but the delivery drivers said no. I got to the part to put the contraption that you install to my bed go up and down. Guess what. NO INSTRUCTIONS!! So now its just a matress.😠

One of the best shopping experiences ever! My wife and I found what we thought to be the best mattress and had a great experience shopping. No pressure a very nice atmosphere. We had our new mattress at our home the next day. Once we received the mattress and tried it with the mattress protector it wasn’t quite what we liked, to soft. We returned to the store over 34 days later telling them how we felt that the mattress was too soft and with genuine concern Ty our salesman guided us to the perfect mattress received a refund for the difference. Recently bought a mattress at the Valrico mattress firm and had the best experience with Darryl. He was knowledgeable about everything from what mattress we needed to what adjustable base would suit us best and help relieve back pains from our clearly out dated set. Hands down one of the most personable an easy going salesman I’ve ever worked with. Would highly recommend seeing him for a great price an overall great buying experience.

This company does not honor warranties. I purchased a Beautyrest model, almost $3000, because it came with a 10 year guarantee.Three years later and the sides have collapsed, causing the top to sag. The customer service department says its the frame, although my frame exceeds the requirements. Any excuse to cheat the customer.They offered to handle the manufacturing defect by giving me a tiny discount on a new purchase. You ripped me off once, why would I be a return customer?Shady and dishonest. Dont shop here.

Jeff helped us right away and pointed us to a mattress that is exactly what we were looking for for our guest bedrooms. Made shopping around quick and easy. Didnt hurt that we got a great deal with great customer service.

Husband and I went in for a new bed Sunday afternoon, tested out nearly every mattress in the store. While the salesperson Tyrone Patton finished with his previous customer and the children played, we decided on a mattress. When the salesperson was ready, he talked us DOWN to a cheaper mattress, not the hybrid we had selected but an entirely memory foam mattress. I expressed my concerns that the bed may be too soft, difficult to roll out of (especially later in my pregnancy) he rushed us to the table to pay. He promised free delivery, free pillows, free frame, misquoted the price of the foundation, and told my husband he needed to “swipe now” because there was only one delivery spot left for Tuesday (after I stated that we were not in a hurry). In the rush, he did not include any pillows, charged $80 for delivery, and told us the foundation was double what he had initially told us. He then offered two pillows as compensation for the additional $200 for the foundation. I realize that the store was closing at 6:00 pm but this was around 5:00, so I didn’t understand the hurry. It wasnt until Monday when I reviewed the receipt that I found the $80 delivery charge and noticed that he hadn’t included a frame at all, complimentary or otherwise. We called to inquire about the frame and were directed to another store for pickup, at which location we received outstanding service and were able to change our order back to the original bed we selected. Luckily we are in love with our bed and will not have any reason to shop for another mattress for years to come.

Stopped by today to purchase a new bed for our guest room. Darryl carefully listened to what our needs were and then offered suggestions to suit those needs. He wasnt pushy and did not try to up-sell, which I appreciated:)

Horrible double talk.....Ty is the most worse sales person i have dealt with in recent years. My husband and I wanted And I comfort cooling bed by Serta Adjustable bed. What we tested in the store and what we received seem to be two different products. Ty was very persistent when it came beating out other prices that he totally missed what we were looking for. Tried the bed for 2weeks now he isn’t standing by any of the blah blah he said initially. The saying is true “You Get what you pay for”. If you want Price over quality in a lot of blah blah blah go see Ty at mattress firm otherwise take your business somewhere else.

Michalin is the best. She has taken very good care of us even with our 4 year old running around. We love mattess firm they always take good care of us.

We ordered two new mattress sets and 4 of the Columbia Omni Max Pillows for $89.99 a piece. They asked us to give them a 5 star review on Google prior to us leaving the store and we did. I take back my star as when my mattresses showed up, we were informed that we didnt pay for the pillows but our invoice shows we did. The delivery person couldnt help us as they said that they were just warehouse workers and had no affiliation with the store. Our sales person Jeffrey Slaton was not available as Mattress Firm in Brandon decided to close at 3pm on Thursday for a storm that wasnt supposed to hit until Sunday in to Monday... Thanks for nothing Mattress firm!!!!
