Been a nightmare since we made our purchase. Spent over 6000.00. First delivery frame and mattress do not match. Call the stire and they ask what did you order excuse me clerk filled out order. Now we waited three weeks for the proper frame andand again its wrong.
I went in with an appointment, which is wise as the Sleep Number stores can get busy. They kept the appointment time quite accurately. The process starts with an education on finding your sleep number, use of the bed, and maximizing the features of it. Throughout the rest of the process, which included testing the various beds, options, and add-ons, we were never rushed or pressured. While the sales people talk with the assumption that you are buying, they dont pressure you or downplay your questions or concerns. I was most pleased that they take all of the time with you that you need, never pushing you off to get to another customer. That was real nice, and why you should make an appointment. The programs available when you become a customer, and tracking apps they have give the feeling you are in a long term relationship with them and wont be forgotten post-sale. One of the nicer sales processes I have had the pleasure of going through, and I am a career sales manager.
My second visit to a sleep number store, and my first purchase. Anthony Fortuna was low pressure, exceptionally knowledgeable, and went out of his way to make sure we had the best fit and beat deal possible. I would highly recommend Anthony and the Brandon Town Center location. He even arranged to have our bed delivered in Tennessee.
Laura and the supervisor were great when purchasing the bed. I truly appreciate their professionalism.

Store is brightly lit and display beds and mattresses are put together well. Ive own ed a sleep number bed for many years and I was there looking at headboards etc. I would definitely give sleep number mattresses a spot on your list of mattress makers to check out.

The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because we are not able to get our bed until the 13th! Over 2 weeks from the purchase date. Otherwise service was great and we picked was right for us.
I was looking for a new bed and walk at the store and one of the female ladies just look at us up and down, then we went to the empty bed and a soon as I try to seat on it she came running and said I couldnt seat down with out a little paper sheet. Once I was lay down another rude employee came and want the bed to show to another possible buyer. Im in sales for a living and I just told my wife to go to a different store. And we did much better experience. Will do an awesome survey for them

I’m not going to go into all the details of my buying experience. What I will say is this, the 100 NIGHT GUARANTEE IS NOT REALLY “FREE.” IF YOU DECIDE YOU DON’T WANT THE BED, THE BED FRAME ISN’T ABLE TO BE RETURNED AND THEREFORE NOT REFUNDED!! KNOW NOW, THAT YOU ARE GAMBLING A COUPLE OF THOUSAND DOLLARS, IN HOPES THAT THIS BED IS GOING TO GIVE YOU THE BEST NIGHT SLEEP!Make sure you read the contract, ask lots of questions with regards to the return policy and how much is it going to cost you if you choose to return it. You should do all this prior to any financing, so that if you disagree with what they are wanting from you, you don’t have an unneeded credit inquiry on your credit report.

My husband and I went in to buy a new mattress that works with an adjustable base we already have at home. I was expecting the sales person to say we would need to buy a sleep number brand adjustable base with the new mattress we were there for. Our sales person never pushed use into purchasing anything we didnt want and said the adjustable base we already had would be fine and we could make a minor adjustment ourselves and save some money! We found a mattress that works for our needs and we were in and out of the store in less than an hour and no one was pushy or tried to sell us anything beyond what we were there for! Great staff!

We went to the store because we already have a sleep number bed but we wanted a new one. We already had a product in mind but wanted to see it and check on another one. When we arrived we were greeted by Jacob, very polite and explained the difference between the two items we were looking at. We tried both and made our decision. I will expand on this review AFTER delivery, it scheduled to take 4 weeks.
We had an excellent experience at Sleep Number in the Brandon Westfield Mall. Our sales consultant was Vicki. She was incredibly knowledgeable, assisted us in discovering different options, took the time to explain the differences between the styles, and gave my husband and I a chance to discuss the options with a degree of privacy. I recommend trying the Sleep Number Store. You won’t find another mattress that feels so comfortable.
The sales rep was very knowledgeable and nice. She wasn’t pushy or aggressive. She allowed us to ask questions without any pressure. It was a very pleasant experience and we can’t wait to get our bed.
I bought 2 curved pillows. Both me and my husband love them. Lets see how they hold up 6 months to a year later. It seems like we have to buy a new pillow every year because they go flat. We currently love our first sleep number pillow.

The biggest rip off. If your not happy. They force you to keep it for 30 days. You can not return it within 30 days. Then they nickel and dime you for returning it. You do not get all your money back. This bed stinks. Worst bed I have ever owned. Its in no way firm. Plus you have big tubes coming out each side. The bed makes noises when you get on it. Every time you get in the bed the bed moves you have to put it back in its place. dont waste you time nor money. The bed that they have in the store dont feel like the one I received. Dont let the sales person fool you. If you fall into this. Trust me. You will be losing a few hundred dollars.

WARNING DO NOT BUY A. SLEEP NUMBER BED IF THEY MAKE A BILLING MISTAKE IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET IT CORRECTED.Ok, so what was a good rating has been reduced to 1 star because that is the least I can give them. We purchased our bed and some additional items for about $3500. During the checkout there was a “problem”with their computer and had to run my card a second time. They assured me the card would not be charged twice. A couple of days later, double charge on the card and they had me scheduled for delivery of 2 beds. Called and cancelled the order, was told it would take a couple of weeks to credit the bed and since they had shipped the mattress pad I would have to return and they would then refund my purchase. It takes them 10minutes to charge my card but 2 weeks to credit my card. Sent items back, waited and no refund. Called and store manager said she would handle it. Called back tonight and found out that they said I did not return all items and they are waiting the return of another item. If I had not called, I would never know because they made no attempt to contact me. What makes matters worse, I am a returning customer, my 3rd sleep number bed. I think I am going to cancel the order and buy something else
Got my 2nd sleepnumber mattress here. Very pleased with both. Vicki was a great help in our selections.
Initial visit was very nice and we were reassured that previous Sleep Number bed issues would not occur. WRONG. On our delivery day, bed base was found to have a crack in one of the side apron pieces. Now, it was not structural. We were asked if we wanted to delay installation or have them arrange to replace part at a later date. We decided to allow installation to continue. The pictures of the broken part were sent to the people in charge and within hours we were assured that a date 2 weeks later was set for them to replace the broken trim piece.On July 3 everything went south when the repair crew discovered they had the wrong size bed piece and explained that they didnt know about replacing the broken side piece. Then they cslled their dispatcher and went out to their truck saying theyd be right back.NEXT THING YOU KNOW, THEY LEFT WITH NO ANSWER FOR US.THAT TORE IT!What company jeapardizes a $9,975.00 deal over stupidity like this. I called customer service and the woman who took the call decided this was OUR fault. She DID NOT ADVSNCE ANY HELPFUL RESOLUTION. She must hsve had alzheimers because no less than 5 times did she ask our name address and email address.Demanded a supervisor. Just as worthless. No callback from the store, either. UNTIL FRIDAY, JULY 5 OUR SALESPERSON PRETENDED SHE WAS UNAWARE OF ANYTHING HAPPENING CALLED TO ASK HOW IT WENT. (We had left word for the store manager and salesperson to contact us the same day this all hsppened - apparently hoping wed just suck-it-up and make nice.)NO WAY! NEVER AGAIN SLERPEP NUMBER. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. THE BED IS HISTORY TOMORROW. WELL SEE WHEN THEY PICK IT UP.

This is what I sent to Sleep Number to post on their website on comments and reviews and they emailed me they were not going to post it. It did not meet their guidelines. I figured fine there was a lot more social media and now I was going to show how they hide the truth! DO NOT BUY THEIR BEDS. THEY ARE A SCAM! Also check out the photos I posted where you can see the screenshot of their response.It destroyed our marriage :( This bed is horrible. We had it two years but wanted to return after a month and the people with sleep number kept sending us stuff to prolong and then it was past the time to return. If you are married this bed seperates you. We used to sleep holding each other and it is not possible on sleep number beds. There is a divider in the center and it pushes you back to your side. It contributed to dividing us in our marriage too. That closeness at night helps build two people together. Also I ended up in the hospital for neurological problems with my spine and couldnt walk for 2 months. We found this bed was a major problem. Since we took the loss and stopped sleeping in this horrible bed I have no more problems waking up in the morning and we sleep together again. Almost $2700 and my $40 blow up mattress I used with my Girl Scout troop was more comfortable. The people in customer service dont care. Their only job is to get you to keep it and not return it till you are not able to any more. Dont fall victim to them. I want my money back!

The family has ordered three beds over the past year; they have lied about the delivery date on all three. they told me the date was August 3 but until I paid in full they could not book the date, I gave them the CC number and boom it went from 7 days to 30, they claim the bed will be in stock the day before they delivery it, so they never had any in stock when they sold it to me. They outright lied to me and probably to all their customers.
I had a great experience with Cindy I bought the sea to bed thinking I was finally going to have the best sleep of my life unfortunately I have not had the best sleep and my back hurts more now than ever I’ve adjusted the Sleepnumber setting each and every night since I got it on May 9 and still I wake up every morning with the worst backacheSo unfortunately for me it was not the best sleep of my life like I thought it was going to be I was very 😞
Customer service is terrible. They say one thing and do another. The manger is very rude and could care less about the customer. We dont need the overpriced bed that bad.
