Awesome experience. The Sunday clerk asked me questions, showed me every thing they had and the differences and never tried to push the most expensive or the GNC brand on me. Ill definitely be back.

Tried calling the GNC at another location got no help. These guys at this store, Todd & Devin were extremely helpful and courteous! I would drive a couple of miles to go to them then one located in the mall!

Ștephan was great! I walked in there having no idea what to get and after describing a few symptoms and interests he gave me exactly what I needed and educated me on quite a bit. This GNC location has a very valuable employee there. I am an owner of a business and it’s not very often that I find superb customer service the way I just received from Stephan. Hopefully they know how educated He is on the body and mind and how it works! I will be going to him for all of my vitamins and supplements from now on. Makes sense now why the customer before me was asking when he was working so they could come back to see him.

Called 3 times before driving out there to see if they had a particular item. The first time the person picked up the phone and I could hear a football game on very loud in the background.... the person promptly hung up on me. The second time I called I got nothing and the third time I called the phone was picked up and then hung up immediately. I made the drive down there anyway. I was in the store for a few minutes before he finally came out of the back. That just leads me to believe that customer service is on the very back of the list for this place especially while football season is in.

Not bad. I am happy with my purchase and the recommendation of the staff, but they were a little pushy and didnt have a few things we were looking for.

They dont open on time. I had to wait nearly 15 mins before anyone showed up when they are supposed to be open by 9am.

Today is the second day that I’ve come at 9am and waited till 9:20am and the store is not open...Why advertise that you open at 9am and its not the case!
