We were promised that wed have the car back in 3-4 days. Its been two weeks. When I called to ask why the repair took so much longer than anticipated, the service manager told me it was because the car had been dropped off on a weekend. When I said we had dropped off the car in the middle of the day on a Monday, he yelled at me and called me a liar. I still dont have my car back.

This place was top notch. The people were friendly and accommodating. There was no wait at drop off. The care was ready exactly when they said it would be. The repair looks awesome. My car was spotless inside and out when I picked it up. The kind of detail work that you would pay $150.00 for. Highly recommend Giovanni Auto Body

Tried to trick me out of my own battery after totaling my car, and likely because I’m a woman. Prior to that however, I received relatively good customer service and would have recommended them. Now I’m not so sure. Be careful is all I have to say.

Great autobody shop,they were able to squeeze us in because of a hiccup on our end.It took a little longer than expected but the quality and the professionalism of the staff made it a great experience. Giovanni was one of the recommended body shops for my insurance company. The work they did was perfect. In addition, they were very easy to work with and responsive to any questions. They are right next to Enterprise which makes the rental process easy as well. Highly recommend their services.

My car got hit by one of my neighbors and they had geico. So I went to the shop and they were really quick and friendly. Also the quality of the work is incredible I’m really happy and I can honestly say my car came back looking even better then it went in! I would recommend this body shop to everyone!

I had a great experience at Giovanni! I had some damage to my lower bumper and the plastic shield on the undercarriage of my car that was making it difficult to drive. I made an appointment for an estimate, with the understanding that I would need to bring the car back for the actual repair once they had assessed the problem. In fact, the repair was minor, and they were able to fix it on the spot--saving me a lot of hassle. In addition, they very generously didnt charge me for the work! Its rare to find such kindness and service, and Im extremely appreciative.My boyfriends experience was also excellent. They did good work on his car following an accident, and helped to find creative and cost-effective solutions to minor problems he was having that were not covered by insurance. They are friendly, and sensitive to their customers needs. Definitely recommend!

I had my car repaired by Giovanni Auto Body and was very happy with the service. Doreen at the front desk was helpful and very efficient. She explained everything clearly and walked me over to the rental car company next door to take care of that part of the transaction. There were delays and they took care of extending the rental car and coordinated everything with the insurance company. I was told the car would be waxed and buffed and they not only did that, they also detailed the interior. Theres nothing like getting your repaired car back and feeling like its shiny and new. The names the same but the business is a shame! Worse experience I have ever had with a body shop! This is NOT the same place as it used to be before the owner passed away! They used to be the best, NOT anymore! I would find another body shop…any body shop before I would recommend them! Save yourself a lot headaches and take my advice! Find another body shop who will treat you as a valued customer and does quality work! This is NOT the place! My good friend had his corvette painted there and the bumper is a different shade then the rest of his car! I can’t imagine anyone who would want to do business with rude manger/appraiser who runs the show now. He doesnt have much of a personality and he is definitely NOT the same caliper of people that Giovanni had! I know and have been friends w Giovanni for many years, he would have bend over backwards for his customers! This guy doesnt even return calls as he promises! I tried out of loyalty to have them repair my car only to encounter a manger who is push me I am coming and I don’t return phone calls attitude! He left me hanging after I had a collision! I tried for over a year to get my car fixed only to be stroked along. I went back for the last time recently only to be told that there was a five week wait and they only accepted cash!? I want everyone to know that this is not the same place and you will not get the same quality service that you would have gotten if Giovanni were still alive! I wouldnt give them any stars if I had the option ! 5-18-17

Staff was friendly and professional. Took Longer than expected but they did a great job restoring my car door that was damaged in an accident and they compensated us for taking longer than expected . 9/10 would reccomend

Horrific craftsmanship and even worse customer service. The owner doesnt stand behind his work. If you have a problem with the work they do he will curse at you and tell you to leave the shop. Now I am stuck with a terrible paint job on my vehicle.
