Hands down the best e bike shop ever. Collin was very kind very well spoken about the bikes and other information as well super nice guy, I was able to test a bandit bike out and it was love at first sight! More like as soon as I sat down haha ! The seat on those bikes are ridiculously comfortable and the bike overall feels VERY secure and durable, totally plan on coming back and getting my own bandit in the future !

The whole staff over at Spark Cycleworks is awesome! Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable! On top of the staff the bikes that they produce are best in class. I highly recommend Spark if you are looking to buy a e-bike/ e-moped. They even let me test ride all the different models so I was able to choose my favorite one.

After contacting Spark cycleworks they worked with me first hand to ship my bike to Hawaii. Although Hawaii shipping is always expensive the bike arrived within days of it being shipped. I received their signature bike the spark cycle Bandit in perfect condition with very very little scuffs It was packed to perfection with hard cardboard packing as well as individually wrapped and boxed parts. The bike came almost fully assembled with tires attached and fully inflated ready to ride just put on the The handlebars and petals.The bike handled like a dream. Torquey and fast. And the build quality was top-notch. Providing an unbelievable ride far superior than any super 73 I am very happy with my purchase and I would buy another bandit without a second thought

Where do I start?I started getting into eBikes about a year ago. After I purchased my first bike I was hooked! I started looking at other bikes coming to the market and saw one listed on Indigogo called the Bandit Moped which I LOVED the styling of. I had NO idea it was coming from a company located in my home state of CT until I reached out to get some work done on my current EBike. They were super knowledgeable and had a few ideas for what I could do with my bike.I visited these guys a few weeks later after hearing of a group ride they were hosting. They were very welcoming to everyone and you could tell these guys love what they do. They were more than happy to let me test ride all of their bikes including their flagship model, the Bandit Moped. This thing was amazing and I plan to own one in the near future.Since then I’ve been there a handful of times and they’ve been doing big things to expand their business and have built quite the presence in the eBike industry. Whenever I have questions or want to pick their brains they are super responsive and always willing to help.Do yourself a favor and pay these guys a visit. You’ll leave with an increased understanding and appreciate of eBikes.

I bought the Bandit the Mountaineer from Sparkcycleworks!! It was such an amazing experience going into the shop and actually buying it from them!! Both bikes have been nothing short of amazing quality… but the customer service is what really impresses me the most… they’re such a great team I’m proud to have 2 bikes by them… I’m also so stoked that my bikes came with extra keys for the batteries so now I never have to worry about losing my keys because I keep the spare at home in a fireproof lock box⚡️⚡️⚡️

We bought our electric bike from Spark earlier this year -- a great transportation solution for my adult son with ASD. This bike gives him the independence to get to and from work, or to run to the store if he needs something or just wants to get out of the house! The guys at Spark are knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating and so helpful. We recently had to take it in for a minor adjustment and they had him back on the road the next day! Had the chance to swing by the shop for a test ride recently and had a great time! I had never seriously considered an electric bike before, but after trying it out Im sold on them - its a ton of fun. The shop is a very cool space and the product line up is really solid. The coffee bar is a nice touch too! The owner Matt is a really cool guy and the passion for these bikes really shows.

This is THE destination for anyone interested in the future of cycling! I am a novice rider at best, and the staff was exceedingly accommodating to my endless questions about their bikes. They have a passion for what they are providing, hard to come by in any retail experience today. If you are looking at an electric bike, it’s well worth the trip for the free coffee alone!

Having a bad knee I needed something with a motor, Spark Cycles works had a ton of different options from bikes to scooters. The staff is very approachable and keeps a clean shop. The bikes are fun and surprisingly affordable.

Matt is a very knowledgeable, honest, and friendly small business owner (traits Ive found missing from the other shop down the road).
