This is a great and one stop shop for everything game. I was here today and the guy there was so polite and responsive. He’s good at his job and has a comprehensive knowledge about games. There’s a wheelchair accessible entrance for the differently able. There’s also a massive car parking area outside because it’s located at Branhaven.

Had a problem with a game ordered online, got wrong into from call you the help line but the store was able to straighten out in minuets. Id been waiting for weeks because of the bad info. I trip to the store, 5 minutes and done! Excellent customer service

Not really into video games but had to get a game for a family member and was treated amazing by Mike and Paul and (new girl)..They could not have been any more helpful and understanding.They set the bar quite high and its great to see employees taking customer service and overall friendliness so seriously.

A bit small, but always has what you need/want. Doing very well in keeping the amount of people in the store limited and everyone always wears their masks and sanitizes often.

My husband and I love this gamestop. The customer service is the best Ive ever received at a video game store. We exclusively go to this game stop based upon the people. definitely reccomend.

Beware! Even if your system is mint you will get a refurb fee that will subtract from your trade in value. Another issue here is they always cancel your game hold. Website says you have it in stock but this store always cancels. Last thing dont try to trade in a game after 8:30, they will straight up tell you no. Take your business to Derby or North Haven.

The employees are very knowledgeable about allot of games, always helpful an letting u no about upcoming games an deals. Been going to Branford store for years, I wont change stores.

I come in once or twice a year for releases and preorders, and usually their cashiers are quite effective, but today on a weekend morning there was one cashier with a line 10 people long. I came in 10 minutes after they opened and there were 3 people in line already, but he never moved the line along, checking this and that, answwering the phone, and chatting slowly. When there were 5 people Ithought id join the line so hed get a hint, but then he went in back. After 5 minutes I just went home.It takes 2 minutes to preorder something online and I can have it delivered to my house while I sit on my butt. It should have taken 2 minutes to place a preorder in person.

I would give it a zero if I could high way robbery 80 dollar games that havent even been out for a full week they offer 10/15 dollars for but sell them for 60 at the lowest not only that but with a line in the store they lally gag around like we have nothing better to do horrible all the way around
