I have been with T moblie for over 10 years. Their telephone amd Data service is good. Dependable and works alike a dream. Now the customer service on the other hand, is down right terrible. It doesnt matter if your in downtown Chicago or Main Street of whatever town this is. It will be terrible. This company doesnt stand by their products warranty. I bought their TOGO protective glass when I got the phone. I replaced 6/21 it once since its under warranty and the t-mobile employees tells this glass is known to break easily . Today 8/18/21, I came to replace this protective glass again and the employees tells me its going to be $40. I am not paying twice for this terrible product. Once, I getting a new phone earlier this year they tried selling me accessories not compatible with the phone. With the experiences, Ive had with this company, Im thinking about changing providers.

Employee EDWIN stole a brand new phone from me, promising, in return, credits to my bill. YARI the store manager was less than helpful hearing my complaint, essentially dismissing it (involved? Probably). Sprint as a WHOLE has been less than helpful. Do not go here. Extremely unprofessional and your visit will end up in ARBITRATION and the pursuit of LARCENY charges. The owner/ DM/ whoever is above the store manager will not even make an ATTEMPT to hear you out and assist. I made a police report with Branford PD, filed a complaint with the BBB, CT Dept of Consumer protection and the FTC. DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU.

Update to one of my past posts, dont go to Edwin, he basically tried to steal my sisters trade in phone, which was a brand new, never used before, out of the box phone, after a week of a head ache she finally got the phone back and it was dented in the back the glass was scratched Along with the camera lense.. i also tried to activate it and said it was previously activated so I couldnt put ins on it thru a different provider.. this place is full of scammers and thieves.. beware

This T-mobile location is very unfriendly and not knowledgeable. They are careless and the manager here is extremely rude. The management and employees here make the entire company look bad.

This store is the best.. If you go to this store ask to see Sergio, so extremely helpful and kind. He is also very patient and listens to any issues that you may have.. Five stars for him.. 👏👏👍👍👍

I never go to another store. BRANFORD literally always helps me in which I get results. The store on Exit 8, New Haven is horrific and NEVER, AND I MEAN NEVER gets you the desired results. Yesterday upon my visit to the Branford store, the two young ladies assisted me with my phone that was not working no matter how many times I called Sprint/T mobile. The young lady there assisted until my phone was up and running properly AND she went through some hoops to assist. Grateful to that store!

Not loving their door lock out system for the corna thing its a little bit of overkill. Needed a new phone and salesman Francois went out of his way to make sure all my data was transferred over and set my gmail acct up and running.

Great customer service. Cant say enough good about this store and the staff. Raymond and his crew went far and above to make Me happy and comfortable with my purchase. Cudos to all. Made me happy to be a Sprint customer. Hope this crew never leaves.

Scammers - signed you up for stuff you dont agree to, then you have to get online to sort it out. They put phone protection on when I had an older phone that I brought to the store myself.

I went to this sprint store and was greeted asap. I love the atmosphere and the reps are amazing ! Mallorie helped me so much when I switched from at&t I would refer anyone to this store !

Diamond in the Branford store is amazing! She did everything possible to get my moms stuff to transfer on to her new phone which meant a lot to my mom.

I went to the store and I was welcomed as soon as I walked in Mallorie was a lot of help I switched from T-Mobile two Sprint because I had such a great deal and a lot of help I will definitely recommend any one of my friends to go to the store excellent customer service

They addressed the issue my fiancee had with his phone professionally and quickly. We went on a Saturday afternoon and thankfully they werent busy.

It was your typical Sprint store. Nothing outstanding about it but nothing sorely lacking either. Service wasnt horrible but nothing stellar either.

I went to this location with my phone that had a No SIM error message after talking to both Apple Support and Sprint Customer service over the phone. They both told me I needed a new SIM card. I went to the store, and since my phone was working at the time the woman at the store would not give me a new SIM card. I told her the problem was intermittent, but she only offered to do a factory reset on my phone. Sure enough, an hour after I left the store I had the No SIM error message again. Apple has since replaced the phone, but I still have the No SIM error message, so Sprint Customer Service (via email) will send me a new SIM. This place is useless.

Totally unacceptable...went to France this spring ...to the store twice to make sure my phone will work in France...was blocked...in France again now,they charged me this time 15$ more, assuring i would have my connection...got there yesterday...guess what...no service available...when i come back, it they have not fixed it, i will sue them for breach of contract, not once but twice...livid...very poor service to say the least

In that store they tricked me, I gave them a phone number of mine to make a change and pay the difference for a new one and they never gave me the credit on my account 😓, When I try to explain what happened they say that they dont know anything OK and that I have to talk to whoever received me on the phone that day.
