Great place to work or study. Long tables with power strips under then, great wifi and comfortable chairs for reading

The only starbucks around here with a drive through, however i do recommend you go inside since the line is always long, not quite sure how fast that line moves though. Indoor/outdoor seating is available! Employees do wear masks which is always great. This store also has most things in stock compared to other stores around the area.

Very busy, friendly service but flies swarming the place. I was at a donut shop (not DD) shortly after this and not one fly. I think this is a major health hazard that Im noticing in these national brand stores too often, its not acceptable.

I go to Branford Starbucks EVERY MORNING I order ahead on the mobile app and pick up in the drive thru I always get vanilla cream cold brew with extra caramel n cold foam on it & today 8/24/2021 I got my drink and I started to drink it an it tasted like pumpkin & I’m HIGHLY ALLERGIC TO PUMPKIN you could have killed me if I actually kept drinking it please do better and don’t mix things with pumpkin especially for people like me. I’m so mad because I really wanted my coffee I just threw it out

The Starbucks in Wallingford is my favorite location. I switched to their location as soon as they opened. Love the staff, so friendly and great service

Ordered & paid for ice coffee, milk, classic syrup and add whip cream. Got ice coffee & milk only. They forgot the syrup & whip cream. Not the first time Starbucks messing up my order. Contemplating to see if I continue to do business with Starbucks again. Very frustrated & disappointed!

I ordered through Uber eats and wanted a panini and a drink. Only to find out after already paying that they were out of panini. That part was disappointing but I didn’t blame them, it’s just the fact that I spent a little over $20 for a bag of air and a drink that they didn’t even get right.

A very welcoming first impression today. The lady I dealt with in the Washington Ave north haven store at approx 11am(hopefully a manager) made my experience wonderful. She let me try a few things and was very friendly, thank you.

3 x-girlfriends from STARBUCKS! They were all employees at diff. times of course. The last x-gf I had a DAUGHTER with. My daughter and I love to stop in and get a delicious beverage after I pick her up on Fridays from STARBUCKS. Its become a daddy daughter tradition that I cherish. Thanks again.

Never have star drink in stock. Always 20 min wait in drive thru, when I mentioned if they will ever have my drink In stock girl was rude and said im not the manager I just work here! Im done with going here

If i could give it half a star i would. The employees mess my order up every single time and are extremely rude when they are asked to fix it. I remember i asked for a caramel frappe and which should come with caramel drizzled on top. They gave it to me with no caramel and when i asked for caramel they acted like they didn’t want to give it to me!!! I would never go there again !!

I am leaving this review less than half an hour after placing an order.I dont mind the long line at the drive-thru, but I mind when the drinks are too watery. I ordered a hot chocolate (and a large one at that), and now I regret even making the drive there. It was extremely watery. I understand the baristas are overwhelmed with orders, but its their job to make sure drinks taste as they should. The secret to a decent hot chocolate is to stir. I notice that employees, in their rush to get orders out, do not bother to stir. Sometimes its because theyre very lazy.Understand that customers are not getting free beverages; we actually have to pay for them. The least we want is a decent product. I had to pour my hot chocolate down the drain because it just tasted like garbage.Of course, I shouldve tasted it right then and there, but I very naively trusted in the competence of your employees.You just lost a customer.

I was very disappointed in the Branford store. I came in and ordered my coffee with a friend. We went to sit at the tables and they all had ridiculous signs on them so we just sat. There was literally NO ONE in there. One of the staff came over and said pretty rudely that the area was closed. Seriously?? Restaurants can be open. There is no reason that we could not sit there and drink our coffee with NO ONE in there. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

It is Starbucks. The people are nice the drinks are starbucks.

Well its coffee, but of course it is better coffee than Dunkin Donuts. The trade-off is you have to wait longer, and you have to deal with the oh we are so cool coffee attitude. If you can do that, then youll be happy. You get what you pay for. If you want a quick coffee that is sometimes made right you go to a Dunkin Donuts, if you want a really good coffee that is sometimes made right you go to Starbucks. Unfortunately those are our choices

I went here with my mom today. We went through the drive thru. It was so fast. Both of our drinks were amazing too. ( I wish I took a pic of it). I would totally go back there and totally recommended.

This place is often very busy but staff are fast and pleasant, I have a lot of respect for quality service when the place is slammed as someone who works in customer service.

Sometimes you have to wait a bit on mobile orders but really good service otherwise. Morning coffee around 9 am goes smooth almost everyday.

Whats better than Starbucks. Branford has one of the best stores I have been to anywhere, they just need to keep better stocked during these takeout days of COVID. The Starbucks app is fantastic!

Never disappointed

Not a regular at Starbucks I simply ordered the largest crappiest hot coffee beverage they had the when you took my order did a great job and in the end the food and coffee that I purchased was good, not great great bucks but good. My true annoyance came with the fact that seeing the long lines in the I parked and placed my order at the time I was the only one in the store and the only one in the parking lot that wasnt part of the drive-thru. Music was so loud and it was hard to hear even when I placed my order. and it was very confusing upon where to stand to place the order and where to stand to wait for an order. And I waited so long after while I thought Id missed my order and when I went to check through no fault of her own the woman yipped at me to get onto a DOT. Apparently even after 10 minutes my coffee still was not ready though other people had come in place their orders and left. So it started out as positive experience was less than positive when I left and compounded by their bizarre parking lot and attempting to leave required me to get into the backed up drive-thru Lane in order to get out. So my first suggestion would be turn down the music since no ones actually sitting in the cafe to make noise its just too and to the and the dots really are not that self-explanatory as to where people are to stand. nor is the parking lot all that clear and its traffic flow when its loaded with people and the drive-thru Lane is backed up all the way to the entrance.

I will never order at this location again ☹️ Passed review below.Repeatedly out of chocolate brownies. Very slow service * Warning many times I have received a warm cup of coffee 😟 !!!Check your HOT coffee for proper temperature before you drive away from the pick up window.

This is by far the most useless starbucks I have ever been to! I live in town and and every time I go there to order (after waiting 20 mins in drive through) to find out they are out of half the things I am trying to (how do you say that you are out of things that are on the menu for over a week now? Its something as simple as cake pops or whipped cream and chocolate croissant. I managed a restaurant with 180 seats and never once I put anything on the menu that I didnt have. This place is a perfect example of bad management. Who ever is running this place should consider less complicated job. Just walk cross the street to gas station and buy some whipped cream (or walk to the Walmart that is right behind your weird store) but that requires decision making skills which is obviously not your thing is it?

A lil overwhelmed by the 7 employees running around...and it took us 15mins. To get our coffee...mmm? Seemed like the drive thru was more important to them...yes all 7 of them..

The staff here is very friendly and makes sure to say hi if you are a regular. Morning drive time can get busy, but they rarely seem to have issues handling the rush. If you need your coffee to go this is one of the few Starbucks in the local area with a drive thru!

Great decaf! I normally drink a dark roast, but on doctors orders, had to have decaf. It tastes as good as the real deal. I could get used to decaf (something I never thought Id say!)

The fat chick that works here who changes their hair color every week is not only nasty looking, but also has nasty attitude. But the manager won’t fire her of course because they’re always short staffed.

Coffee is good, drive through can take 15-20 minutes depending on time of day.

Im definitely not someone to leave a Google Review - but I figured I would today. Since the COVIDemic is upon us, I thought I would stop into Starbucks for the final time before I become subjected to home-brewed coffees and quarantinis. This particular location had already prepared itself to shut down all in-house experiences, and simply partake in to go orders, per CT regulation as of 8 pm tonight.I walk into the eerily empty coffee shop and there is an older customer (probably named Karen, not practicing self-quarantine) at the counter arguing about the order in which customers are served. (Barista was so pleasant during this experience). Something about how online ordering and in person ordering is prepared in real time, and it shouldnt be. I waited patiently behind her as she held her plain iced beverage with nothing added to it, listening to her rip the poor barista behind the counter that was subjected to this nonsense. One of the Starbs employees who was probably on a break was waiting to order herself something. She offered me to go in front of her, but I told her to go ahead as im sure shes waited long enough. Karen was not letting up on her rant. I was not in a rush to get my venti cold brew, so i didnt mind waiting the extra minute or two. The employee ordered something simple, then I ordered my drink. It was prepared for me in less than a couple minutes.So, I can imagine that Karens plain iced beverage did not take an exorbitant amount of time to make. In addition to this location being less populated than Buford, Wyoming there was a minimal drive through line and no mobile orders coming through. So I have no idea what pandemic-related nonsense was driving her up a wall. A female barista eventually stepped in for the original punching bag so she could take her turn. Both employees were SO kind in this situation, I definitely would have lost my mind. ( For those reading my review until this point - Im not sure how the situation resolved itself since Karen was still at it as I was walking out of the store.)Anyways - the point of this review was to give a 5 star review to the employees who are always very kind to customers such as myself and Karen. Oh, and always get my order right. Its very settling to know that I can walk out of the locale not having to sip my beverage to make sure I wasnt given a pumpkin spice-flavored something.

I regularly visit this Starbucks to sit and work at one of the tables. There is plenty of room and enough outlets for most. Could use a couple of floor outlets in the center of the space, but cant really knock them for this. There are tables and umbrellas outside, but Ive never used these. Courteous staff, fast service, clean bathrooms.

Slow slow slow. Always waiting inside and in drive thru 15-20+ minutes. Other than that, great.

Service midday is excruciatingly slow both inside and in the drive through. Im giving it 2 stars instead of 1 because the drive through workers-despite the chaos- are regylarly rather cheerful.

Easy access to I-95. Convenient place to grab a coffee when starting a road trip. Despite often long drive-through lines, the staff will get your order right without too long a wait.

I left them for awhile because they’re so slow. Why were they so slow? They’re talking and joking with each other instead of working. I just came back the yesterday and today. Yesterday I had a wrong drink and today I have a wrong size. I ordered face to face with the person who were taking order. I’m so frustrated

Quick service is almost guaranteed here. Starbucks is an American staple that hardly varies from store to store. Only downfall is they occasionally burn the brew.

Legit worst service of any Starbucks worldwide. The most inefficient staff ever. Wait is always ridiculous regardless of the number of people on line or the number of people working. Today there were four people working behind the counter and only one was making coffee. Meanwhile, it took 14 minutes to get a latte with one person ahead of me in line. Un-freaking-believable.

The last few times I frequented this establishment they got my order wrong.....waaaaay wrong. They forgot to put the coffee in wrong. I wasnt the only one that day and,time,it,happened to either. I will have to find a new starbucks to get my order now.

Went through the drive thru. Asked for venti iced green tea latte with vanilla and soy milk. Alicia who served us at the window handed us a completely different drink. Iced chai. I hate chai. I would never order chai. When we told her it was suppose to be green tea they made a comment saying they both heard “iced Chai” completely rude. No receipt. The best hours to go to this location is in the early morning. Fast and friendly service.

Visited branford ct location for early morning coffee drive through WAITED 15 MINUTES AND LEFT WITHOUT COFFEE!

I recently re-located to Connecticut about 4 weeks ago, and in those 4 weeks, since Im not familiar with the area and the only Starbucks that I do know of is under construction (in a Target) closest to my home. I just recently found out that there is a Starbucks within 1/2 mile of my job. Super elated I walked in and I asked a Barista if this is where the line started .I never received such a stank faced look from any body in any Starbucks in the 3 years that Ive been a Starbucks fan. To top off my frustration, trying to pull out this parking lot was very difficult .The attitude was uncalled for which led to my My decision that Ill wait for the one closest to home to open before I try going to this one again. And in my opinion somebody should pull Andrea to the side and teller to pull the stick out of her butt. And maybe post an exit sign!
