Went in within 10 minutes and had an eye exam with Dr. Michael Dimeo, who introduced himself as Michael Dimeo . He did an eye exam that took about a half hour. Glasses and frames are VERY expensive and the least expensive are in a small case and none of them are attractive. Most of the frames begin at $250 .Everyone was polite and professional as expected . K& P have loads of designer frames if that’s what you like. I just happened to choose a designer eyeglasse frame and they are stunningly beautiful as eyeglasses go 😊 Not a lot of less expensive frames so don’t expect lots of low to average priced eyeglass frames . Took one star off because of that .

Delightfully aesthetically pleasing optical retail shop. My salesperson was knowledgeable, very helpful and I absolutely LOVE my GUCCI eyeglasses. High-end fashion frames are a staple here which is precisely why I came and purchased my eyeglasses here. Will most certainly be back for a second pair and will refer friends & family, too.

Four years ago my eye doctor told me not to purchase glasses from a inexpensive provider. I’ve been wearing glasses since a very young age. So, I chose supposedly the best Kennedy and Perkins. The glasses cost me over $600 after what my insurance paid, not an inexpensive venture.I now am four years later and the many coatings I was sold as part of my purchase are now starting to peel from the lenses, so I thought I would stop in an see what they would say. I was told it was the environment and I they are four years old! Mind you she never even looked at the glasses. I would have at least expected the showing of an effort.What a disappointment to say the least! When you’ve worn glasses as long as I have you come to expect better from a well known company.

I have been lucky enough to have good eyesight until I hit my 50s. Been to the eye doctor and needed to get some sunglasses for sports/outdoor activities and also progressives for everyday vision. The whole experience of selecting frames, getting fitted and everything was as pleasant and positive as it could be. I am glad I took advice from MANY people and went to Kennedy & Perkins. I would recommend them to anyone.

First time using Kennedy & Perkins and all the young ladies were very pleasant to work with. Especially Catherine Capone. I was having problems with the frame I had picked out and in a short period of time I made several trips to the store to have my glassed adjusted. I was almost embarrassed to go back again but there was no way the glasses were going to work. Catherine took the time and went above and beyond and found me a much lighter frame and was fortunate to fit my lens into them and within a half an hour I was done and so appreciative of her helping me and me leaving a happy customer. Thank you Catherine!!!!

I went to this location for a second eye exam after being unsatisfied with the prescription I received at another K&P location. The staff was extremely understanding of my situation. They were happy to answer all my questions, check my lenses to make sure they werent the problem, and give me a new prescription at no charge.

Expensive and poor quality lenses/coatings. Applied anti glare without asking if I wanted it. Was told I had a lazy eye when I stated that there was a bad spot on the right lens. Told me to get used to it. Ive been wearing glasses/contacts since 1969, I get an exam every 2-3 years, I have never been told before (or after) that I had a lazy eye. Coating started to lift just over a year after I got my glasses (hummm coatings are guaranteed for a year???) Would NOT recommend

Too expensive! Didnt catch a few things my regular eye doctor caught! They try to hard to push expensive products!!
