Our technician never even attempted to fix the garage door opener. We agreed to have a new one installed including the outside keypad and the keypad was never installed. When we tried to call them to resolve the issue, the customer service was terrible. No one would return our calls.

Our garage door opener had been useless for months and I had Hero Garage Door Repair Branford check it out. They took it apart, replaced some parts, and now the door closes all the way shut. Better than ever! Really amazing service!
