Go to NAPA if you need employees with REAL automotive experience that actually know what theyre talking about. Better quality parts and tool selections usually as well.

They got my parts for 28 year old truck and they were the right ones so I didnt have to go back like other parts stores and Napa employees are very knowledgeable

Theyre not exactly great on just regular walk-in customers they dont know how to serve people theyre very unfriendly it is a good place to get parts and maybe paint if they have it but otherwise Id just shy away maybe go to AutoZone

Bought a $300 battery tried to return it because I couldnt use it they wouldnt take it back. Told its on the back of receipt electrical parts are not returnable. This the scam policies companies pull on consumers by not informing them at the point of sale its non returnable. I will never shop there again.

Best parts store there is.

Went there many times and was happy about service. Last week went for a taillight bulb and no one was wearing a mask.Will not shop there again. Will find another location that follows guidelines.

Come here for most of my diy related car parts. They carry a good selection of OE-equivalent parts here thats a step up from a typical Auto-zone part. Helpful staff too

This location is not Covid safe. Staff does not wear face coverings. Another reviewer said the same thing a couple months ago and yet they still don’t wear masks. Five employees in there yesterday and none of them had one on. Extremely irresponsible.

This is a great parts store. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. A big difference from the other big name car parts stores. These guys are car guys and even fun to talk to.

They are friendly and big into racing and they have a great selection of parts for almost any vehicle if they dont have it they dont make it knowledgeable in all types of vehicles also AAA discounts.

I dont go anywhere else. Jacksons has been serving my family since the 60s. It is the local parts house. Still top quality service and employees.

I am super excited and enthusiastic in writing a review for this auto parts store. I have been to many of these stores and have been disappointed. But this store carries what you need when no one else has they do will gladly shop here again. And I live far from this place. I bought snow chains.

These guys are really nice to deal with and I try to support brick and mortar auto parts stores but I’m still waiting for a basic part to arrive three weeks after I ordered and was promised it would come in from out of state in a 3-5 days. No apology or explanation, so I’m out. Online store will have it in my mailbox in two days. Try to keep up, NAPA.

I give this 5 stars in all areas. The service is stellar, they will do anything to make you happy, I actually had a battery installed on the premises. This is a great place to get car batteries. The same battery for my car was a hundred bucks at Walmart for 1 year warranty. Here at Napa, the battery was $42 and its good for 5 and 1/2 years. Its a no-brainer, Im bringing all my cars here for batteries. They also have a popcorn machine with Franks hot sauce seasoning and a coffee machine with different flavors.

My daughters car battery needed replacement. Napa replaced the battery for her and got her in and out quickly so she could make it to class on time. I soooo appreciate the customer care they provided her. She said the gentleman that helped her was very kind and explained how to replace the battery to her. Thank you.

Great place and great people, and then Napa offered 15 Minute Smog and those people were outstanding and gave me a great price.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Rude, rude, rude people. If youre a female without a lot of car knowledge stay away from this place. I spent $45 on the wrong part. Took it back the same day and they refused to give me a refund because it wasinstalled. I bought the wrong part, nothing was installed and Im out $45. These people are as shady as they come!!

I visited this store after calling Robert and discussing my situation and he informed me my options and not only that he pulled my parts off the shelf verified that they were right I was in and out in less than 5 minutes thank you team napa anapa auto parts Jacksons auto supply your team is excellent!!!

Best auto store Ive ever been to. They stock Redline fluids and VP racing fuel and theres always 5-6 knowledgeable older gentlemen there ready to help. AutoZone and those shoddy places are for the shadetree mechanic masses, this however is a real shop for real auto enthusiasts and racers.

They got great selection on parts if they dont have it they will get it for you

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. They were able to find the exact bolts I was looking for to attach a bell-housing and transmission.

The customer service here is fantastic, I needed an important part to rebuild my starter and no one in town had the part including this store, but they went out of thier way to find the parts that I needed at another store, yea it was a little farther away, but they saved me alot of time and money. Thank you guys so very much!!

One of the few real auto parts stores left in north OC. Good stock of regular parts and the NAPA network for those not in stock. Helpful folks on the phone, and you can talk to the owner should the need ever arise.

They have everything you need in this Auto Store. If they dont have it they will get it for you same day most of the time. They also give AAA discounts.

First time at NAPA. Unusual location, but I found exactly what I was looking for. Customer service was terrific, too.

The service was unprofessional they told me that the parts i bought will be in the store that same day around 1:30 P.M. instead i told the guy that i would come the next day to pick the part up. When i arrived the next day the employee told me that they only had one part of my order and if i waited about an hour o so they will go get the part. Told them i could not wait and would come back later. This made me angry because they made me loose my time and gas going back and forth, and at the end not even saying i am sorry for the inconvenience we put you thru. Very arrogant employees
