Cliff was such a helpful and professional associate who helped me and my fiance with finding the perfect bed. We didnt have any brand or bed in mind when we walked in the store. We just needed one. Cliff guided us through which preferences we were looking for and suggested different beds for us to try. There were so many options from plush, firm, luxury firm, different materials, brands... and etc. He narrowed it down based on our liking and helped us to make the decision quick, simple, and satisfied.There was a great deal of guaranteed 120 days to decide to keep, return, or exchange.Again, I was informed of all these info which was not only super helpful but also got another deal on top of it. We committed to a mattress within our budget and were super excited!Then, we needed to reschedule our delivery to match our schedules. We called in and spoke with Jane again, who helped us reschedule our delivery. She called again to confirm that the change went through, but our phones were dead. She followed up the next day. I really appreciate her professionalism and how she handled the entire process. Thanks Jane!EDITED on 8/25/2021: We had originally scheduled our mattress delivery for Sunday, then moved it to Tuesday to better align to our availability. On Monday, we received a notice that our mattress had not made the truck and was delayed to Wednesday.My partner called to figure out potential solutions and was told very bluntly that there was nothing that could be done. I understand that - sometimes things are out of our control and that causes frustration on both parties. However, it was a little bit rude to be told, Im the only one here and I am the manager, so thats that.When I called back, I spoke to Kristen, and we figured out a bunch of options - including the one we went with, picking it up from Whittier - that included picking up the mattress from a neighboring store or having it picked up and delivered using a third-party app. Kristen also reached out to her district manager and they were willing to reimburse us for the costs. We didnt need them to, and ultimately did not accept that part of the offer, but that was very nice of them.Therefore, I am leaving up the 5 star review: The mattress rescheduling and the first conversation was not great, but they (eventually) did what they could and helped us out the best of their abilities. Everyone was helpful and went above and beyond their responsibilities to help us find a solution.

Excellent service! Kelly was very helpful in the mattress selection process. She was very accommodating to our budget and needs. We still wanted to shop around so Kelly was helpful enough to save our selection in case we returned. We went to other retailers but felt Mattress Firm had the best package. We decided to go with Mattress Firm and we were able to make the purchase without even having to physically go back to the store. The transaction was completed through my phone. What a difference a bed makes! After an extensive on-line search, I nearly committed to a bargain mattress. Thankfully, logic stepped in. A mattress is not the place to skimp. Mattress Firm had the best deal on a name brand and I saved big on a Beautyrest. Ive had it three weeks now and its a dream in the making! Im sleeping like a baby! The Brea store is closest to home, but circumstances made it necessary to order on-line. This is why Im writing: I cant say enough about Kelli Dietze for her sparkling people skills and flair for customer service! She went well beyond what one could expect. And I never set foot in her store, nor did I purchase from her!

I originally placed an order for a mattress at JCP and was told it would take a month to schedule a delivery. Very nice store. The sales associate Jaron was extremely nice and helpful and took time with us to find what we were looking for and what we could afford.Of course being that its a sale the price of the item that gets you in the store is usually only about half of what youre going to probably actually spend for a nice decent mattress.

Jaron helped me with an extended process of looking for the perfect mattress and frame. We met with him and spoke to him on the phone multiple times over the course of a few weeks while trying to decide and he was patient, kind, informative, and helpful throughout. He is extremely knowledgeable about the different mattresses in their store and highlighted honestly the pros and cons of each of the options we considered. He was very fair in his negotiating with us for the final package and I felt like he helped us to get the most bang for our buck within the budget we set aside for this. Mattresse Fim is the worst experience to buy a Matteress. We bought 2 beds and they gave us a date that they would bring to us and the didnt come. They told us that they would come 3 day later and they didnt come again. We had to go to the store were we bought them and the only had 1 bed and the other bed was 30 miles from were we bought them and I had to go get it.I would never recommend this store Matteress Firm.Just to mention they didnt give me my money back from the delivery.

Cassandra was great!! From the time we walked in, laid on two different mattresses and bought ours was maybe 10 or 15 minutes. We went in wanting a really firm mattress to replace our incredibly soft, not at all supportive mattress, and when trying out the mattress we thought we wanted, she noticed we’re side-sleepers and politely asked if she could show us one more. She explained that going from really soft to really firm could actually be counterproductive, especially as side-sleepers. She showed us the Sleepys memory foam mattress and we fell in love. Got it on sale and are now just waiting for it to arrive at the store! I would definitely shop here at Cassandra’s store again. She wasn’t pushy at all and was really informative and helped us pick a great mattress.
