Even better than we thought! We went in without high hopes, but wanted to make sure we tested all of our options before committing to a new bed. Bill was knowledgeable, not pushy, extremely helpful, and very patient. He answered all of our questions and did not panic when we told him we were leaving to think about it. He gave us all of his info and a quote and let us know he would be there the following morning. After sleeping on it we returned to the store to attempt financing. It was so easy! Within 5 minutes we were approved for 0% for 36 months financing! We set up our delivery date and time and away we went. So easy and hassle free! If you go to Brea ask for Bill!
Jeremy was awesome explained everything. No pressure sales. Was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We bought three beds. He worked to get us a break on the delivery ( they are going to the same place). Only disappointment was we couldn’t get a break on mattress pads. 😞. I would still recommend the store.

Frank was amazing and made my wife and I feel completely comfortable and went over all of our questions without pressuring us into something we werent ready to commit to. We even showed up right around closing time and he graciously stayed late and we purchased our new bed. It doesnt get delivered till the 7th of July but wanted to share what a great experience we had at the Brea Mall store.
I FEEL I GOT 5 STAR SERVICE AT THE BREA MALL SLEEP NUMBER! FRANK WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE PRODUCT AS A WHOLE AND DIDNT JUST SELL US A BED. HE BUILT A RELATIONSHIP WITH HIS CUSTOMER. MY WIFE AND I ASKED A TON OF QUESTIONS AND ASKED FOR OPINIONS AND FRANK ANSWERED EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM. I HIGHLY RECOMEND YOU GO TO THIS SLEEP NUMBER AND ASK FOR FRANK. YOU WONT REGRET IT..

After a disastrous experience at a Sleep Number store in another state, where we had to cancel the entire order because the store never placed the order, I called the Brea Store and was so pleased when Erica answered the phone and listened to my tale of woe and totally took charge of the entire situation to make everything right for us. She called me right back to say that they would be able to honor our original order with the original sales price from last August. We went to the store to meet her and thank her for her help, as well as the store manager, Ben, who also went to bat for us with his regional manager. We are so excited to receive our bed in a few weeks (in another state). We highly recommend working with Erica, Ben and the entire Brea store for any needs with Sleep Number. We cant thank them enough!
After much thought and homework, we bought a bed from Ben. He walked us through the options and was a no pressure guy. He followed up after the bed was delivered, which I thought was great.

The employee who helped me through my purchase was very attentive, respectful and helpful. He helped me choose the mattress most beneficial to me.The reason for my 4 star rating was the manager. He was very rude to the employee. While the employee was trying to process the purchas he ran through some technical issues. He called for the manager to help him through the technical issues. You could see how irritated and annoyed the manager was. He started to make remarks to the employee about the issues. At one point he exageratedly pointed at the screen so hard that I heard the thump of the protective glass. It made me really uncomfortable and almost made me call off my purchase. I did not do so since the employee, who was super calm and nice to us throughout the whole time, would lose his sale. And he had no reason to do so.I thought it was very distasteful for a manager to act like this to one of the employee in front of a customer. Makes me wonder how he treats them when there are no customers around. I hope someone at SleepNumber does something about this manager.
Step inside the Brea mall store. To look at pillows, was talking in my phone in the process. Bill an employee, asked if he could help me. I said no. He then explained that this is not a phone both and I must leave.Honestly the worst experince I have had. I Will share my storey with you and will tell my friends and the people I work with.
Beds arent bad, but installation sucks. They charged us an exorbitant fee for setup, but did not complete the setup, and refused to remove the old bed (apparently, there was a spider on it, and they dont touch beds with insects on them). I dont expect delivery/setup folks to be entomologists, but even I can count the difference between six and eight legs. Insult to injury, they also charged us a separate fee for disposal, which of course they didnt do, either. Its a shame, because once I finally got the bed working, its pretty wonderful. Just dont trust them as far as you can toss them when it comes to installation and delivery.
Couldnt be more unsatisfied with the matress and the service. Thi s been by far the worst purchase of my life and to have someone tell me I cannot return soemthing that is totally uncomfortable is ridiculous. Manager admitted never signed the terms and conditions sheet yet the corporate just sent me a copy with someone elses signature on it?!? So someone forged my signature and now I am nt allwed to return somethin I have had for less than a week? Absurd. Do not shop here!
