The cashier Skyler was very rude and abrupt. When I spoke with the manager, she just said “we are really busy” and walked away. Being busy is no excuse for being rude to your customers. I have already ordered and then asked for a refund. This place does not deserve my hard earned money or business.

Had their coffee. Seating area was empty when we got there. Stay for a couple hours and chatted with the friend. Nice atmosphere and the service was prompt

The otders are never just quite right. Syrup was at the bottom of every drink.

Dennis is killing it. Seriously. I asked for oat milk and the apologized so much for not having any.Then he gave me a dollar off my drink. Then I remembered I has a free drink so he moved the discount to my sandwich. He had to did all these change to make it work but he did them super quick with a smile and not because I asked, just because he wanted to make his customer happy. I can see why he is the manger. The store and his employees are lucky to have him. Thanks Dennis.

It is a large nice size store. The drive thru is great and the staff is very friendly. Lots of comfy seats better than a lot of the stores I have been to.

They usually burn half my bagel every morning. I wont be asking for it toasted anymore. They also dont care to ask if you want your coffee hot or iced, and assume which. I also order a soy coffee and they gave me whole milk...

The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is absolutely fantastic. Great selection of coffees and unique preparation methods. Ive been there five times already. Nothing but five stars all the way. Kyoto style iced coffe, single origin espressos, a few tasty treats, and wonderful Siphon brewed cofee (truly worth the premium price.)

Great! Girl made me hot tea drink (medicine ball). Later, I got a bagel toasted with cream cheese. Girl even brought it to where I was seated! Clean bathroom and clean store. Much better than other Coffee Beans Ive been to!! Will come again. And wi fi worked great!

We ordered two cups of coffee this morning. They messed up both of the orders. They handed out the coffee while saying coffee with cream, and there is no cream in the coffee. Rude attitude when taking orders. I feel sick after drinking their coffee, went to the bathroom for few times. One star for your giving me a bad morning.

I was so sick after I drank my coffee and I thought I was going to have to go to ER because I felt like I was having a heart attack!! Get it together before you make someone deathly ill!!)

I love that its a coffee & TEA shop. My usual is a chai rooibos tea latte. So very good.The place is busy but because of plenty of seating it still has a relaxed coffee house vibe.

This Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf location is conveniently on Imperial Highway and near the 57 freeway in Brea. Its located near Trader Joes with plenty of parking and a drive thru. Inside, there is ample seating and has much more inside seats than the other Coffee Bean location in Brea (which is small and doesnt have a drive thru). Ive usually been able to find a seat here and Ive always been satisfied with my drinks. I just wish that all Coffee Beans had a wider variety of food items to accompany their drinks.

No matter what time I go (Early AM or Before Closing), Im treated to the same friendly customer service each and every single time! Highly recommend!!!
