Hands down the best service of any Starbucks I’ve been too. I absolutely love the people who work here. They all desire a raise! 🙌

Mon-Friday the drink is made properly. Saturday morning and the drink was not made properly. Asked the Barista to make it again....and it was worse.

By far the best Starbucks Ive ever been to. I was there around dinner-time on a Friday. The man at the register was beyond welcoming and took interest in how my day was going. The woman barista was also extremely sweet. The drinks were prepared very well and the store was spotless. The workers at this location need to run the entire company.

Love this Starbucks location! The baristas are friendly and helpful. The dining room is clean and spacious with outdoor seating as well. Its wheelchair accessible. They also have a drive-through. Bathrooms are unlocked, clean with double stalls. There is a Vons, 4 banks, several restaurants, a dry cleaner, and stores in the parking lot.

Orders are always correct and fast. The baristas are always attentive and polite!

They are so rude, the do not even say your welcome after saying thank you, they dont make eye contact. I will not go to this one again. Theres one on the opposite side of the parking lot that has a friendly atmosphere and better customer service. They will get my daily orders

Fairly good service. Good coffee. Clean. But, not enough power outlets. Before you judge the statement, think about the time we live in.... We need more power.

Barista with blue hair has a poor attitude. His customer service is non-existent, and when he is basically forced to do his job he does it poorly and slowly. I have been coming to this Starbucks for 10 years and have had 3 negative experiences. Two of them have been because of him. Also feel like I need to watch him make my coffee to ensure it does not include anything “extra”.

The best starbucks around based on their customer service. Fast, personable staff, clean, and I hear that girl hollies the fastest 😏

Rude employees. Probably best to save your comments about customers until after they leave.

Thanks to store manager Rosa, Emily and the staff at this charming location on Birch Street. Efficient service, hospitality and cleanliness. Depending on time of visit could be busy/serene. Hi Gerard!Rosa is the manager and wore a Reserve apron. Reserve location at downtown Disney (one of the OMG stores). Bakery offering and drink were commendable. Small yet they have clean restrooms and facilities.Not a bromidic experience for dine in/take it to go. Brea Police Department and Brea Public Works were inveterate on the scene. Looking forward to posting post-review comments. Visit.

November 2nd at 6:15 pm, the two employees working were incredibly rude. Especially the girl making the drinks. She was rude to my girlfriend and I and we also witnessed her arguing with another customer because they wanted their drinks remade. We waited 10 minutes for an iced tea and a hot mocha, both which tasted extremely subpar.

Very convenient place, especially when I walk here every week.

Its funny that there are two Starbucks located within walking distance of each other, but thats Brea downtown for you, which I guess is technically different than the Gateway Shopping Center that Brea Downtown literally shares the same road with.Anyway not sure why theres anything lower than 4 or 5 star ratings here. This Starbucks is quite literally right next to the US House of Representatives office a few steps east of this Starbucks. Ive yet to have a negative experience here.One thing I will note: This Starbucks IS small and there are few power outlets to charge your laptop from. Pretty much only the spots near the wall are. Despite having a great long table in the middle, it is devoid of power outlets underneath like Ive seen at other Starbucks locations.

Didn’t get an actual venti drink it was served more as a grande size. Asked for no strawberries through the mobile app and got strawberries. They didn’t bother to check. Asked for light ice and got a cup full of ice and very little of the actual drink. This is my second bad experience here in a row don’t look forward to coming back again.

Starbucks just doesnt do it for me. However this is one of the only coffee shops in the immediate area.

I am a regular at Starbucks. I might stop at three locations in one day. This location has the rudest employees I have seen working at any stsrbucks. I am not surprised based on reading reviews for this location on yelp. Some people are not suited for public interaction with customers.

They close 15 min earlier than they are supposed to.. got there at 9:45 and the doors are locked and a guy in there sweeping. Pretty annoying.
