The best customer service like always

Horrible service!! I got a bacterial eye infection due to dirty makeup brush used on me while getting color matched for a concealer in Brea store. I reported incident to store, customer support, upper management and nobody is making themselves responsible, they just brushed it off as if it was no big deal. I had to go to urgent care, waste time, spend money on medicines not to mention pain and suffering. Disgusting!!! They don’t have hygiene standards they don’t clean their brushes. They also restock returned used makeup to shelves for sale, without checking the items, isn’t that supposed to be thrown away? This store is a big health hazard. Customers beware!!! I will be reporting this to BBB.

Amazing store! Went in there for the first time and got the most amazing service, I used to go to Sephora often to get my foundation matched but it never did! But today that all changed and I finally found a perfect foundation! Amazing service and very friendly people! I would totally come again!

Asked for two items and the guy that helped me just pointed from afar for one item (a mascsra) stating that he like that one and for me to go get it on my own. I also asked for a brush and he sighed having to stop what he was doing to help. Like, where is your customer service skills? Morphe Corp you need to train your staff on CS.

Took the wife to this store, had small sitting area which is good. She found what she was looking for. Store seemed crowded like always on a Sunday afternoon. Check out was fast. More people window shopping than buying.

Wonderful experience at this store. The staff was great especially Leslie at cash . She’s just a happy go lucky person. I felt heard and she was just a down to earth person and this store is lucky to have workers like that. Professionalism From all the staff wonderful people 10/10 would definitely come back :)

This is the closest Morphe store to me. I really love the way the store is organized and the great selection of items they have. However it does not fail that this store does always have one item out of stock. I would call ahead if you are traveling a long distance to get here.

Not bad I suppose, some of the staff was helpful but the cashier didnt exactly seem like she was in the mood to be there.Another employee came from the back and apparently wanted to share her drama to the cashier. Not exactly a professional attitude.Place was so so. Looks like it is well kept but could probably use a bit better staff especially at the last point of contact, the cash register.Gave it a 3 stars for the cleanliness and the other helpful staff walking throughout the store.

Great collaboration and products of many makeup pros. *New update, went there this afternoon. Bought a Jeffery Star lip gloss thats just launched yesterday. My goodness, they are the best!

I lovèeèeeeereee❤❤ and super love this store. Wide variety of makeup and so darn cheap. I can spend hours in this store. Bought their matte lipsticks and their brow kit and am in love. Ive tried so many products for my brows from drugstore to name brand and until I tried Morphes this is the best I have loved so far. I highly recommend them because their makeup & brushes are so affordable.

Very cheap makeup and is good quality. 10 out of 10! Also has a wide variety of colors and palettes and very inclusive for shade ranges in the foundation and concealer apartment.

Great discount prices on popular looks for make up brushes and makeup. They carry real hair makeup brushes at a fraction of the cost from other retailers. They also carry synthetic blend and full synthetic brushes. Hundreds of styles and shapes to choose from.

The workers were very helpful and prices are amazing compared to other makeup stores.

I don’t regret going in here at all. Jason gave me amazing customer service and great experience! First time shopping with morphe, wont be my last !! Thank you Jason.

Love what they offer here. Great eye shadow palettes, brushes galore, anything you need for beauty, and employees who can demonstrate for you if they are not busy. Smoky eye, how to use brushes, etc.

VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF! The employees at this store are making this brand look terrible from management down to the hourly associates. The Brea Mall definitely needs to reconsider having this location on their premises. You work for a makeup retail store, please humble yourself. Looking good on the outside isn’t masking the disgusting personalities the employees carry on the inside. Racial profiling customers based on gender, this is not what is making America great again. Will definitely be escalating this to their corporate office and the CABBB.

I am in love with the Morphe make up line. I have used MAC for years and it is way too expensive. Im progressively switching all my make up over to Morphe!

Great quality & variety of make up at reasonable prices. Wish they could carry more of a variety like the Burbank location. It would save me a trip and I wouldnt have to order merchandise online either.

I felt super uncomfortable at this morphe store. I understand that they dont want anyone to steal but every single employee is staring you down until you make a purchase or leave. I got asked if i needed anything or found everything okay like 10 times, its a small store so im pretty sure they know who theyve asked . I never leave reviews on anything but I had to today because I have never felt so uncomfortable.

Morphie has many brush sets and I was worried they wouldnt have mines in store. They did and also have everything else I was looking for! Same prices as online and have Jaclyns and Jeffrees collections are in store. James Charles palette was sold out (That was heartbreaking) Beautiful set up and friendly staff.

The staff were so helpful and they made sure you weren’t lost with purchasing your makeup.

UPDATE: Went back after speaking with them. The second round was a much more pleasant experience. Savanna was the gal that assisted amd OH BOY what a talent. Much happier. The lady insta: savyinez ...just saying1st REVIEW: Three star because I asked for a smokey brown look and I was left with horrible look. The girl didnt know how to coordinate her colors or how to apply makeup. This was my first time at this location.

I dont know which customer service is worse, Sephora or Morphe? I was in the store for 25 minutes and not one person offered to help. They looked at me like I was crazy & Im sure its because I was wearing makeup. The cashier was rude and it was a terrible experience as Ive wanted to check out the store for a while! Well, thats that!

Worst service and experience at this morphe makeup store. They were being bias towards me being a man in a makeup store and being goth (even though i myself am a makeup enthusiast) i was being framed and accused by an employee and manager of stealing a jefree star lipstick I never even took. I right out emptied my pockets and said what lipstick Sir! and didnt even receive an apology afterwards. My gf asked them why I was accused, their response was because he looked like someone prior to him who had recently taken something yet I was never that person...and they still have the audacity to be rude toward me and my gf as well when she tried to defend me. After that we felt so disrespected and uncomfortable not even wanting to be there or being able to shop for makeup anymore without being harassed and hassled for their bias opinions. I understood they were doing their job but not at that level of disrespect I received from them I felt dehumanized to their bias approach to me. No customer should ever have to go through that ever no matter their race,gender,religion,sexuality,or because of the way you look. Jefree star would definetly not approve of this.
