Always friendly service. I come here twice a year. Once for my wifes birthday and then again on Christmas to load up on her favorite lotion...err body butter.Join their membership program, you get $10 on your birth month. Thankfully mine is December so I put that towards the Xmas lotion.

Great customer service at the Brea store. Located near Nordstrom. I came in for banana lotion which i love. It sold out online fast. The only frustrating thing is they sent me coupons the next day after paying near full price. The products are frequently out of stock online. Not sure about store. They have a new free loyalty program too.

The store and service is great.The parking not so much.Plan ahead and carpool if necessary. Granada sometimes has street parking. Plan on walking.
