Seems like a small store with a few employees. They seemed nice and helpful. Being a small store, it seems to get crowded very easily, so if you dont have a reservation, be prepared to wait a few hours at worst. With a reservation, I was in and out within 10 minutes.

On a 117 degree day in Yorba Linda, my cable box malfunctioned so I simply took my box to spectrum on Imperial highway in brea and bright it in for an exchange. A guy named Salam helped me. This guy was so nice and handled my issue so fast. Just took my box, scanned it, took out a new cable box wrapped in shrink wrap, scanned that, then told me thank you and that was it!! Not even 2 minutes! Awesome!
Rude customer service! 2 people helping 1 person. Spectrum! This Store need a new management team. Carlos is the worst employee, yelling in front of customers. Very rude!
There are very long lines in other stores of this provider. This was the third. We did it quickly. And most importantly: they did what I needed!
Quick easy service, they took the time to explain what I was buying and were very patient with me.

There are 12-16 of us in line and only 1 associate to help. After 15 minutes another came out. I could hear others in the back.10 work stations and only 2 working.Glad to see our $$ going to work.
There were only two people working. Waited 15 minutes and then left. There were more than 4 people in front of me. They were still waiting on only two people.
Understaffed be prepared to spend your evening waiting in line.
The service is super slow, I am the 7 in the list and I still there 45 minutes, and always the kiosk payment is broken
Saw Mike at the Brea store tonight. He was super helpful, super professional, and helped me out by getting my phone ported over, and the purchase of a new one for my son. Was a smooth transaction from start to finish! Thanks Mike, and thank you Spectrum!

I went to Spectrum to change my mobile service and get a new phone. Matthew T. was my Store Associate and he was fantastic! I wasn’t sure which phone I wanted and he explained the differences between each phone and answered all my questions. Thank you, Matthew, for your patience and knowledge. You are awesome!
The store is good but service is not good
I came to the store today to return the spectrum router, because it stopped working. I specifically told Mathew, the guy worked on my case, that my modem was working fine. However, when I got home I found out he foolishly disabled my modem! Did you really listen?! What were you thinking about when you were at work?!
Horrible customer service, we were clearly inconveniencing the 3 employees in the entirely empty store. Been customers for 5 years, and they could barely give us the the time of day, and we were there to upgrade our current devices, to remain Spectrum customers! Thank God for the Customer Sevice people we spoke to today. They are the real superheroes.
Worst service ever, they cant do anything except equipment pickup or return. Cant even help you if you want to transfer service from one location to another. Have to call their customer service which put me on hold for almost an hour.
I personally have had a hard time with my phone here, they never have the answers we are looking for and rush even when no one is in the stores. They do sell phones here Samsung, and Apple. But overall not the best.
They changed the kiosks which was really frustrating other than that its great

Very Rude dispatch guy. Moved my appointment to another day without my knowledge. When I called up to find I was told this is the best they can do. I explained to him that I am working from home and not having internet may have an impact on my work and he hung up on me.
Once I was called, the service was Ok.
During a pandemic I need internet to work at my house and this place told me to wait a month for them to fix the issue this is unacceptable. I work from home and pay for service that does not work look up other providers if you live in this area.
Of course I got unsold but it was quick and easy. LOL!
Went to return the internet equipment today for the previous account that was updated to a new account. I said to her, specifically not to cancel the new account.. guess what? I came home to no internet.. now Im sitting on the phone.. on hold. How do you qualify people to understand the customers clear direction/requests? Please train your staff better.
No customer service skills at this place...got charged a full month after stopping my service 3 days into a new billing cycle even though I called 3 weeks prior to let them know when to stop the service...tried to explain this 2 an employee at this location and and he didnt want to hear a thing I was trying to explain...needs new staff

I went to drop off my router but it took me almost 90 min. The service was very slow. Even when there were two customer representatives the wait time was almost an hour. One of the representatives was busy with her mobile.

Ill never go to this store again! A girl by the name of Laura helped me and was EXTREMELY rude!!! Instead of her viewing my account and seeing what I needed she just takes my equipment and says thats all have a good day! Well I needed to switch out my equipment for new equipment. And because she didnt close out my old account I am now having issues with my cable and internet. She shouldnt be a customer service representative at all because she was rude as hell and very unprofessional.
As I walk I to change two remotes, both broken. No one would help me a person behind a computer said you need to sign in so I did. Than I sat down. Watching the list of names. Three other people wall in & get help right away they did not sign in. But my name got called and the same person whom told me to sign up he said oh you just need new remotes? Oh her go next to the door. He took them? Gave me replacement. I walk out the same time as the others

Tip this store is not where google maps says it is. It’s actually by Trader Joe’s. If you call to have spectrum help you find it they willSend you to someone in the Philippines that can’t even call the local store to help you. Meaning the can’t even call there own company stores! Poor setup and poor customer service when they just say sorry and try to have you drive another 20 minutes to another location. What kind of company does not have phone numbers to there own stores??? Who ever thought this was a good idea in the company needs to fix this !

SpectrumCancelled service and had equipment to return. Was told it could be returned to 3410 Miraloma in Anaheim, about fifteen minutes from where I live. Took everything there only to find a sign on the door the location had been closed and to go to 2500 E. Imperial Hwy in Brea. Drove to that address to find a large retail center and circled around it trying to find where the Spectrum store was. After spending 15 minutes driving around that center and asking several people who didnt know, I was finally told at another store they were located near Trader Joes. Entered this massive location and waited another five minutes with several more people coming in and sitting down, a gentlemen finally says there is a computer sign in screen near the door. It has now been 45 minutes since arriving at the Miraloma location the Spectrum employee on the phone told me to return the equipment at. At least ten people were standing around waiting at Imperial and complaining that they too hadnt been able to find this store hidden off from the street. I had to pick up my grandson in a short time and had NO further time to spend in this fiasco. Put my name and telephone number all over the box with their equipment and told them I was returning it, they could check it in at their convenience. Of course that did not go over well and they said equipment wasn’t officially checked in, but they have every bit of their equipment back. While it was only pricing that made me drop Spectrum, trying to get their equipment back to them was a NIGHTMARE. They need to let their phone employees know Miraloma is closed and get some signage at that center to show where they are located. Stay away from this if you can.
Three employees, HUGE room with several unattended registers to help customers. My time here I’m estimating to be 1 hour. Only 5 customers before me. NO courtesy WiFi access while waiting. I only need to drop off equipment. Rediculous!
The most arrogant, discourteous, staff Ive run into in a very long time. Someone needs to remind them and especially their smug, ignorant, little manager (I think he said his name was Chung) that they represent overhead and customers represent profit.

Not the best experience in visiting this cable office.Went in on Sunday around 1pm not busy was helped quickly but tried to downgrade my services but couldnt because a manager has to approve it and there are no managers that work there on Sunday. Figures right? The representative said for me to come back tomorrow and I said maybe but I will just do this over the phone.
Just like a drug-dealer they start you off at a low price and then increase it $10 every year.
