Yesterday 08/28/2021 I went there switch over the T-Mobile plan. Because the new phone i purchased was not available I ordered one. So currently I am using my temporary phone with the Tmobile sim card and all of a sudden last night it stopped working. Went over there and now they are asking for authorization... this is not the way to treat customers especially those who just switched over... Tmobile needs to change this and help new customers so they can get on with their life. Very disappointing experience... especially the manager who is in charge of the branch could not even help

I went in there on 1/13/2021 to get a new phone screen protector, because mine cracked the man helping me out was nice but the bald guy who was just standing there watching us was incredibly rude. Once the man who was giving me my new phone screen protector was done he asked me to turn off my phone so he could put it on for me but I said I was okay I would do because I don’t feel comfortable with anyone touching my phone considering there’s a virus going around and the bald man was like ‘we have to put it on’ and I said I was fine I could do it and he said they had to so I let the man do it and honestly it came out soo bad there’s air bubbles and pieces of fuzz stuck under it, I will not be coming here again, now I have to go get a new one since this one was not properly put on.

First time at this location and I was met with a lazy salesperson. As soon as he knew I was not going to make a purchase but just needed account help, he made sure to get rid of me fast. He was only interested in flirting with his female coworker so he made sure he could not help me. I have been to many other Tmobile stores in orange county and have received exceptional service. This store has some bad employees. I am more than happy to drive much further to get better service. Word of advice: stay away from this store if you arent there to buy anything.

Super rude, from the store manager all the way to the sales person. I didn’t like and appreciate the way they Treated me, I’ve been with T-Mobile for over 10 years that means I give him so much money for poor service, horrible customer service in this T-Mobile in Brea mall. They have to hire new people and get Rid of the ones that have now.

This is 3 time I come to this location and I get that attitude as am getting something for free. Ladies and gentlemen dont get a job that requires customer service experience. I dont come to hear your frustration about work or life. Thank You

The dude got me fast tracked to get my accessory which was nice. No upsell. No offer to switch me to T-Mobile. Didn’t ask me much about where I lived, work, or played. Please get your employees to be sales people, not clerks.

Well no good am 60 years old and I couldnt get a phone because of my credit I thought it can help me but it didnt 👎they want it to put money down

I wanted to get anti glare for my phone today and who is in there are lazy. Told me they dont have it and to buy it on Amazon. This place is so unhelpful. This is the second time I have gone in there

I went in today to look at iPhone accessories. This store is well organized and clean. They had a ton of really interesting pop sockets and cases. When I found what I wanted, the lady just pulled out a little gadget to scan and check me out. I like this store and I’ll recommend it to friends.

Terrible service. Came in here to get information about my bill and ask what kind of promotions were going on. The person who was supposed to help me just printed out my bill and tossed it at me saying thats all the information he could give me. When I asked one specific question he just told me to look at my bill, as if I could not already do that online. Then I asked what deals they had and he just answered something without even looking at me as if I was not important enough for his attention. Overall I would not recommend this place as I went to another store in Fullerton and their staff was friendly and informative and actually cared about my questions. Do not come this this Brea store unless you like to be treated as worthless.

Unwilling to help me solve my prepaid card problem because I bought from bestbuy.More detail: I bought the $50 prepaid packing from Bestbuy and was unable to activate it. The T Mobile lady said she is not trained for that kind of package so she doesnt know how to activate it. I know she was BSxx. She was just lazy. I did not waste my time arguing with her. I just go to the other Tmobile store next day.

Went in to look into switching service and possibly purchase a new iPhone 11 max and the guy was so unwelcoming and rude and off putting that I m no longer interested in TMobile. Your store sucks.

Deal on a buy one get one phone turned into a scam forcing me to pay an extra $40 a month for a line I dont require. I already have two lines. This form of advertisement should be illegal.

I just explained my situation on the phone... the employee asked me to repeat myself... he then answered by saying, “sorry do you mind if I put you on hold, it’s busy in the story right now”.... hold....10 min

Great service. Inside the mall next to Nordstrom. Official T-Mobile store. Not an associate store.

I stopped into the store to get my contacts, photos, etc moved from my iPhone 3G to my new Nexus 4, recently purchased from TMobile in NV. Unfortunately, the TMobile rep I spoke with was not able to do this for me because the store did not have the proper cord. They had not bothered to replace it when it became damaged and unusable. The Nexus 4 isnt old & outdated, it would be good business sense to have that cord available to service TMobile customers.

Horrendous and unhelpful customer service. There is a reason for all the one star reviews.
