The fact they’d closed the store nearest to me (Southcoast Plaza), where I had been a customer for many years, I was hesitant going to any other location, but the staff here has been very welcoming providing exceptional service. My husband and I have been Ben bridge customers for over 10 years. I would have given a 5 star 🌟 review however because of their employee Haidee I will only rate them 2/5. Haidee is rude and lacks customer service orientation. She threw my husbands watch that he had brought in for battery change. There was a warranty error that was made in the store, she was irritated because of my husbands request to honor the warrantee. Its sad that Ben Bridge has people like Haidee representing them because she making every effort to tanish their good name. I love LeAnn and Ed and hope you keep them and certainly replace Haidee or send her for customer service training!

My boyfriend got me the most perfect promise ring from Ben bridge in Brea. Unfortunately one of the accent diamonds fell out only after a month of having it and i was so sad and worried we’d have to pay to have it replaced or buy a new one. I called the store to let them know what happened and the woman i spoke with said she would replace it for me (music to my ears!) I didn’t end up going that day but I had gone in about a week later and they had the replacement ring there waiting for me! Such amazing customer service.!! Edis originally sold my boyfriend the ring and he had it all ready for me when I had got in! Most places would have just waited for you to come in to discuss it further and not even have a replacement waiting. But they had it here and i felt so special! It was such an awesome visit and got to go home with my new baby. Definitely get your jewelry from Edis at Ben bridge. He’s the best. They’re all great! Thank you guys.

Although it wasn’t in the particular metal I wanted Heidi there was great at assisting me with a custom order. Between Heidi and the Ben Bridge design team who did a phenomenal job at providing a digital rendering of the ring with in depth measurements and descriptions, I couldn’t have been more pleased. They nailed it! Heidi even sent me text updates to keep me informed throughout the process. This review is a little overdue. First I would like to say that Wany was a super big help with everything I needed.I brought my Tag Heuer watch inside for repair because it was a certified location for the company. I was told it would take some time to ship and fix it in Switzerland. Which was fine, the process took about 4 weeks.I like black and white simple. Everything they told me that would happen during the process happened. Even the time frame from when I would receive my watch back. There was no hassle with arrangements or any hidden costs for fixing my watch.As that was being arranged Wany made strides to enhance my customer experience by showcasing the the various types of jewelry options that caught my eye. Assuring me why Ben Bridge is set apart from the rest. He gave me informative tips on what to look for in the difference in quality of jewelry. He even went as far and beyond to clean my other Tag Heuer watch I was wearing.I can see why Ben Bridge is a great company, Wany was extremely helpful with his guidance.I can assure the next piece of jewelry I buy will be with Ben Bridges personal jeweler Wany Perez.

I purchased my Tag Heuer Connected Modular 45 watch at Ben Bridge, I am happy with most of process, they were great. There was only one available company-wide and they ordered it for me to FedExed from Hawaii where it was located, rather than the weeks it would take to order it from Tag.Hiccups I had, were there were some reports online of some of the watches have defects, and when the watch I had to order arrived, I asked them to check for defects, and they told me no, that I would have to come inspect it for myself. But in the end they did take $100 off the price for the inconvenience.

Met my total expectations with respect to quality, service and price. I would definitely come back!!!
