I first shopped here just yesterday and when I got home I noticed the piece I had purchased had the smallest little nick in it and after calling the store they offered to hold a replacement for me. When I arrived today my replacement earrings were waiting for me and they were perfect.The manager was very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. She really made the whole experience great as did associates.
