Customer be aware when you purchase this company’s gift cards. They do not honor mine !My friend gave me a birthday gift card back in 5-6 years ago. She purchased at Brea location (see pictures). “Glen Ivy Spa” company had 3 stores at different locations when we purchased the gift card. Yesterday I found the gift card in the drawer so I email the main office at Corona to see if I can use it at their website “glenivy.com”. They replied: No, the gift card is from Brea so it can only be used in Brea store.Therefore, I went to Brea to see if I can use it. The answer is NO ! Brea front desk told me the gift card was purchased long time ago and was issued by “Glen ivy spa”. Right now it’s become 2 separate companies and Brea store name is ‘The spa at glen’. Not the same company anymore. So those gift card cannot be used in Brea.In fact, when the gift card was purchased, the brochure that come with the gift card says can be used in 3 stores (see pictures) even on the back of the gift card imprint their website “glenivy.com”. But now, no one honor $250.When companies sell gift cards and collect lots of up front money, they can easily closed down business or rename to bypass those gift cards. So be careful with these spa groups. If the case happened to me, it will happen to you later.

Best place ever. I love it because it’s cozy and staff treat you so wonderful. Though the spa and sauna is not open yet, I still received excellent massage, nail and foot services. I been going here for many years now. Great self care self love self gift place to start. I hope they will eventually go back to offering the lunch service. Looking forward to the spa operating back at 100% of course, safely and carefully.

Love this place. First timer, but not a last timer! I wouldve never have known this hidden gem was at the mall! The place was very cozy, comfortable, clean, and fresh. My technician was amazing! Went for a gal-pal date and followed by dinner at the Olive pit. Definitely going back!!

First time at Glen since I cant get into Glen Ivy in Corona. Side note: Glen in Brea is not associate with the location in Corona (didnt know that. I purchased Head to To package, 50 min massage and food rub and 50 min facial. My therapist was Stephanie, she was great massaging at the perfect pressure when you describe how you want. I just wish she massage my feet more. Overall, Im not sure it was 50 min, goes by so fast. Facial was great too but I was cold under the sheet. I felt warm when Sandie placed a warm towel and hot stone. Inside the spas was ok. I wish it was like other spas that have more amenities like mineral bath, beside jaccuzi and steam room.

First time Back in Since It was Glenn Ivy. Friendly and helpful staff, very good message therapists, site is nice and well maintained, though bathroom showers were a little grimy with drain backing up and visible lime stains on glass and some fixtures. All and all great experience and would definitely return, hopefully sooner than later

Nice way to start or end a shopping trip. Excellent customer service and a nice selection of massages. After you check in, your seated in a quiet area until you’re called. I even put cooling cucumber slices on my eyes. Very nice And a great way to start relaxing. In addition to massages I always make time to a soak in the hot tub and they have the best steam room I’ve ever used.

I love The Spa at the Glen in Brea. I cannot wait to go there again! The facility is lovely, peaceful and intimate. I love to go enjoy the spa and relax in the calming lounge after an especially physically demanding job. I recommend this spa to everyone!

Always the best massages and services when visiting here. Due to covid-19 no amenities available, no robes, just the massage itself and you can just dress/undress in the therapy room before and after receiving treatment. Better than nothing at this time.

There aren’t any negatives about the lovely Spa at the Glen at Brea Mall!Front desk staff and spa attendants are helpful and informative, and the massage therapists and estheticians are just the best!The spa itself is beautiful and always perfectly maintained. I’ve not seen the men’s side, but I can assume it’s similar to the women’s locker room and spa.I like to arrive an hour before my appointment to enjoy the luxurious whirlpool and steam room. To keep guests hydrated, there are large dispensers of chilled water and subtly flavored iced tea in several locations.There is a beautiful shop at the front of the spa ... perfect for finding gifts or treating yourself, and there is a large, yet cozy, sitting room with tables and chairs surrounding a pleasant fireplace. You can order lunch as part of your visit.All-in-all, the Spa at the Glen is an absolute gem—that has only gotten better since its days as part of Glen Ivy Hot Springs Spa company.(And if you want to experience one of the best facials you’ll ever have, make an appointment with Lauren.)

I come to this spa often and I feel its a great offer for the price. The amenities are nice, and the staff is skilled. I went in yesterday for a massage with Kit in hopes of relieving my tweaked neck from a bad night of sleep. He was so knowledgeable and talked through after care (heating and ice) and prevention tips towards the end of our time which I really appreciated. Looking forward to my next trip to Spa at the Glen!

My husband and I came for the Date Night Package. It was everything we imagined a spa should be! The staff was excellent, Stephanie and Vanessa were great! The facilities were clean comfortable relaxed and luxurious. We will definitely be back!

Ive been here twice recently and had the same therapist. He very knowledgeable and was able to target the specific areas that were bothering me. Nice atmosphere and staff. Id love to see the robes go up one more size.

The spa experience was unlike any I have experienced. I always tell the esthetician that I feel they have many hands, as their face massages are awesome. This time I was totally in a zone and not only did my skin look great, but I was so relaxed.Definitely enjoying my membership.

Beautiful a d worth it

Everything for the most part was clean, beautifully kept, and the service was exceptional. The only party that wasn’t the most welcoming was the spa (which is what you mainly pay to go use) which had brown soap scum along the edges and within the bubbles (yuck). I saw once a girl come to spray them away but I think further action needs to be taken to keep it clean 🧼 this way we will want to come back and lounge in the spa. Other than that it was a great experience.

I received a gift certificate, so, It was my first time there and the experience was beyond amazing. All the staff I came across were so sweet and helpful. Thank you for making this single mom of 3 enjoy some much needed zen in her life. I definitely would recommend you to others and plan on coming back in the future.

Enjoyed the calm, serene ambiance of Spa at the Glen, especially that of the pedicure area. Wonderful nail color section. Locker area feels cramped when a group arrives to enjoy spa together. Spa Staff was kind and attentive. Pedicurist, Nina, was excellent. However, I paid $50 for a pumpkin spice pedicure and was disappointed at the lack of pumpkin fragrance in the scrub. I had to ask Nina if she was using the pumpkin spice scrub. She said that she was. The lotion had a scant trace of fragrance. I shared my disappointment with the front desk and asked for a sample to bring home to have my family smell test the scrub. Husband could not detect even a wiff of pumpkin spice. Maybe with a higher priced pedicure, Spa at the Glen could be less stingy with this seasonal fragrance. So why I am rating my experience at a mere three stars. Maybe Ill have better luck next time.

The Spa at the Glen offers such an amazing experience. Over the last year I have been going to the foot soak massages, where you feel rushed and everything feels rigid. It was so nice to finally be back to a real spa... The Spa at the Glen offers relaxation, tranquility, and most of all amazing services. The private womens spa offers a relaxing hot tub and rejuvenating steam room. If you get hungry the helpful spa staff will even order you a delicious lunch.

For it being mine and my wife’s first time visiting it was absolutely amazing, very relaxing and much needed. We will definitely be back again to try the other services.

Ive been going to this spa since it changed over from Glen Ivy ownership. Ive seen changes and improvements, but the amenities and atmosphere remain great. Additionally, I believe I have seen an improvement in the quality of the services - the membership package keeps me to a routine of regular massages, and those massages - especially with the added deep tissue enhancement - are fantastic! Thank you!

Been here many time and only once before had I been disappointed. The sauna was not operational that day but the Manager gave me a free pass to use the facilities at my convenience later. This time was average at best. Had the “date night” package so I did not request my normal masseuse. She was average at best, there was no water in the men’s locker room and no small wash towels to take a shower. Had to steal the cold ones we use for after shaving. All minor issues but definitely not the A+ service I am used to from this facility

My daughter and I usually visit Glen Ivy once a year for a mother daughter day, but we didnt make it last year so this visit was the first time we had been back since the remodel. We have always enjoyed Glen and it was our spa of choice. The staff at the front was very nice and accommodating. The lunch service was was also good but there was no ice in my iced tea so it wasnt cold and refreshing as I wouldve preferred. Unfortunately this past visit didnt leave me wanting to come back again. I noticed a lot of dust and cobwebs along the ceiling areas above the beauty stations and the bubbled and discolored painted ceiling above the jacuzzi. There was also a lot of hair in the shower and left over hair clips so it felt a little gross. It appeared that no staff had tidied up the showers for a while. Overall the spa as a whole was lacking some TLC and appeared to be neglected.A few little touches were also missing that my daughter and I really loved about the previous Glen Ivy. Eucalyptus in the cold washcloths and eucalyptus / essential oil aromas in the lounge area. When we walked into the lounge while waiting for our services, there was no scent of a spa environment which is what helps to make the experience so relaxing. In addition, the products used in the facials were not the same as they were in the past and I honestly did not feel like my face looked or felt any more fresh than when I arrived and within an hour after my facial, I had two breakouts on my face. Ive had many facials and Ive never had breakouts. My estetician was very nice but she was overly talkative during the back scrub and I didnt have the same relaxing experience that my daughter had.I briefly mentioned to the young lady at the desk that I was disappointed with my facial and one of her peers overhead and offered me a coupon for an add on service.Unfortunately, I likely wont be back to utilize the add on service.

I enjoyed the morning relaxing in the spa and sitting in the sauna, then topping it off with a fantastic hot stone massage. The ambiance is soothing and calm, totally de-stressing. The spa is kept very, very clean. I look forward to spa days. An added bonus is the convenience of shopping at the Brea Mall before or after a relaxing massage. Love this place!

I love this place. Been going here several years now, off and on, when I am in town. People are great, services are above average in quality whether its a simple manicure or a massage. The robes are comfy and the little extras like shampoos and creams and even hair ties and razors all make for a good impression. The pool and saunas are a wonderful luxury. I was noticing yesterday that some things may be in need of a reno upgrade just because its getting used but I am sure they will plan for this soon. Enjoy!

Coming here was a surprise birthday present from my husband, I was so very excited. I used all the amenities: spa, steam room, shower, quiet room (where I ate some delicious apples), massage, facial, bathroom, straightener. I was totally unprepared for a spa day, but they had a lot of things available to me. I was afraid of getting my hair wet, until I saw there was a blow dryer and straightener. I was afraid of taking a shower, until I saw there were q-tips, disposable razors, deodorant spray, combs, and even feminine supplies! There was no thinking involved for me, and I think that was the best gift, just relaxation. It was a great birthday gift. I think the only thing Id like, would be sweetened tea, not just tea, but great regardless.

The place is amazing. Super nice and helpful staff. You have access to the hot tub, sauna, and shower. I would recommend going in earlier than your scheduled appointment time or stay after your massage to enjoy the hot tub(you dont necessarily need a bathing suit anything youre most comfortable in will do)

I was very happy with my Therapist Patricia. She checked in with me about the right amount of pressure. She targeted sensitive areas with knots very well. I was extremely relaxed.

I always have a wonderful experience at this spa--wish I could afford the membership! The front desk was super helpful with this visit, as I had some Glen Ivy gift cards and didnt know how much was on them. They verified the amounts and gave me equivalent vouchers to use. (Note: Id had these cards for at least 4-5 years and had decided I was never going to get out to Glen Ivy to use them.)My aesthetician and my manicurist couldnt have been lovelier. I felt pampered from head to toe!

I love spending a morning at The Spa at the Glen. I start by soaking in the jacuzzi. Then, I go to the steam sauna. Afterwards, I shower in preparation for my massage and/or facial. The waiting area has dimmed lights, comfortable seating, and beverages. Then, the magic happens. The masseuse (mine was Stephanie) comes to escort me to a very peaceful private room where the lights are dimmed, the massage table is heated, and a fountain is flowing. The massage is wonderful and the products feel and smell so good. I love the cold and hot stones. Afterwards, I am extremely relaxed. Then, I am given cold crystal water and I am escorted back to the waiting area. This time, I opted for a facial. I loved it! Once again it was in a private dimmed room. The esthetician (sorry I can’t remember your name) was very nice. She asked about my concerns and she tailored an experience that was wonderful. Once again the products felt and smelled wonderful. My skin felt and looked great afterwards. I cannot wait to return.

Beautiful facility, i really enjoyed the jacuzzi! Parking is a little annoying so be prepared for that. On my first visit my massage therapist ran 20 minutes late and i was kind of surprises that the staff wasnt more apologetic. My esthetician told me at the end of my facial that my massage therapist was running late and then 20 minutes after my appointment time when the girl arrived she didn’t even mention being late nor did the front desk at check out.

This is my second time going to a spa like this. The surroundings were good (although I have not been to too many spas) the people were nice and the massage was good. I came in for a 50 minute swedish massage. Although I should say that I was not really wowed.

Great massage, great facial. One shower wasnt working, and some of the showers and the steam room could use a bit of deep cleaning.

I received a massage in a room that was closest to the bathroom. The whole time all I heard was doors and late hes opening and closing and toilets flushing. I cant even believe they use this room for massages and Im sure they are well aware of the noise. It was miserable!

I took my wife to a pedicure here for Mothers Day. While my basic pedicure went well, my wifes left middle toenail cracked a day after her pedicure. I dont think that is supposed to be part of the treatment.

I am torn on this rating - there are some very good message therapists and estheticians working there. If you want a fantastic facial, ask for Deborah (she is the best!). I just had a message there last weekend and he was incredible.That said, the facility is in dire need of updating. I started coming here 7 yrs ago and nothing has changed (but I think everything is older than that). The carpet is kind of gross, the shower fixtures are old and dont work too well. The toilets are old too, dont flush well and often plug up. To top it all off, Glen Ivy has changed some of its products it puts out for guests (e.g., the lotion they have out now stinks! I bring my own).So even though there are some great techs at Glen Ivy Brea, the experience is spoiled by your surroundings. So sad, too, its such a great location.

Eh - thats all I can really say about this location. Yeah, its nice that you have lockers, a decent location (nestled in between Sears and Nordstrom, closer to Nordstrom with an outside entrance, no mall entrance). My massage therapist was Joyce. I didnt really feel at ease, and never fully relaxed. I came in with sore arms and shoulders from Yoga the other day.She didnt ask the pressure, nor massage the front of my legs. Its a little odd. Im thinking shes the miss of the hit-or-miss massage therapists that I see on the reviews. I normally fall asleep during Swedish massages - but her technique was meh.NOTE: There is no envelopes to put your tip in there for your therapist. No wonder she was expecting a tip outside my door. Im used to tip being paid when you are checking out and with the little envelopes per person, rather you having to disclose your tip to the lobby agents. BOO. Thats a total negative and I dont think Ill be back to this location.In the common area, there is coffee, tea, iced tea, and lemonade with some snacks -oranges, apples, and pretzels. You just have to hunt them down. Its coed in the common areas.In the ladies locker room,theres a steam room and jacuzzi. The locker room is kinda small, and I think its totally awkward to have your locker right by the entrance - come on. at least some privacy no? Overall, I think I would try another location. I think the Corona Glen Ivy is my fave - but then again, its like a mini-resort there, plus the same prices.

Would be all 5s if it wasnt for the noise.
