I ordered arms and nose pads to replace on my sunglasses. Waited 3 weeks and was told the arrived. however, there was an issue where the arms werent ordered. I was frustrated but Matt was super professional and showed great customer service and was able to navigate through the issue and get it resolved. please ask for him if/when you go! He is the best

Went to the mall to find me a pair of certain sunglasses, and ended up in the Sunglass Hut. Id like to thank Nicole who was a big help when I asked het to help me find me the sunglasses I was looking for, and thats exactly what she did! Im completely in love with my new sunglasses, thank you again to Nicole for taking the time to help me and doing it with a smile and a positive attitude. Keep up the great work!

Excellent service performed by Nancy at Sunglass Hut in Brea Mall. Ray Ban support couldn’t help me because I didn’t have the sales receipts but Nancy got me a exactly the same new pair of Ray Ban of glasses I had for half of the new pair cost. Which made me very cheerful to see the exact model of Ray Ban.Keep it up the Great Work Nancy. You are a true asset of the company. Not to mention putting smile on customer by resolving their issue.

Workers are very friendly and helpful. Jesus helped me and my boyfriend out. We came in right before closing the other day (unaware of the new hours) and he still was happy to help us and was patient. We came again today and again was very kind and helpful!
