The staff is great, but weve had them mess orders up before. We were glad they were able to resolve the issue fairly quickly, but there was no fixing the fact that we had given our mom the wrong gift for Mothers Day and now had to wait a couple days to get the correct gift back.......

I bright in my own metal plate for them to engrave. They were quick and very reasonable. I was very impressed and quite pleased.

The other stores are hire in prices abot $30.00 to $40.00 more. I left Westminster mall store very happy and will shop their allways.

Awful customer service. Staff totally unhelpful & rude. Tell you to look at the products yourself & treat you like dirt. Too bad I cant give 0 star. Do not recommend.
