Rude cashier, need more trainingJust moved to the area, and Sprouts is closest to home, compared to Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods. Getting used to the layout and for the most part, workers have been very friendly. However, I have to say I was a bit peeved with my experience today. I used the self checkout and asked up front about cash back option as I am picking something up on the way home and need to pay in cash. The girl at the self checkout didn’t seem sure, but asked and said yes. During the process before finishing again, I asked again before finalizing to ensure I was able to and she said yes. Well, it didn’t. But, she tried to help fix it and then took me to cashier. The guy tried to help with the transaction, and it took me a couple times to insert/swipe card as my chip is a bit worn. But, nonetheless always able to pay while I wait for my replacement. In the end, also able to pay for everything that I was purchasing today. However, the cash back portion declined. Given how unsure everyone looked with what they were doing and that he had to google to find out what the message meant, I asked to try again. While the manager or supervisor said sorry it’s not working, the cashier stated “maybe you don’t have enough money”. EXCUSE ME?!?! How unprofessional is that?? First of all, it is a CREDIT card, not from a debit account. So know your facts before making such a rude and stupid comment. Next, I’m making my next purchase via credit card as getting cash back no problem at my next stop so had plenty on my credit line also. So just 15 mins later, the problem YOU had is no longer a problem, so clearly YOU are the person who doesn’t know what your doing. I have no issue with the lady who helped even though unsure because not everyone knows everything and I understand that and have patience and tolerance for people who acknowledge they may need help or what not. But I do not appreciate the presumptuous attitude of that young male cashier, and maybe the manager either who thought it was okay for him to make such a comment. It’s not embarrassing for me as I have plenty of credit and cash in my accounts, but what if he said that to someone who does financially struggle? Perhaps I’ll just stick with the other stores where they clearly have much higher customer service standards.

Selection of fresh produce usually excellent quality and good value for our money.On another item for discussion. We were disappointed the bear claw pastries are now sold three to a box. We used to love buying single bear claw pastries when you served yourself and placed it in a bag.However, now as sold in a box of three the filling - though moist - is overly sweetened! When previously sold individually, it was a favorite impulse buy item for us. We will not buy it anymore and suggest others avoid buying for a while in hopes the overly sweetened filling will be less sweet in the future. Today is March 30, 2021. We ate 1/2 of one. So now have two and half unconsumed bear claw pieces left over. This makes our pastry a very expensive buy. Theres a remote chance as it ages and dries out over a few days or weeks the sweetness might fade somewhat and the pastry will be more palatable

I am a loyal customer. This is a one stop health and food store!👍😀I have shopped for my produce here for as long I have lived in brea. The offer a wide variety of fresh produce including organic. There is a meat section include a butcher. They make their own chicken sausages my fav is the chicken basil and spicy italian. They have a great frozen section with some good low carb veges for the keto and paleo people. They sell keto icecream too. They have a huge variety of vitamins and supplements.

Clean, lots of lighting, they have self checkout for faster checkouts, they’re jalapeños cornbread are pretty good.

Sprouts represents quality. Their organic section is the best. It is also consistent across all locations. If you are not able to digest wax coating on fruits, Sprouts Organic section is your best choice. Sprouts Brea has the choices I am looking for and is usually well stocked. Their banana walnut muffins is also a must buy.

Top quality stuff. Pretty good selection, but the prices are just a bit too high.

This store specifically has changed my attitude towards Healthier style stores. Super chill staff that are ready to help and a fantastic selection of products. 👍

ALL YOU HAD TO DO WAS PUT A SIGN UP!To whom this may concern,I am so upset to twice now, this has happened while going to your store. I won’t really brother to even write but man if you are doing this to a healthy 30 year old, I would hate for it to happen to someone else. First time, I went in to return a milk glass container and your attendant at the time told me no returns. I was understanding due to COVID-19 ok. but I called your sister store in La Habra and the Manager told me no we are taking returns. OK, so I took them there. I got more so again went to your store today. Again NO, I even asked the attendant who is says no, is it all sprouts or management of this store and she said “ALL” I said politely ok then sorry I admit to leaving my items there! I called the Orange store and spoke with a nice Lady there and even went above and beyond to ask her Manager and she said yes miss we are. Here is proof I returned my bottles that I DO rinse and clean before returning and got my other items. Thank you BREA SPROUT’s I will kindly refuse service from you. I would love going in for my lunches but I will find a better place thank you again.I can’t show the photo from my receipt at the Orange store but they are my new one to go to Thanks 👍🏽

Great market with lots of organic options. Plus, its near Brea Mall...super convenient! I love being able to go to the mall and pick up some groceries at the same time, its literally across the street. Besides the great location, the market has everything you need in your everyday healthy meals.The produce looks fresh and they have different types of sugar to choose from for your inner baker. They havent start charging for their paper bags, but its highly recommended to bring your own reusable grocery bags. They have organic and non-organic options for some of their produce, the difference is usually one dollar...not bad! Overall, the prices are reasonable here at Sprouts.The cashiers and stock workers all seems relatively cheerful and helpful if youre in need of assistance. I would definitely come back whenever Im near the area to pick up some fresh veggies and fruits. Plus, plenty of free parking at the plaza.

Good grocery of a smaller size and therefore a bit limited selection. But the bear claws are among the best anywhere!

This Sprouts location is where I go to get almost all my groceries. They have a great selection of fresh fruit and vegetables at good prices. I must admit, their shelf items such as vinegar, oil, etc are pricier than an average grocery store, but the items are of higher quality, so I do get what I pay for. The employees here are really nice (Amanda is always awesome!) and are very helpful.

I was disappointed today, I pointed out incorrect signage to an employee and he was like oh.. yeah... hahaa I saw that too, and kept about putting the bulk items away. I read there ad and it states they had a sale going on, on multiple bulk items but they dont disclose which ones and of course I pick the one that is not in the sale but yet it states bulk snacks, but they stated oh.. its only on single item snacks not trail mixes.... yet there is no indication and after what i had already witnessed, I could see the carelessness and lack of care of have an Informed customer to sprouts, to ensure the correct items are selected and that an embarrassing situation arises at the cash register. I will not be shopping at sprouts anymore, I dont like surprises like that!!

A great chain store, and my favorite one is the one here in Brea. Always clean and the workers here are super friendly. Whether youre a vegan or carnivore, they have anything youll ever need.They also have products you will not see elsewhere, as well as a pretty well stocked vitamin and cosmetic section.Also highly recommend their sandwiches if youre in a rush and in the area for lunch

By far the best selection and prices for organic produce. Also, go wednesdays for the combined sales days (previous and new weeks items in the ad are all eligible for deals this day). Also lots of items in bulk and the candies are so yummy. Staff are helpful and quick at check out! Try out the fresh meats as well which have always been good quality and also some neat snack items.

This is such a beautiful market ! They have a whole area of vitamins and natural products ! When I walked in and saw the chocolate area I was in heaven ! All their candy is fresh and tasty :D I have yet to try the food to go area but I will soon ! Ive heard its really good :)

I do most of my grocery shopping at this place not only because is right next to my gym but because they also have sandwiches ready to order.The fruits and veggies are always fresh and the cashiers always help.
