Bought two bikes from them and wanted to put a seat cowl on my bike. The sales person said they had them in stock and he would finish prepping the bike while I got the part from the parts department. My son had given me a Visa gift card and used it to purchase the cowl. When they gave me the part I told them it looked to be the wrong size for the bike. Walked outside and confirmed it with the sales person. Walked back to parts and told them it was the wrong one. I was than informed they could not give me my money back since I used a gift card and could only give me a store credit for the $120.00. Not happy at all and will never do business with them again!

Bought my Royal Enfield Himalayan Jan 1st, 2020. Was an easy peasy deal. Missing a star as staff doesnt deliver messages on time but no biggie as I ended up being at the showroom before the message was delivered.

The inventory is limited, (not what I was told on the phone), the sales staff is...... Lets just be generous and say uninformed and not adequately trained to handle customer questions. After several attempts to have my very simple questions answered by 2 different salesmen ? I stepped outside and called another dealership to get the answer ....and I did.

Friendly people I purchased a Continental GT, and Vix, Brian and lol the employees were great I will recommend this dealership to everyone they have a great selection
