My sister reserved a truck for the first of this month. The truck wasnt available at the time they were to have it ready. It hadnt been returned. So her husband had to rent a pickup truck. He was not too happy. The storage space is great. Nice and clean and easy to get in and out. And all the employees are very helpful and nice.

Best storage facility! Secured very well, each unit has its own alarm which Ive never seen before extra added security, easy pull right up outside unit, has RV/Boat/Extra vehicle space rentals, the staff are same all the time they live on premises, super friendly abd very helpful. I accidently went through the gate behind another vehicle abd when I opened my unit the alarm went off loud! Staff was right at my unit immediately.HIGHLY RECOMMEND😀

Great facility. I was trying to find something closer to home, and thought this was actually much closer than it was. I was thisclose to canceling the reservation here, but weighed the pros and cons, and thought the amazing promotional offer (50% off for the first two months, and on a month-to-month basis) and little tidbit on the website about not having a single break-in since opening in 1983 was just too good to pass up. The closer place was much more expensive, and didnt seem quite as nice (at least, from what I could tell from their website).I am so glad I decided to stick with this original plan. The entire property is absolutely spotless. Ive never seen a cleaner parking lot (and it is quite large!). It is nestled away in a little industrial area, and is run by a very friendly and informative gentleman who clearly takes great pride in the security and appearance of the place. I was quickly provided with a gate code and an easy-to-follow map of how to get to my storage unit.The entire process was so easy, and I am confident that my belongings are safe here. So many storage places are in sketchy areas and have equally sketchy clientele (and heck, employees)! present. Certainly not the case here.I highly recommend giving this place a try! You wont be disappointed.

Friendly and courteous staff. Clean facility, decent prices and every unit has comes with a security alarm which is a plus. Overall, I had a good experience.

Staff was extremely helpful. They showed me the storage unit and thoroughly explained how their services worked. The manager provided excellent customer service and he has a great sense of humor. I have since filled up my unit and had no issues entering or exiting the complex. The complex is very clean and very well maintained. One thing I do want to say is the staff was diligent about their Covid-19 practices. I highly recommend Security Public Storage.

No complaints at all. Very secure and reasonably priced. I had a full apartment stored here for almost 2 years and although not temperature controlled, everything was in perfect condition when I moved into a new place. Five stars all the way.

I was in, and completed very little paperwork, and out in a few minutes. This is what I look for in a Storage facility. They have a great place that is really secure. Rented a small storage and dealt with Vincent. He was very professional, courteous and made the process simple. He was very helpful in setting us up with the right storage for our needs and went above and beyond to be sure we were happy and taken care of. We were able to rent a Uhaul directly from the storage facility to help with moving the items we needed to store. The Uhaul was very clean, well taken care of and very inexpensive. The storage is nice and secure and we are happy with our decision to rent from them. All around a great experience.

A very poor Storage experience. Valuable items were stolen from my unit. If you break one of the rules, you are treated like a convict. They put restrictions on you that last as long as you live. Even minor violations. The isles are so narrow that there is not room to maneuver even a small truck.It is dangerous to drive there. Staff are sometimes rude. The rates are about 20% above most others.

Service has been great, even during the COVIT 19 situation. Was able to move into a smaller unit to save some money (as we didnt need the space). They were very accommodating and the change went smooth.

Isaac is Awesome! He is through, Friendly. He told me when I first tented there it was safe and very clean. I have found both are true.The employees here are nice and helpful. If you’re looking for a storage Unit this is the place to go.Thanks Isaac!

First of all I’d like to say that this is a great place for storage. The staff here are considerate and polite. Isaac has helped and made sure I was happy before renting from them. The storage is clean and secure. On site manager lives here so 24 hour security provided. Great access hours. I would highly recommend this to anyone who needs a storage in Brea.

First time using a storage in about 10 yrs and I was so happy with my experience here. Mark was very informative about the facilities and all of the security features they offered on site. He gave us a great deal on a unit and I will definitely be referring anyone here from now on.

I have rented plenty of storage spaces before, but what I found at Security Public Storage is the customer service is excellent. I like that they have the managers on site. Alan has been great in answering all my questions. I like that I can drive right up to my storage unit. The unit was clean when I rented it and I have never had any problems. I feel very safe when I am there. I would definitely recommend this facility to friends and family.I visited the facility just the other day - it is such a pleasure to work with Alan - the place is so secure I never worry. Great to have all the cameras around the facility.

Highly recommend this storage company. Ive had other storages before and came to this company because my fiancee and have had nothing but great experiences. Mark who works in the front is very friendly and super informative. And their prices are great on top of it.

I looked at several places before deciding on Security Public Storage. I liked the on-site management, the price was competitive, and it was a good location for me. I have been very happy with my decision! Although the manager has changed since I first rented, the current managers are also friendly and helpful. I had left my unit open by mistake and they called me to let me know. I feel that my belongings are safe and secure. I would definitely recommend this storage spot.

Security Public Storage is an excellent self storage facility. The office is comfortable and cool. The storage grounds are well kept and clean. The couple managing the property are service oriented and friendly. I was driven around in a golf cart and shown several potential units. The units seem to be safe and secure. You code both in and out of the driveway gates and this activates an alarm for your individual unit. I highly recommend Security Public Storage.

The Brea location is great! Prices are low, and security is high! I personally love how Tailgating is not allowed! Staff is very helpful. A couple of downsides: driveways are very narrow and its inconvenient when the units are inaccessible on Holidays. Also, I wish loyal customers would be entitled to the 50% discounts on new units.

Make sure you check your bill after youve paid. Additional charges were taken from my checking account after I paid. Not cool at all. If I didnt check it ii would have never known.

Super helpful when changing units, everything was clean and well kept-up. Lot is secured with gate passcode and alarm will sound if unit opened without passcode. Staff was super friendly always available when needed in the office or by phone.

Any time go into the office they kind & always helpful. Prices are reasonable. Facility really clean. I have recommended this place to several people.

I was Robbed at my former storage place (Public Storage) because of negligence from the front office...because they didnt have time to walk the property and this guy was in my units for 6 hours cleaned me out!That is WHY I choose Security Public Storage.. the have state of the art security camera everywhere.. alarm system on your door and best of All the Resident Mangers Alan and Jacklyn actually walk the property and protect my things as if they were their Own.

They have great customer service and accommodate your needs. They take their time and listen. clean storage. would recommend highly.

They worked with me to make special time accomadations when I moved my stuff in, and they always remember who I am. I am very pleased with my decision!

I rented my storage unit online and felt that it was adequate for my needs. When I arrived at SPS (and after doing all of the lease paperwork), and rolled up the door, I realized that it was way too small. I had to go back to the office and make arrangements for a different unit. Hannah was amazing!! She redid my entire lease agreement with a smile and we even laughed about my mistake. She had absolutely no problem with taking the time to drive me out to the replacement unit, so that I could see it before we finalized everything for a second time. SPS will always be my recommendation for anyone needing a storage rental!
