Its a storage place. Its reasonably clean, easy to get in an out of. If its convenient to you, then i recommend it. Theyre doing a first month for a dollar right now if you book online, so thats a good idea.

Came in today to rent a unit. I had an appointment and it when great. The property is extremely clean. John the manager on duty told us the great benefits about the property with the security cameras and with our very own gate code that is unique for us and no one will have the same code. I did book for a small unit but since my friend and I will be sharing the unit. John did mention that they can go up a size to better fit our needs. I’m truly happy with our choice in getting the bigger unit. Thank you John for all your help.

I had a unit at this location for just over a year. Check in and sign up was really easy and intuitive. Access to my account online was an excellent feature. I recently emptied my unit and close my account, and the front office staff was very helpful. Denise walked with me to my unit and make sure that everything was good. We were concerned that I was too late and I might have to pay for an extra month, but we were able to work it out. Denise and the office staff were excellent! I would happily recommend and return to this facility again. The rules and policies are rigid, but transparent. The people are personable, empathetic and helpful. They cant rewrite it change the rules, but they try to help, especially those who are courteous and respectful.

Saundra was helpful in trying to find the right unit. They were filled on that particular size, but she checked with other nearby locations.

Ive been a customer with Public Storage since 2013. and Ive been more then satisfied with my stay here. Dale has helped me with any issues I had over these past years. But since I just bought a new house. I will be no longer needing my unit. With the Assistance of John the manager on duty. He help me out with the vacate process. I started a rental agreement with this location today 10/5/19. So far, so good. The storage room is well lit and looks pretty good for the price. My only gripe so far is that I found some rat poison from the last person.

My interaction with Public Storage included what was probably one of the best customer service experiences Ive ever had. Personally this was my first time getting a storage unit and I was going into it very blindly, but never the less I set up an appointment to check out the units available just to get a vision of what they had.When I came in for my appointment I was greeted by the front desk representative at the time, Daira, and she took me to the unit and explained in great detail everything that I needed to know about the unit I would be renting. From there, she took me back to the front, signed some paperwork, and I moved my stuff into the unit. With everything that happened it took around 20 minutes and was very stress free thanks to her knowledge of the company.Overall, I give my experience with Public Storage 5 stars because not only was the customer service spectacular, but they took what could have been a stressful situation for a first time renter and made it the calmest Ive ever experienced. I did the majority of the work online before my actual move in date, however I expected it to still take some time and hassle at check in. I was wrong! Julianna was quick and efficient and the space is perfect for our needs at a great price.

We just rented mini storage from this facility. We are pleased that Denise was there to help us get situated. The facility is clean and professionally managed. Public Storage company is lucky to have Denise manage this property. The other day, we forgot to lock our storage unit, and Denise called us to let us know that our storage lock needed to be properly locked. I am glad that Denise is there to take care of this Public Storage location as I know my storage unit is in safe hands!

Dale, the on-site property manager, was very welcoming, patient, and knowledgeable, answering my questions with a smile. We toured the facility and Dale showed me the unit I had reserved. Within just a few minutes I had signed the required paperwork, had my unit keys, access code for the gate, and copies of my contract in hand. Dale, with his vibrant and professional personality, was the reason I made my decision that day!

Older property, but maintained. Very reasonable pricing. I highly recommend the drive-up units they have here as opposed to the indoor type units that are more of a hassle to move in and out. I have done both types and this was by far quicker and easier to access. Office staff (Dale & other) that I dealt with were all very helpful and accommodating. My belongings were stored here only a short time, but this happened to be during a period of heavy rains and I saw no evidence of water entering my unit. Would store here again if needed.

I started my rental by reserving a space online. Denise called me promptly that morning to confirm, and to set up a time for me to come see the unit. Denise was extremely professional AND helpful. Denise was very nice and gave me all the information I needed to rent a space, and also sold me a good amount of boxes to help make things easy for my move. I had my 4 month old baby with me, and Denise was very polite and took her time with me as I also tended to the baby.

Although somewhat expensive, I trusted Public Storage to hold my things in storage for the past year and every time I visited the property Denise was there with a smile and hello. To wit, I initially requested a larger, erego, more expensive unit, but Denise evaluated my needs and correctly directed me to a size appropriate unit for a better price. Thats customer care. Moreover, Denise and Antoine are nice good people and a pleasure to chat with. Kudos to their operation of this Public Storage facility.

Denise-Manager was very helpful in finding appropriate size unit for our needs. We arrived again later at night and the unit’s light was off. Without even calling office Denise was at the unit instantly to change light bulb which made the move safer. Very much appreciated Denises quick response and assistance.

Office help was very nice when renting a storage unit. Was downsizing and needed to store some things for a short period of time. After 5 months went to my storage unit to start the process of keeping or getting rid of belongings. First box I took outside and opened, a hugh cockroach came out. It was a cardboard box. Went back inside and saw a cockroach come over the wall from the unit next door. Then I noticed mouse or rat feces all over my plastic tubs. No one was in the office when I left. Lunch time I guess. Went back a week later and told them. They went to my unit with me and sprayed and put out bait.Werent that concerned about it. My advise is store everything in plastic tubs, if you have to use a storage place. Check your unit frequently if you can. And keep a storage unit for a very short time if possible. Never used a storage place and never will again.

I have rented at this location on several different occasions over the past few years for extra business storage. The manager Denise is always very nice and friendly. The facility is safe and clean. I will definitely rent here again if I have the need.

Used this facility to buy boxes for a local move. Denise was extremely helpful and professional. We found the boxes we needed. She helped us fit all 30 boxes in a small car. When I had to return a few excess boxes, she made it easy.
